Love the layout. Overall construction quality is average. Several trim pieces have had to be replaced, table had to be screwed back in the wall after the first trip. Shower leaked from not being sealed properly. Cabinet construction is not the best. Tankless Water heater is too far from the shower and kitchen so it is a 20 second wait for water to heat up. However, the size of the unit and the overall layout are wonderful for a couples camper.

We bought this 5th wheel brand new in 2023 and travelled in it full time. We absolutely loved the layout and the features, but ultimately it only lasted 18 months and about 15k miles. The RV was a problem from day 1. We towed it home and within a couple of days realized they had damaged a wire and pinched it against the metal wall studs, which was a SERIOUS fire hazard. Luckily it was caught early. The next few months were riddled with multiple problems from holes drilled in sewer vent pipes, improperly installed gaskets and failed leveling system. Keystone paid for mobile techs each time, but not without pushback. At the 3 month mark we found one of the cross members had already broken and had to have a mobile welder come and repair our 3 MONTH old frame. Over the next 15 months we had more and more problems from shoddy workmanship. The bedroom slide (Schwintek) failed multiple times, even after being fully replaced. We finally determined it was because the wall studs were all broken. We also started having more frame issues as we reached the 16 month mark, so the point that 4 more cross members had failed (the repaired one was the only one still holding up). It took almost 3 months of fighting with Keystone to come to a resolution on the issue.

Immediately after purchasing new last year the front cargo area filled with water and water leaked from the front window onto the bed. Took it back to the dealer (who has since been bought out during it;s bankrupcy) and they said factory did not seal it the front cap. This took 2 months to resolve. At the beginning of this season I had the roof inspected by a licensed tech and inspector and discovered the TPO membrane completely delaminating and bubbling. The RV dearler said roof needs replacement. KEYESTONE DENIED coverage multiple times. I still own the trailer, still using it and watching the TPO bubble off. Many other issues like water pump, on demand heater. This trailer is garbage.

Purchased a 2023 Keystone Montana in May 2024. This was a new unit left over from 2023. Day (1) when we got the unit home, the front right slide wouldn't open. We took it back to Camping World and they replaced the motor on the slide. We brought it home and took our first camping trip in mid-June. The toilet in the master bath leaked water around the base and down into the storage. The electrical receptacles on both sides of the bed were not working. Not good when you're required to use a CPAP machine to sleep at night. AND the front left slide will not open. We took the unit back to Camping World on June 22, 2024, for manufactured repairs. As of August 5, 2024, the repairs are not completed, and they still have our new unit. We've planned and paid for a Summer full of camping trips with this new purchase. Slowly, but surely, we're watching dollar signs fly out of the window as we're unable to take our planned trips or get our money back from this "Luxury 5th wheel" as it's referred to by Keystone. Buyer beware!

We bought this when it was 6 months old. We already had problems with the outside shower leaking(which I fixed). It’s just over a year old and now it has water damage. I can’t believe it. We had a 2014 Thor that we sold before buying this and it was terrific! This camper is not that quality camper we’re used to. Keystone will not do anything to help us out with this. There’s no way a camper that is a year old should already be leaking. It’s clearly from the slide or the roof. Poor quality and poor customer service.

Our first RV and what a disappointment it has been. Purchased Jan 2024 it is now June 2024 and it has been back to the dealer 3 times for warranty work. More than 3 months total in the shop for repairs that should have been found when the dealer got it ready after the sale. Back bedroom has hardly any air coming out of the 2 ducts. Very hard to cool. Was told it was prewired for 3rd air went to have it installed at the dealer and it is not required for 3rd air. With the 2 bedroom design the back bedroom is very hot all the time as the ducting in this unit stinks. You would think Keystone would know this and fix it for the future owners. Panelling pulling away from the walls in kitchen and bedrooms. Also outside where the silicone is around the trim is CRACKING and shrinking. I do not recommend Keystone Montana from my experience and it being an ALL Season camper in the heat of the summer. Purchased so my 88 year old mother could travel with us but she can’t as her back bedroom is very hot. Fed up RV Owner

We purchased this RV in February of 2023. To date it has 73 deficiencies. Not only is this RV slapped together with little to no regard for quality the company does not stand behind their product and will happily and shamelessly take your money. They indicate a true approach to customer service in the beginning and say all the right things until it’s time to get stuff done. Our service person at keystone hasn’t answered a single email in weeks and since there is an “owners dedicated email” one would think that would help but it doesn’t. The last conversation I had with them was to advise me I’d missed some of their “small print” (their words) and that they don’t cover mobile visits to fix warranty issues even if they are emergency (like the full underbelly of our RV flooding due to water leaks). Do yourself a favour stay away from Keystone. They aren’t the company they used to be. Oh and don’t ask to speak to a manager because they apparently don’t have any. SHAMEFUL 73 DEFICIENCIES AND COUNTING!!!

MY NEPHEW IS HAVING THE SAME ISSUES AS THE REST OF YOU. HE BOUGHT HIS KEYSTONE TO LIVE IN AND HAS HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THIS BRAND NEW RV SINCE HE GOT IT. ITS A LEMON.....DAY 1, BLOWOUT ON TIRE COMING FROM THE LOT, HAD TO REPLACE ALL 4 TIRES ON IT TO PREVENT HAVING MULTIPLE BLOWOUTS. NO WARRANTY ON CHEAP TIRES, HAVE TO GET WITH MANUFACTURER. BOLTS IN FLLORING, GREY WATER SEWAGE LEAKING, TRIM FALLING RANDOMLY, GFCI FRIED 3 TIMES, FIREPLACE SHORTING OUT, FLOOR DROPPING OUT OF SLIDEOUT, HOT WATER HEATER NOT WORKING, NO POWER TO OUTLETS, SO MUCH MORE. KEYSTONE USE TO BE JAYCO, NOT SURE IF YOU ALL ARE FAMILIAR WITH JAYCO BUT THEY WERE AROUND BACK IN THE 80S AND HAD THE SAME LOW QUALITY RVS AND POPUPS. GOOGLE MASSIVE LAWSUIT AGAINST THEM IN CALIFORNIA THAT JAYCO LOST, THIS IS WHY THEY CHANGED THE NAME BUT STILL SELL THE SAME CRAPPY PRODUCTS. SEEMS NOW THAT THEY NEED TO BE FACING ANOTHER MASSIVE LAWSUIT IN 2024 UNDER THE NAME KEYSTONE. I HAVE RECOMMENDED THAT MY NEPHEW FILE UNDER LEMON LAWS AND HIRE N ATTORNEY BECAUSE THE BACK AND FORTH CONTINUES AND THIS IS TOO MUCH MONEY TO JUST BE AT A LOSS. I RECOMMEND YOU ALL DO THE AME. THIS IS A SHAME THAT THEY ARE EVEN ALLOWED TO CONTINUE MANUFACTURING RVS AT THE RISK OF COSTING SOMEONE THEIR LIFE BECAUSE OF FAULTY WIRING FROM THE MAUFACTURER. THESE THINGS BURN LIKE TISSUE PAPER. I WOULD NEVER BUY JAYCO BACK THEN AND SURE AS HELL WOULDNT BUY KEYSTONE. I HAVE HAD RVS OVER THE LAST 25 OR 30 YEARS AND NEVER HAD THESE ISSUE. I RECOMMEND YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THE BACKGROUND OF THESE COMPANIES BEFORE PURCHASING. ALL THIS IS HAPPENING WITH HIS RV AND HE LIVES IN IT IN A CAMPGROUND, NOT EVEN PULLING ACROSS THE STATES.
