I have never in my life dealt with such a piece of junk like this RV. Our house burned down in June and we bought this camper for our family to live in while we build our new house. Since literally day 1 we have had issues. Parts missing from the factory, freezer is worthless and completely freezes over so you can’t open any drawers. When turned down it spoils milk in the fridge. plumbing drains falling apart and flooding the underside of the camper and us not realizing it. Mold growing because of that. Kitchen drain broke off and flooded our kitchen. The latest issue is the furnace isn’t working first time we turned it on. That’s great for our 3 young kids on these 40 degree nights. Sink faucets breaking apart, black tank flush doesn’t work. All 3 tanks are run in a line where you can’t drain just 1 of them you have to drain them all at one time. Canopy torn, gutter system that drains A/C not running down hill so it overwhelms and drips on you as you walk out the door. Window latches broken. Cup holders on couches broken. Staples popping out everywhere. The list goes on and on. And we haven’t even towed this thing down the road yet it’s been sitting on our property. When our house is done I’m filling this piece of garbage full of dynamite and putting it on YouTube and blasting heartland for the whole world to see. $75,000 down the drain and it’s an absolute disgrace.

We bought a 2021 milestone in Arizona. This RV is a piece of garbage. The wall sockets have come off. The blinds have come off. Was using the sink and it came attached from the cabinet and water went everywhere. This 5th wheel is a piece of crap. This 5th has under 1000miles on it. Will definitely...read more

I purchased a brand new 2020 Heartland Milestone 386bh 5th wheel, in February 2020. I have a lot of major issues, where this 5th wheel needs to be totalled out and replaced because of the extent and type of issues. Funtown RV repaired some of the smaller issues, but they weren't fixed right. Now the mayor at Funtown RV and the Heartland factory are ignoring me and a 3rd party rv repair shop, that they had do a some work and they were never paid for it, wrote a report and and estimate to them, on all of the other issues. The 3rd party rv repair shop said, that this 5th needs replaced and it looked like someone was on their first day of the job and not supervised, when this 5th wheel was put together. I have gotten the run around for 6 months now and the factory warranty is up in February 2021. This rv needs replaced and one with quality workmanship. All of the floors are bad (move, lifted up), ceiling has water in it, both showers don't have proper supports and they bend in and out, only a trickle of water in the kitchen sink, the toilet tipped over and many more issues. We are now looking for an attorney. This has been a horrible experience and never again will I buy from them or recommend them to anyone.

We bought our milestone to live in full time with a 3 year old daughter and an 8 month old son. We shopped for 2 years beforehand and finally settled on this unit. After living in it for 6 months I can say we love it! There is plenty of space for our needs and lots of cabinetry to store things. The pantry in the kitchen could be a little bigger and the counter space gets a little crowded in the kitchen but we fix light meals and don’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen. The middle bunk with the sliding door is perfect for our daughter. Her extra middle 1/2 bath is a huge bonus we didn’t realize would get the use it does. Plus a second toilet tank is super helpful if your needing the space between emptying tanks. The floor plan works nicely and the living space is perfect for sitting and being together and doesn’t feel crowded with the added tall ceilings. Overall we are satisfied and would make this decision again... thanks heartland!
