Critters got into the wiring. Have no hot water or AC in the bedroom. Landmark would not give my repair guy a schematic to figure out my problem. Proprietary info I was told. The model is nice and big on the inside. The living area is in the rear with high ceilings and lots of large windows. There's room for entertaining, while preparing meals in the easy and convenient kitchen. The option of a full size refrigerator is not a good because they only run on city electricity. The dual fuel refrigerator is the perfect choice. The upper level is large with a roomy bathroom and large shower with skylight and the bedroom features a King size bed. Closets areroomy and lots of drawer/dresser storage. This is my choice for an RV 5th wheel.....Buying used, in excellent condition is a real find for this particular unit. Good for short and long term seasonal living or full time for two people. Easy tow, even thought it's 36' from the hitch....it follows great behind your pickup.

When contacting Heartland I was informed that they have a 1 year warranty. Less than happy with lifespan, rep I spoke with was not customer orientated and definately not sympthetic or helpful. Never again!

We bought this 5th wheel because of Heartland's reputation for quality and service we compared this floor plan to another manufacturers model with this same floor plan the fit and finish of the Heartland was superior to the other manufacturer. The first time we used this RV we discovered just how easy site setup is once unit is onsite it takes approximately 15 minutes to completely set it up and start relaxing. We especially like the lay out of the kitchen lots of storage and lots of counter top space for meal preparation. The living room is spacious with a queen hide a bed and two rocker recliners and the elec. fireplace is especially nice on cooler evenings it give off that nice ambience of a fire and it also heats the livingroom and kitchen area very well. We also really like the the 60" shower has plenty of room it has a molded seat and glass doors. The bedroom has a super comfortable residential king size bed, has its own a/c unit and TV. Closet goes completely across the nose of the unit with washer and dryer hookups. We also love the huge basement storage area. The black water tank has a rinsing system that works really well. It has cable tv hookup and land line phone hookup.

Comfortable, large, bathroom with porcelain, high boy toilet and a big shower. Wide open kitchen/living area. The TV placement makes it easy to watch, unlike other RV's. Only negative is can't run air conditioner and microwave at the same time when it is over 100 degrees unless connected to 50 amp service. It took us 35 years to get it right, but we have to sell it for health reasons.

This trailer has manufacturing issues. Windows lacked original seals, skylights leak. Leaks down walls, onto floors...it has been a constant issue. When you have to take windows out to find there is no seal, you know there is no quality control at the factory. We have messed with the window for years. Never real7z3d the issue because it was garage kept. It had to rain on us while camping, for us to figured out water was running between the vinyl wall onto the floor. Of course by that time the OSB was rotting. We love the camper's inside, but will never buy a Northtrail again. We do not recommend it either.
