Ive had my prowler for 2 years now. I wish I could say I've enjoyed it the whole time, but quality issues and support have been a real problem. We went with this trailer due to the bunk hose and a bath and a half. Plenty of room for us. Heartlands website praised the quality control aspect of things and how they build better than the rest. I've had plumbing leaks. I replumbed all water lines in the trailer to fix leaks and prevent future leaks due to chaffing. All the interior walls are peeling. I had to re wire my interior fridge due to it shutting off. The awning ripped on our second trip and was not covered. After a year the awning motor needed to be replaced. After many trips screw tips are now pultruding from the siding. The under belly panels of the trailer are falling down and duck tapped where cuts were made after it was installed. Ive taken it to the dealer for it to sit for a year. Not everything was done but I could use it. Picked up nothing was fixed! still have many water leaks inside from the interior plumbing. After calling heartland I found out the dealer never even started the claim. They gave me a list of dealers to use. All were booked really far out to the point where id go a whole season making payments and unable to use the trailer. I took things into my own hands and did the repairs. The more I dig into this trailer to more quality and workmanship issues I find. A lot of spot with no wall insulation, and NO INSULATION in my roof. No wonder it's pre wired for a second ac unit. The single unit can't keep up in 80+ deg weather. I would not recommend purchasing a heartland trailer.

Bought new. Shower/bath floor feels like you will step through. Water shoots out the fresh water intake when full. First trip home off lot found wires hanging down underneath and black tank pull missing. Foil is peeling off the cabinets and wall coverings are bubbling and tearing at the seams. Trim is falling off the walls. Mirror in bathroom fell off the wall. Plastic pucks were left in the air vents so first summer barely any air flow. Construction debris left under all three mattresses and inside of booths (metal shavings, screws, wood fibers). Pony wall in living room loose. Top piece on back of bench coming off. Stair legs were beaten into place; took my husband three days of pulling on them to get them out and are so bent they are unusable. The caulk job on the roof is messy, thick and looks like small mountains with peaks and valleys- directs water directly towards vent and pools water. Seal on kitchen window buckled the first month. NO SOUND DEADENING; outside you can hear complete conversations and even if someone burps inside and bathroom noises (per two neighbors at different campgrounds). Blue Compass in Gainsville FL tried to submit claims but all were rejected as past one year warranty (by 5 weeks or so), were lifestyle causes or humidity. Never buy a Heartland product. NEVER!!!!

We bought a new 2022 Prowler 320BH. We have had it 2 years. It has been a nightmare. First the fridge would either shoot a code or not work at all, it took the dealer 14 months to figure out the problem. Then we were going down the interstate and the underbelly started to fall off. The seals around the slides on the inside kept falling off. The bedroom door won’t stay in the tracks. The floor inside the door keeps coming up the take on the walls keeps peeling. It has been in the shop a total of 18 months so we have only have 6 months of use. We have been very disappointed in this RV. Definitely will never buy another Heartland product. We had to fight them to get the repairs done even though they were all covered by warranty. The dealer was no help at all.

Heater works when it wants, propane regulator went out the first winter. Oven won’t stay lit. Water pours out the holding tank inlet if the water pump is turned on. Oh did I mention no damn insulation at all. Yes I know because the walls stay wet and shag so you can pull behind it and see no insulation. I started calling heartland after I got it, the refuse to fix because I didn’t not coat my RV. I didn’t even have 3 months, why would I need to coat a new RV that wasn’t even a year old? Price of crap trailer and company. Possible lawsuit if you ask me.

3 year structural warranty is useless! Very unhappy with heartland. We Have a heartland Sundance a little over a year now 14 months. Since we have had it the sink sunk in the counter, water leaks from under the camper when you take showers , microwave glass came off, trim loose, an the floor is sinking in the middle of the camper.tried to take to get fix for the main problem the floor sinking in & Warranty will not cover , they are trying to tell me we had the refrigerator on to high an it froze an leaked! So it’s our fault an will not cover damages. Seems like this company does not want to take ownership of their cheaply made campers. But charging over priced for them by screwing people over when there are problems or issues with the unit! After reading reviews it seems like some of the same issues! Heartland does not stand by their word an I do not recommend buying this camper.

Be aware!!! Don’t buy a Heartland RV!!! We bought a Mallard M260, 33’ travel trailer from Camping World in June of 2022. In August of 2023, the first time getting it ready to take out for the season, I noticed almost the entire external storage area had mold. (a couple weeks later we also noticed the windows in the popout were leaking really bad when it rained. I also noticed I could see daylight near the floor on one side of the popout.) I called Camping World to tell them about the mold issues, the service representative said, your warranty ended two months ago, that we should make an appointment for a leak test. We brought it in, they did the leak test and found that every seal around every vent and other structures on the roof except for the seal around the air conditioner had leaks. They also found leaks everywhere on the sides, front and back of our brand new trailer. It was going to cost $1,100 to clean and reseal the roof and $2,000 to clean and reseal the sides, front and back of our trailer. We were told the mfg warranty for this was 90 days. 90 days, what does that say about the confidence this mfg has in their own product? We purchased an extended warranty, but were told this warranty did not cover these issues. In my opinion, this mfg makes a shoddy product. What type of quality checks do they do before they let the product leave their site? My husband cleaned and resealed all the areas that had leaks for significantly less then the quoted price from Camping World. Quite frankly, we should not have had these issues at all if this was a well manufactured product. Food for thought, before you buy a brand new travel trailer, ask questions about the warranty on all equipment and SEALS. Know that you can do most repairs on your own and not get gouged by the service department.

Warped/buckling trim and wallboard. Leaky propane system. Tires not rated for load, one blew out within 500 miles. Water tank supports ripped from frame by weight of water because only held up by sheet metal screws. The warranty says covered, but they could never seem to get me the right parts. Garbage quality machine.

Do not buy this RV! I would not recommend a Heartland RV to my worst enemy. The floor plan is nice and it tows good, but that's it. The quality of workmanship is terrible, and if there is any quality control at all they need fired. The builders at Heartland must be construction school flunkees or drop outs. Shower floor has no supports under it, floor has cracked a broke around the drain and can't be used cause it leaks. Shower head wall hanger just screwed into thin plastic shower wall and wont support weight of the shower head. Bathroom sink not sealed to cabinet and slids around under counter top. Wallpaper is bubbling and coming off walls. Cabinet door paper peeling off. Bottom exterior paneling mount brackets broken and mounting screws lose or stripped. Awning motor cover flew off doing 55 mph after 1st 100 miles of towing. Moblie RV repair companies in my area don't even want to work on them because Heartland RV gives them the run around on getting paid. Stay away from Heartland built RVs.
