This is a very comfortable model because of the king slide that makes the living and dining area quite roomy. The large windows give light and a good view. The bathroom is also quite adequate for two large adults. See below for all the things included to make it ready to ride! Show less

Horrible quality for a nice unit. Talking with Heartland is a waste of time. No quality checks at assembly, loose parts, fasteners, and just poor workmanship throughout entire unit. Large pertrusion like a golf ball in center of floor! One and half year old and no warranty. No more Heartland junk for me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Show less

Absolutely terrible. I have had it a year and already getting repaired. Water leak inside where city water connects. Refrigerator frame is coming apart and looks like my seven year old did the manufacturing of it. I call for support and they say nothing is covered. I wouldn’t buy a Heartland again. Trade in value is a third of what I paid for it. Guess it is just going to eat my money away for a piece of crap Show less

Had to fix light wiring as terminals on the switch were not crimped as they should be. This was before we ever took it out. On the second trip camping the sink drain in the kitchen leaked so under the the sink I went. Found drain fittings not tight. Now I'm a maintenance man and I can fix most anything on it be it's not right. I have not taken it back to the dealer to take care of these things because I have to hook it up take it to work and then drop it off and hopefully get back for our next trip out. That takes my time and gas to do this. Now in their defense I get it. If they don't know the problems they can't make it right. But I bought this brand new and should not have to go through this. So I guess what I'm saying is heartland really needs to look at their quality control. Other than that we like the camper so far. Show less

Bought in Dec 2022. A bit disappointed in some of the workmanship. Found my water lines to my shower and outside shower are reversed. Cold is hot, hot is cold. Did not enjoy finding this out when taking a shower. Drawers in kitchen won't stay shut because the slider. Dealership suggested I just push on harder. One outlet to plug into over couch, why not one at the other end. When pulling the cord, the bottom of my cabinets pulls down because no one put extra finishing nails to keep from happening. I live in my camper and to take to dealer to correct would mean moving . Not a totally satisfied customer but then again understand this is run through an assembly line. As far as overall 3.5. Only pro, the size of bathroom. I would rethink the sliding door. You can easily get stuck in shower. Show less

I’ve owned my SLE25 for 5 years now since new and haven’t had a single issue. It’s quiet on the inside from outside noises like rain or loud campground. It tows wonderfully, my wife who doesn’t like towing our boat doesn’t have any concerns towing the RV. The power awning is such a nice feature to enjoy the outdoors out of the sun and rain. We could t have chosen a better unit. The only complaint would be the mattress that came with trailer. It’s fine for a couple nights but if you’re planning a longer stay, you’ll be happier with a more comfortable bed. Luckily it is a standard size mattress and was easy to replace. Show less

This travel trailer is a total train wreck. It's packed with safety hazards, lousy workmanship, and a complete lack of care. Look somewhere else for a travel trailer that'll actually give you a fun and safe experience. The upper seal on the slide-out room was a disaster. They didn't even cut it right to fit the groove, and instead just slapped on some caulk that failed right away, leaving only one seal to keep the inside protected after it ripped off on the second or third time extending the slide. The oven (all electric, no propane for 2023) was a joke. They didn't bother wiring it up AT ALL, the live wires were just hanging out, exposed behind the oven. Plus, there wasn't even an outlet for the oven, so I had to buy and install one myself. I had to replace and diagnose four other outlets because of a ground fault, which made this trailer a total safety hazard. The shower handle box was so badly caulked that it popped out of the wall on the first drive. And speaking of the shower, it turned into a waterfall, dumping water all over the bathroom floor. Had to re-caulk that thing, too. The slide-out room was crooked and needed a height adjustment to fix the decals not lining up with the ones on the body of the trailer. The water heater started leaking water, so I had to get that fixed as well. On the first drive, the blinds and valence ripped out of the roof and covered everything with drywall dust. Both left and right sink drains needed fixing because they leaked water and damaged the particle board in the cabinet. Even the fire alarm battery was put in wrong, so I had to fix that, too. The fridge was also installed crooked. Just one more thing to add to this list of disasters in this travel trailer. Credit where credit's due (I guess), the interior does look good and I like the floorplan, but Heartland HAS to know better than letting this off the factory floor. It's appalling. Show less

I was very impressed with the unit initially. We did a fairly thorough walk through and everything SEEMED fine. Once we got home things went hay wire. Screws had fallen out of the fender wells, the sliding bathroom door came off the track and wouldn’t stay on, the microwave would run but not heat anything up, the outside speakers would play music but no voice, the right tail light stopped working, the bedroom door came off the track, and the positive battery cable slid out of the battery shut off switch and won’t go back to where it belongs. So now the battery is dead. The unit is now at inside storage. Hopefully nothing else goes wrong! The dealer is getting it back in the spring to get it ALLLL fixed! Show less

Dual tires make it easy to maneuver and best for inclement road conditions. Livability is large and comfortable. Exterior is rugged and attractive. All components are hardy and easy to maintain. Bunkhouse offers a lot of optional uses. Great storage. Great for company. Great for office. Enclosed underbelly protects and insulates. Show less

The RV itself was beautiful when we first saw it, but on our trip home from the dealer, the fascia from the slideout fell off because it wasn't nailed incorrectly. It, unfortunately, went downhill from there. For the second set of repairs, the camper sat at the dealer for over 3 months. 1) The cabinet door doesn't close correctly and is warped. 2) The letters and numbers from the stove came off with just water. 3) The refrigerator was leaking and ruined the molding below the it and the side molding on the slider... Twice! 4) The chalkboard on the refrigerator was cut poorly and you can see above it in the door. 5) There is a wiper under the slider that keeps the bugs and dirt out of the camper. IT wasn't even touching the slider. 6) One of the Air Conditioners broke after we heard a popping noise and then a smell of burned electronics. 7) One of the panels on the inside of the slider was put in bowed at the bottom. 8) The table chairs came apart and the bottoms of them were being held on by a few staples. 9) The pullout that holds the pillow under the loveseat was torn. 10) The water heater was leaking into the bedroom pullout and the floor was soaking wet from it. 11) The kitchen sink was leaking as the drains were put up with paper gaskets and no putty, and the supply lines weren't even tight. because of it, the bottom of the center island warped from the water. 13) The antenna works intermittently. 14) The water inlet to the camper was not screwed into the wood and is hanging off. 15) The table to the left of the pullout is crooked. 16) The drawers in the bedroom don't close correctly. Lastly and most recently: Our fresh water tank fell out of the camper this time thanks to not putting screws in the straps that hold the tank it. It tore up the plastic under sheathing and the vent hose for the dryer. It was like they pulled a team of people off the street that had no experience with building RVs and told them to put it together. We honestly don't want to use it anymore as we are afraid of what else might go wrong with it... Show less
