Keystone Arcadia Half-Ton reviews

We love this RV, we have 2 kids and the bunk space was perfect for them. There is also a lot of storage under the lower bunk. The kitchen has everything you need and big closet when you walk in the door. It also has a 2nd door in the bathroom so you can just come in from the outside and get right in the shower or to use the restroom without going in the rest of the camper. Ours had 2 AC units so keeping the camper cool was never a problem. Lots of space in the master as well. Overall great camper and we never had any issues. Show less

We looked at smaller RVs first but felt they would be too cramped for us. My priority was a large kitchen with lots of counter space and lots of storage throughout, which this model delivers! The large panoramic kitchen window allows whoever is working in the kitchen to enjoy the view. I love the skylight in the bathroom and all the light from the windows. The clothes storage is enough for a lady with a large four season wardrobe! In the colder weather is so cozy to sit in the recliners with built in massage or heated seat, in front of the fireplace and watch the big screen TV or listen to the radio. Whether it was below zero or above 100 degrees, we were always comfortable. We always kept the exterior and interior immaculate. Show less

We recently upgraded to the Cougar 32RLI, we were looking for more area in the living room, kitchen and bedroom this fit all of those needs. The great amount of storage, electrical and USB outlets also sold us. When we were looking we thought the bathroom layout was good, however, this is the one room I think they fell short on design and practical functionality. Unless you are 6 foot tall (I am 5 ft 5 inches) it is impossible to reach the switch to open or turn on the ventilation fan. I have rigged up a stick so be able to reach it. A more accessible switch would have been nice. The other thing we first thought was that the cabinets were great for storage, however, they are so deep unless you are tall or add pull out shelves it is a waste of space. The lower open shelf would be great for adding a pull out shelf but the toilet is higher and would impede a shelf from extending more than a few inches. Finally the doors on the cabinets open over the toilet and don’t give you much room to get to anything you may have stored there. Other than the bathroom we are extremely happy with this model and will learn to live with these few issues. Show less

Biggest mistake of my life. Workmanship was the poorest I have ever see. Should fire all that worked on it along with supervision and quality control. All should be ashamed to let that workmanship out the door. Corporate disgrace!! will surely show and pass this garbage to anyone that is considering jeystone Show less

Looks are deceiving. This is probably one of the first built fifth wheels and Keystone takes no responsibility. We had to fully replace 18 trusses due to poor manufacturing and design. The trusses were made with 1x2 and didn't reach the side walls. The roof is rated to walk on, yet it can barely hold the weight of an average sized person. Keystone natually blamed snow load despite a mild and minimal snow. It cost us over 12k to fix. Keystone won't help! Half our roof wasnt insulated and the living/dining room pullout was sagging. Fridge stopped working on our second season. Many minor fixes had to be made aswell to trim, wiring, leaky sink. Beauty is only skin deep, look beyond and you'll see all the flaws. We bought it after looking at them at the dealer, great lay out for us and fancy enough to go on family trips. The quality is not there, falling apart since day 1! 1. Awning ripped within a week at the seams and left arm bent making it hard to extend and retract. 2. All trim pieces popping off these are not glued, all staples, nails holding ceiling backing off. 3. AC unit in master bedroom not properly sealed, allowing moisture to build up and drain inside bedroom from condensation. Talk about quality control! 4. Discoloration on floors, almost like moisture is trapped between the flooring and vinyl flooring causing a mold like discoloration. Also, screws backing off under vinyl flooring by kitchen island. Flooring not properly glued down, peeling off. 5.Bunkroom ceiling, this is a HUGE one. Bubbling from water sipping in. This condition has worsen since discovery, this was documented during the first week it was delivered, NOW I actually just discovered that water found its way inside. Again, this was like this since delivery but now it is actually worst and you can see water damage. 6.Draining valves are weak and garbage. Oh by the way these are mislabeled!!! I can't even understand their quality control process, oh yeah NONE! 7.Tires are CHINA BOMBS!! they suck, not good, had blow outs within 1000miles and tore the fenders and damaged the sides. 8.Sliding doors in bathroom and bunkroom misaligned but they do the job. 9.Spare tire mount, why even have one? it sucks. 10.Propane tank valve inoperable would not turn. I have taken to the dealer to try to get them repaired, but as it always happens, BEST WARRANTY but painful to get them to honor it. Let's not even talk about how long it takes for them to just give the green light for repairs. WILL NOT EVER BUY ONE AGAIN!! Show less

We bought a 2023 Keystone 5th wheel camper in March of 2023, I’m May we noticed it was delaminating on one side, we took it to our dealership and left it a couple of months in hopes they would send it back to the manufacturer, here it is Oct 12 and Keystone has not taken it to the manufacturer . I have emailed them 4 times and they cannot tell me when they will send someone to come and get it!! We paid $63,000 dollars and are very unhappy with Keystone!! Show less

First night driving down the road-both ceiling speakers fell down from ceiling. Not secured in flimsy ceiling right. 500 miles from dealer and not driving back. DIY a fix to keep them in ceiling. Less than two weeks into trip both bug screens are falling down. Plastic tabs gone in 3 out of 4 places. Electric plug to tow vehicle coming apart. Interior frame on paneling at head of king bed was not put together correctly. Gap so big you could put your hand through space from bottom to halfway up window. Got service center to do warranty item repairs, however more showed up after warranty was over after one season of use. Roof leaking around wireless satellite receiver, roof seams, 2 out of four downspouts, front of trailer, back of trailer seams all gapping now. Realize we only used the trailer one month in 2022 after we bought it. 2023 was spent in service center due to parts shortages and whatever. We only spotted leak on seat cushion when we went to pick it up from center and they hunted down all the gaps. (we hope!). Then the electrical plug for the 2 lazy boy seat features stopped working and the service center has to hunt down the cause. All fuses checked out okay. Theater style seating was held back on platform by 4 screws at an angle to try and keep them on it during travel> Failed to do so every time. we had to move them back on the platform each time. Good idea, poor execution. I would avoid this feature at all costs and go with standard sofa. After all thesse headaches and the way Keystone says the big interior frame gap is "within factory specs and not a warranty item" we are trading this trailer as fast as we can in May 2024 for a different brand. Terrible manufacture quality. When first got it, solar was not working, radio not working, bedroom pull out was coming out crooked, screen door not latching properly. Was so disapointed with this camper that i wanted to bring it back to dealer and get my money back. Show less

I would not recommend a Keystone. Very poor quality in workmanship to the doors and cabinets. We’ve taken the trailer on two trips so far (weekend trips) and already the bedroom door has fallen off its track and the shower door handle has broken off. The exterior molding is starting to come loose causing a leakage issue behind the canopy. Too many other problems for this small space, and up until now Keystone has covered the parts and repairs. But my biggest concern is the refrigerator stopped working . The dealership evaluated the issue and said a $300+ repair is needed to replace a wiring diode kit. Keystone will not authorize the repair, stating that “fuses” are not covered. So after six days of use, I have an unusable fridge unless I fork over $300 to fix something I had no control over. I don’t think that’s acceptable after giving them over $40k for a trailer. Show less
