This unit is quality and comfort combined with luxury. The front window brings the beauty of nature indoors. It is by far my favorite RV. The interior is a bright and modern farmhouse design. My favorite amenities are the full refrigerator with ice maker, central vacuum, king size bed with the most comfortable mattress I've ever had and dual air. I seriously could live in it. Show less

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2023 and travelled in it full time. We absolutely loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 18 months and about 15k miles. The RV was a problem from day 1. We towed it home and within a couple of days realized they had damaged a wire and pinched it against the metal wall studs, which was a SERIOUS fire hazard. Luckily it was caught early. The next few months were riddled with multiple problems from holes drilled in sewer vent pipes, improperly installed gaskets and failed leveling system. Keystone paid for mobile techs each time, but not without pushback. At the 3 month mark we found one of the cross members had already broken and had to have a mobile welder come and repair our 3 MONTH old frame. Over the next 15 months we had more and more problems from shoddy workmanship. The bedroom slide (Schwintek) failed multiple times, even after being fully replaced. We finally determined it was because the wall studs were all broken. We also started having more frame issues as we reached the 16 month mark, so the point that 4 more cross members had failed (the repaired one was the only one still holding up). It took almost 3 months of fighting with Keystone to come to a resolution on the issue. Show less

We had the typical trim popping loose and minor issues which were easily addressed. About 5 months in we had our first major issue which was a brake failure. Admittedly not Keystone's fault, and they covered the cost of a mobile tech coming to replace them. We really didn't have any complaints until we hit the 15 month mark when I noticed the floor had a big wave to it from one side to the other. After digging into it, I realized that the cross members had ALL completely failed. Every weld was broken from front to back, so the floor and the hitch was the only thing holding it together. It took 3 weeks of fighting with Keystone, while stuck in a hotel to come to a resolution on the issue. Show less

Nice layout. Cable slides are bad and always fall out of adjustment. In addition, cable slides use the RV walls as support to move the slides. On the two large slides the walls on each side of the RV separated from the floor. The one side was warranted because it happened in the first year, and second was not because it happened the following year. Show less

Our first RV and what a disappointment it has been. Purchased Jan 2024 it is now June 2024 and it has been back to the dealer 3 times for warranty work. More than 3 months total in the shop for repairs that should have been found when the dealer got it ready after the sale. Back bedroom has hardly any air coming out of the 2 ducts. Very hard to cool. Was told it was prewired for 3rd air went to have it installed at the dealer and it is not required for 3rd air. With the 2 bedroom design the back bedroom is very hot all the time as the ducting in this unit stinks. You would think Keystone would know this and fix it for the future owners. Panelling pulling away from the walls in kitchen and bedrooms. Also outside where the silicone is around the trim is CRACKING and shrinking. I do not recommend Keystone Montana from my experience and it being an ALL Season camper in the heat of the summer. Purchased so my 88 year old mother could travel with us but she can’t as her back bedroom is very hot. Fed up RV Owner Show less

We love the floor plan, size, storage, and amenities. The rear living area with double slide-outs makes if feel very spacious. We like the double sinks in the bathroom. We also like full-size refrigerator. The slide-out storage tray makes it convenient to store and retrieve items. It has a solar panel on top of the RV. The RV is well insulated. Show less

The RV has been a good living space and layout. Having a washer/dryer is a nice extra. We have very limited service issues in the 4 years we have owned the unit. To make the RV more livable we upgraded all cabinetry with shelving to utilize storage. It has served us well, we are just downsizing. Show less

Our Dissatisfaction Is Not With The People But With The Product. We Purchased A 2024 Keystone Montana And For A Few Days We Loved It…. We’ve Had It Appox 5 Months And I Think The Repair Man Should Just Move In. Awnings Wouldn't Work, Had Them Fixed Now One Awning Wont Work Because The Motor Is Shot ! We’ve Only Used The Awning A Few Times. One Of The Faucets In The Two Sink Bathroom Had To Be Replaced And Now The Other One Needs Replacing. The Ice Maker Hose Leaked And Was Fixed. The Black Water Tanks Were Hooked Up Backwards And Had That Fixed. The Brand New Fridge Stopped Working And The Motherboard Is On Order. The Microwave Vent Leaked And We’ve Had Lakes Under Our Stove And Into Our Kitchen. Today They Sealed The Vent Hopefully No Permanent Damage Is Done. The Furniture Is The Same Brand As Our Last Trailer A 2019 Grand Design But Is Of Lesser Quality. Hidabeds Are Vertually Useless And Already The Controls On The Recliners Are Malfunctioning. The Motor On The Tv To Make It Rise Up From The Counter Has Sounded Like Its On Its Last Leg Since We Got It. To Say The Least We Are Not “Happy Campers” Show less

We bought a Montana because they were known for their quality and reliability. Unfortunately in 2021 that all changed, and this rv has been nothing but problems. In the very first week of ownership I found the power wire wrapped around an aluminum stud with the insulation stripped bare, an extreme fire and shock hazard. That was just the tip of the iceberg. 2 months later the leveling system started failing more frequently and had to be replaced. Then I found a broken cross member that had to be welded back together. Another mom the later I found the only screws holding the medicine cabinet up were the ones screwed into the black tank vent pipe. The master br slide has been a problem for months. Even after complete replacement, it only lasted 3 weeks before having problems again. Due to his the bedroom floor has been damaged multiple times. The main slide roof began sagging so much water would run into the living room and had to be jacked up and restructured. After about 8 months the door became difficult to close, and wouldn't stay closed while driving, even with the dead bolt locked and grab handle closed. This entire thing is just a total pile of junk, and most likely won't last the full length of its 3 year structural warranty. Show less

The rear bedroom never gets warm - the furnace works great but the duct work restricts the air to that room so it only gets 10 degrees warmer that the outdoor temp and at 30 degrees out side that make the room 40 degrees - and keystone will not fix the problem. It is supposed to be a four season camper tested to 0 degrees. HA Show less
