We are very happy with our choice of a Keystone Sprinter travel trailer. The floorplan was well designed and the overall quality was good. I was so excited to have a kitchen island, with additional storage and room for seating/serving.
The second entrance directly into the bathroom was definitely a plus with kids. The sleeping areas in the bunkhouse were a bonus, and the privacy in the master bedroom with a solid door is much appreciated.

We bought a 2014 Keystone Sprinter in Jan. 2015, supposedly as a demo. ( NOT ) I inquired about the puffy look in the back wall before taking delivery and was told that the Keystones had a "floating" back wall and the some time look like that. WRONG AGAIN !! That puffy look is caused by water intrusion , the moisture swells the rear skin and makes it look puffy. It has been getting worse ever since. This past summer I was near Elkhart In. and stopped by the factory for a tour and to have the factory look at this thing. They said the same thing" it is a floating back wall, it was fine. 1 month later the back wall is FALLING OFF !! I called Keystone and they will do nothing as I am out of my warranty period. My local RV tech said it was water getting in there and swelling all the wood and rotting it, it needed a whole new back wall. I say it can't be, before I bought this unit, I had called Keystone and inquired about the construction, they said " there is NO WOOD in the back wall, all metal supports " Go to Youtube and see my video # 1nn9PUrWEMk to get the REAL STORY ! OK, I call Keystone again! Please fix this thing right, I will pay you to do it. They say NO!!! So I am forced to do this myself, I am lucky that my neighbor is an ex Keystone employee and knows how these things are made. Se we take off the corner molding that holds the whole corner together, reach in and find all the wood all wet and rotten, we were removing chunks of it with our bare hands. At the top we find the roof membrane did not even extend down around the corner and had a gaping whole allowing water to get into the wall. CLEARLY a screw-up at the factory. And BOTH corners were like that !! The good news is we put new P.T. wood in there reinforced the wall with some 3/16 aluminum plates, fixed all the leaks and got it dry inside. It is now BETTER than new, other than the puffy look that I can do nothing about, but she is ready for the road again. MORAL of the story= DON'T BUY KEYSTONE or ANYTHING built by THOR industries !!! THE DESIGN, CRAFTSMANSHIP, QUALITY of KEYSTONE RV's leave MUCH to be desired !!! Their customer service is NON-EXISTENT !!

Keystone is the ABSOLUTE WORST RV COMPANY on the planet !!! DON'T, I repeat, DON'T buy one. I have a 2014 Sprinter Copper Caynon that I bought in Feb 2015, [Dealer] said it was a demo ( another lie from another loser of a company ) even though some of the paperwork said it was new, I found out later , I was the second owner. I noticed at the delivery that the back wall looked "puffy" on the outside. The tech said that was because Keystone used a " floating " wall on the back ??? I bought it anyway because I was told it came with a " bumper to bumper warranty " NOT !!!I was concerned about the looks of the wall almost from the day I bought it. I brought the unit to Keystone factories in Oregon and Indiana where it was built and was told the same B.S. its a floating wall. NOW the whole wall is shifting and sliding down towards the bumper. EVERY tech that has seen it says it is from water intrusion for a very long time, probably right from the factory !! Keystone will do nothing as I am the second owner!! I even asked them to fix it and I would pay for it, they still said NO !!! The bumper to bumper warranty I paid $3900 for is worthless in this matter, they don't cover these types of problems. My insurance won't help because they also say the problem started at the factory and is NOT " sudden and accidental" so now I am STUCK with a camper I am afraid to move. MORAL of this story is DO NOT BUY ANYTHING MADE BY KEYSTONE or THOR INDUSTRIES !!!!!

The 2nd door rignt into the bathroom is great for keeping kids from running dirty through the camper. Love the 2 kitchens so we could get drinks and snacks outside and cook outside. And if it was raining we had plenty of room for everyone inside with the separate couch along with large banquet table and 2nd TV hookup in kids room. Tons of storage inside and out too.

My wife and I have been living in our Sprinter full time for just over 2 years now and have only had some minor issues.
Had to replace floor light fixtures and a few overhead light switches, Queen mattress (standard rather than RV type) and both recliners for comfort reasons, and removed couch so that we would have more room for our dogs kennel. We did have a leak at our forward slide that suddenly stop for some unknown reason (thankful and hope it stays that way). Overall the unit has been fantastic, easy to hook up, tow, & set up, tons of storage, large shower, 12 Gal Hot Water Heater, my wife loves the kitchen, the floor plan is perfect for two. I would recommend the Keystone Sprinter for full time RVing, it's can handle the rigors of this life style and you will appreciate the comfort that it provides...

I have had little things wrong trim and larger things like the refrigerator and a/c not working properly which was fixed under warranty but the icing on the cake was both slides leaking and that keystone would warranty they only have one year warranty incase your wondering it was about 8 months out. They said they wouldn't warranty it because of neglect but the dealership clearly stated that the seals looked to be in good shape.

I traded a 2007 Prowler in on a 2014 sprinter and I wish I had my Prowler back. DO NOT BELIVE the sticker that says 0 degrees performance. It's a lie. I had to stay in my trailer around Christmas and the low.was 20 degrees and during the day temperatures would rise above freezing, even to 40 degrees. My trailer froze. I only had cold water to my bathroom sink because that's where the heat taped hose came in. The rest of the trailer was froze. I tried all the tricks, turn the furnace up to 90 and leave for a few hours or most of the day. It never thawed out. I had my Prowler work perfect, with no skirting, all the way to 7 above 0. The place I purchased my trailer took the under belly off to make sure everything was where it should be. There is the insulation in the under belly but there is no insulation around any of the pipes. I contacted Keystone and they said, it was tested at zero, that sticker does not mean it will operate at zero degrees. They were unwilling to add any extra insulation for the pipes and said, that's the responsibility of the owner. I was mad. They advertise and say it has the extra package but it doesn't even work. They place the vents directly in the middle of the floor so.they get stepped on and bent until they collapse. They put super light duty thin jacks on the trailer that bend super easy. I should have stuck with my gut feeling and never purchased a keystone because they look good from the outside but are built poorly and they do not stand behind their products.
