Where do I begin?! The 364BHL appears nice, but the longer you have it, the more you realize it’s a cheap piece of crap. Problems with ours started on day one of usage, the heater did not work and there were multiple leaking water lines. Simple fix of doing a “master reset” and tightening stuff, but still… Pros: tows decently. Floor plan was decent. Cons: made cheap with little to no quality control.I would have given a zero, but wasn’t an option Example of things that happened with our brand new trailer in the first year; fireplace heater fan quit working, refrigerator would not work with electric (as soon as propane is gone, your S.O.L.), refrigerator coolant line ruptured, screws under linoleum (8 total), pantry shelves collapsed (put together with staples, really?!), all jack fault, grey and black tank level sensors erroneous readings, closet rod mounts busted, drawer slide broke, counter (bathroom sink) not sealed adequately, wardrobe slide would not actuate, chipped wall/wallpaper from manufacturer, both batteries went bad, inadequate hardware installed multiple locations, piss-poor sealing on undercarriage, and water pump will not prime in winterizing-mode… There’s a bunch more that occurred and was discovered, but that gives you pretty good picture of the “quality” I was fortunate enough to deal with. You know why you get a 1-year warranty on the purchase of a new trailer? Because they know they just sold you a piece of guaranteed crap. According to my service guy, the manufacturer expects to pay about 30% of the sale price in warranty work. How the heck are these ass-clowns still in business? Most people don’t spend enough time in their trailers in the first year to experience most of the problems they will face, until their “warranty” is up that is. Do yourself a favor, don’t buy new for one. Don’t spend more than $20K on one of these either. You’re already going to end up spending a small fortune to keep it in operational condition.

We have had a ton of troubles with this 5th wheel. The first thing we had go wrong was the fridge only worked on LP, not shore power. Parked it at our summer time lot and plugged it in and assumed it was working. We showed up the next weekend with rotten food in the freezer and fridge. Next the auto level didn't work. Bretz RV in billings tried to fix both problems but failed. We had to pay a repair man to fix them. Next the blinds are crap. Have 3 of them not working. Pure garbage. The shelves in the pantry are coming apart. The vent in the second bathroom does not open. Fan works but does no good when the vent doesn't open. The control panel is garbage too. Who ever decided to put those kinds in an RV is an idiot. The trim on the wheel wells is all coming apart. Screws are missing from the first trip back to get it worked on. Bottom line dont buy a keystone. JUNK....

What a royal piece of crap! Plain and simple poor workmanship and horrible construction. This company should be closed total junk I never would ever purchase an rv from this company. I would like to tow it down to their factory and burn it in front of them. I had problems from day one and it just keeps getting worse. The shower floor pan is made of paper thin floor which broke, and the cheap faucet behind the wall was leaking ruined all my floor in the rv. This is the latest I am building a real shower pan and re doing all my floors in the rv. All bathroom and kitchen. They never put the shower in properly a total mess and it always was wobbly no support ruined my floors in the rv. I had lots of issues from day one its been a nightmare. I had to change the converter and my main ac quit working as well had to fix my hot water heater and my furnace quit working. Its an on going mess. I got a contractor re doing my floor and I am custom making a new shower which will not ever break everything in this rv is bottom shelf and not worth a dime. Poor construction! Do not ever buy anything from this company

Let me start by saying I have never posted a negative report, but this is necessary. I am an elementary school teacher, I work hard, don't ask for much, but to enjoy life not only when I get to be with all of my kiddos in class but also when I'm with my family on the weekends. Putting my trust in Keystone was a mistake. We purchased this RV new two months ago. This is our third RV, but our first Keystone We purchased it because of the full bed in the second bedroom, the center island, 1/2 bath and outdoor kitchen. Unfortunately, on our third trip within that first month of owning it, the automatic leveling system broke and had to be fixed along with the water tank sensors. The light fixers in the ceiling keep falling off as well. The biggest issue with the RV is the refrigerator. It also broke on the same third trip, which was very disappointing since we had to scramble to find coolers and ice. We brought it back to Camping World, where they had it for three weeks while waiting for permission from Keystone to replace the refrigerator. We finally got the new one installed brought it home, turned it on and the new one is also broken. Camping World is asking us to bring the RV back so that they can ask Keystone for another replacement. I'm ready to ask for a refund. Worst purchase ever and I urge anyone interested in purchasing a Keystone to look at other brands. Our last RV was a Forest River, I loved it, the floor plan of the Keystone is the only reason we switched.
