The upper back where the fibreglass meets the rubber roof had a leak that they should have caulked but didn't. I am still fixing it where it leaked. Be very careful if you buy these RV's & check all the seams on the roof & recaulk. very roomy inside & love the large back window

RVs are what you get when carpenters try to build trucks. The engineering on rvs is pathetic, no for thought on maintenance accessibility after manufacturing is complete. And EVERYONE complains about warranty work. Bottom line, you get what you pay for with Keystone, bad company management puts out a product that puts out a product everyone complains about when they turn to the company for warranty. Get your act together Keystone.

We absolutely loved our fifth wheel that we parked as seasonals at a campground in the southern part of Michigan. It was extremely functional for the two of us, but could also accommodate guests easily. The living room area was huge with slideouts for entertainment center and also for the sofa and dinette.a third slideout in the bedroom gave us enough room to walk around the bed and yet we had a huge closet in the front as well. Under the bedroom area was storage accessible from the outside the complete width of the trailer. A/c kept us cool in the summer and heater allowed us to remain warm during cold spells. All in all this unit was perfect for the two of us and in a lot of respects our home away from home.

This is our very first RV. We searched and searched for the model that would work for our needs. We finally decided on this unit. Well it is 7 years later and we have not been one bit disappointed. Sure, we have had to tighten screws and repair a few mishaps but overall we have been quite pleased. Our unit still looks like it is new other than the decals on the outside. In this particular 5th wheel as you walk in the door it is an open floor plan, with the kitchen in t the back. We needed the open floor plan because at the time we were traveling with our 2 large Bernese Mountain dogs. Our trailer has been from coast to coast and from north to south, and has preformed with no major problems. We would not hesitate in recommending the Cougar.

As has already been mentioned, this is a nice entry level unit. Very disappointed with the factory warranty however. I had several issues with mine and the factory only covered a few. They seem to select what to cover and how to avoid covering the more expensive repairs. Now, my decals are peeling off...and my vehicle is stored most of the time in my pole barn. I\'m presently looking to trade it in on something new, but I\'m not even looking at Cougars! Never again will I purchase from a disreputable company like Keystone RV
