Drove to Highway Trailer Sales from the Portland area due to their large inventory. When I arrived I was able to look at several different brands and had a great experience with my sales person. Ended up purchasing a Lance 1685 for a very competitive price. My wife and I bought a class A Thor ACE in the beginning of October 2020. When we went to pick it up and get all the information about it, like they said over and over that they would. “Don’t worry about it, we will definitely go over everything and put you at ease.” When we got there the guy said he didn’t know how to dump the black and grey tanks, his excuse was that they usually Only sell trailers not a class A RV. They didn’t clean it at all and especially with the pandemic going on...we did get the manager of service to help us out, he got a guy, with no mask on, to clean it!!! They installed solar panel and didn’t even wire properly. So we kept running out of energy. We told them over and over that they said that we had 30 days to make sure everything was running right...and after we got it they said, “We never say that!” Afterwards the display of the running hours of the generator stopped working, and again they said, “We only usually sell trailers not motorhomes!” I don’t know how many times they gave that excuse to us! So we made an appointment at another RV company to go through everything on the RV. And they found two wires totaling came off the batteries... So my opinion to ANYONE who wants to buy an RV DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Show less
