We have had the mattress replaced twice since October 2018. I wanted compensation from Keystone to replace the 2nd mattress, I did receive $150.00 from the company who supplies Keystone with their mattresses, but I also wanted to hold Keystone accountable for the product they are supplied with, in the hope that they would realize what they are selling to their customers. But they denied my request.If you have an issue with your mattress make Keystone aware or nothing will change
