Our rv has been in to the service department 4 times in the first year. Hard to schedule appointments. This last time they had it for 4 weeks and was to be covered by warranty. After this length of time it was not coveted. The communication was very sparse. I had to initiate every bit of communication. I wouldn't buy a rv from these folks and would not use them for service.
