We actually have bought 2 MHs from Scott. The 2nd, a holiday rambler endeavor, we had problems with auto leveling. Was brought to their shop 3 times. Ashley spend considerable time and money on finally diagnosing and repairing. They always assured us they'd get it fixed, and any other problems we found they'd take care of it. We are completely satisfied with their concerns and attitudes about making things right. It's a used MH, so I'm not upset what so ever that things can go wrong. SCOTT BRAMELL DBA 417 COACHWORKS DID NOTHING BUT LIE TO ME! Their website mission statement states all Systems are THOROUGHLY TESTED OUT AND FULLY OPERATIONAL PRIOR TO DELIVERY!! This is a huge lie! He wants me to sue him to get paid what he owes me for fixing my own motorhome that I bought from him, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY!! I purchased a 2007 Pace Arrow with 30,000 miles for $60K and the FRESH WATER SYSTEM LEAKED PROFUSELY AND THE VACUFLUSH TOILET DID NOT WORK requiring me to fix myself at a great expense which he won't pay for. This also ruined 2 of our vacation trips dealing with these issues. Bottom line is they owe me $2500 and won't pay. BUY FROM SOMEONE ELSE IF YOU DON"T WANT PROBLEMS!!!! Show less
