We had a fantastic experience with Coastal RV and the purchase of our new motor home. From the very first call with Scott to the thorough walk through and explainaition of every system with Jack I could not be happier. I am amazed at the amount of work they did to take a very clean used vehicle and make it feel like it is brand new. They performed every service, re-sealed the roof, and gave me a very detailed inspection sheet. I don't care how far away you might be, it is worth the drive on a purchase like this. Show less

I have been in a medical crisis and needed to move quickly into a camper. Stopped by Coastal RV for help. Scott assured me a used camper on the lot would be in “perfect working order” and promised to give me a “great deal” Said he “ will take complete care of you and your camper will be delivered having had a full inspection and anything fixed that needs it”. However- I have had nothing but issues with the camper AND with this company from promised delivery date to poor quality on labor and “fixes”. Leveling was never done right. Awning doesn’t roll properly. Stove only has one working burner. Roof has soft spots as well as floor. Fridge and oven has loose doors, patched window is an eyesore and won’t open. Toilet broke first week. I was told to seek help elsewhere for these issues by Coastal. My husband was in his deathbed and I’m an older woman who made the mistake of trusting these men at Coastal. Once again, The team here have amazed me. I put in a service request for an oil change and some repairs. A couple days later, Julian called. He said, we are about 4 months out on service, but since you purchased your coach from us, I get you squeezed in in a couple weeks. I said that was great. Just a couple days later, Ashley called and wanted to know when I could bring the coach in. We set up and appointment for the following week. Took it in and added another item to the work order. She said it would be a few days before they could get it in, but would get busy on the work as soon as they could. That was not a problem with me. About a week later, I got another call from Ashley and she told me the coach was all set and ready to go. Went the next day to pick it up and pay the bill, which also amazed me. Wasn't even close to what I thought it would be. Ashley went over what was done and we waited for them to bring it round to us. Julian drove its o the front and once again went over what he had done with it. I am satisfied with the work being done there and they are all like family to me. They know me by name and even after just meeting me one time, Ashley called me by name. So, a big thumbs up for them and their crew. Thanks again for everything. Show less
