Based on my experience I would not purchase a motorhome with a lippert system. It took months to repair mine. In addition to multiple other problems with my 2023 Tiffen Allegro Red 36 (33aa). And when Tiffin is unresponsive you cannot rely on Great American RV to intervene on your behalf. I suggest you looks to a different manufacturer and RV dealer.

We weren't originally looking for a Tiffin as our previous class A was an older Winnebago and our budget really didn't allow us to purchase new. That being said we quickly realized through our extensive research that short of a diesel pusher 500+ luxury coach, Tiffen was by far a superior quality motorhome in almost every way. We managed to find a one owner Tiffin just a few years old and with only 9K miles on it. Although we had no factory warranty, for us any factory issues had already been taken care of so we were good to go and found the coach to be perfectly reliable with absolutely no issues. As far as comfort, this coach did ride a little rough with the F53 Chassis so we added Sumo Springs and the Safety Plus Steering Stabilizer. Now it breezes down the road with very little wander. Livability inside is awesome, we honestly spent 3 months on the road and didn't want to come home, it's so comfortable! Memory Foam beds, on demand water heater, residential fridge, quality seating and Cabinetry, quality sinks and shower, no cheap plastic, heated storage bays, outside TV and shower, the list goes on. Even dealers told us Tiffin is much better than its rivals in that class. We stretched a bit to get it but we quickly realized we didn't regret it at all. Love it, Love it, Love it

My wife and I owned a 1988 Winnebago a few years ago but it seemed like every time we went camping something would break down. It was older I admit but the wood frame walls and overall build just wasn't that good Fast forward to last year, we knew we wanted a little better quality this time and after a ton of research we discovered Tiffin is the top of the line for affordable coaches. Yes you can spend 250K up for an actual motor coach but if you're like us, that doesn't fit the budget. There are so many things about the Tiffin that are better. Just a few I can think of are, Aluminum frame walls so you don't get all that flexing going down the road. One piece roof with front and rear caps for superior weather protection. HD Ford F53 truck chassis. Actual acrylic Shower, not that flimsy plastic. Real sinks. Actual wood cabinets with solid wood doors. Flexsteel furniture, Quality flooring and carpet, exterior cameras, navigation, automatic, hydraulic leveling (very nice) and hydraulic slide outs for the front (rear are electric for some reason). closets have motion sensitive lights, HVAC ducts are in the ceiling and duct into all the spaces separately, not one large hole front and back. heated water and tank bays. On demand water heater (also Very nice), residential fridge, fireplace. I could go on but you get it. Do yourself a favor spend a little extra over what you were thinking and get a Tiffin with a ton more quality and features. You'll thank yourself later. We bought a 2020 because it was built prior to covid, had 9K miles on it and it was the exact interior Mocha, off white, neutral colors we had to have. Also had all the features we wanted. Regarding the ratings I've given, our motorhome was not in warranty when we bought it, so we don't have first hand experience with the factor support. We were told however from the 1st owner that it's great. Since we don't know, assume 4 stars. We're selling it now because we're moving to CA and won't need it but we found it SO comfortable, one month turned into 2 and 3. We didn't want to go home and we will miss it for sure! It's for sale on Facebook marketplace and also RV Trader if you're interested check it out.

We own the Tiffin Allegro Red 37 PA 2019 and have enjoyed it so much. We bought her from the first owners. We’ve traveled for 2 and 1/2 years and have loved having the comforts of home. We took out the rv sofa and recliner out and put in a beautiful leather sofa recliner and matching electric recliner..Across from the sofa is the dining table with beautiful upholstery chairs, along with a 42” tv televator and computer work station. The kitchen has a long window over the sink with electric shades. Next is the residential refrigerator side by side with third door complete with ice machine and water dispenser inside. The bathroom is large with his and her sinks. Next is the master bedroom complete with tv, and large closet and washer and dryer. This rig is as close to being at home as you get. She’s up for sale as my husband thinks we need to stay home. Optional is a matching Jeep Gladiator complete with air brakes. You will love this motorhome!

Thinking about buying a Tiffin RV - READ THIS FIRST On April 14, 2023, we took delivery of a New Tiffin Allegro Bay, 38BB, Super C motorhome. Pros: Love the design, Freightliner Chassis is great, handling and drivability is good, towing is excellent with the Cummins diesel, fuel milage is better than expected; 10mpg, average. Cons: COMPLETELY OUT OF SERVICE FOR OVER 8 MONTHS, not functioning properly since June 28, 2023. The build quality is BEYOND BAD. Problems nearly since day 1 – solar panels wired incorrectly and not working, leveling system failure, slide retract failure STRANDING us in Alaska (FINALLY RETRACTED MANUALLY ON MY OWN SO DRIVABLE), Right Leveling Jack Failure, stranding us a second time (HAD TO COMPLETELY REMOVE THE JACK MYSELF, TOTAL FAILURE of the Electrical System – no control of anything – all screens failed, STRUCTURAL FAILURE, floor under Washer and Dryer collapsed, CRACKED FRAME above front slide, leaky seal in Right Front Headlight, multiple leaks in air system, outside temperature sensor not working (from day 1), trim over cab bunk came loose … Summary: We bought this motorhome to drive from our home in AZ to our Summer Home in AK. These were the issues on our first trip last year, beginning June 15, 2023. The motorhome has been in the dealership and the failures so significant the unit had to be driven back to Tiffin for repairs, which is where it is today – June 6, 2024. Not functioning properly for almost 12 months and has been at the dealership, La Mesa RV, Phoenix, Freightliner, or Tiffin for approaching 9 months. We bought a Tiffin because we thought they were top of the line for quality and service. We no longer have this opinion. #Tiffin, #LaMesaRV, #TiffinMotorhomes, #RVQuality

We have loved everything about this Bus from the onset. We have had no major problems. Everything works great. We are selling due to health reasons. I just had Fowler in Red Bay paint correction and ceramic the Bus with awesome results. The unit has always had an annual maintenance at Appalachian Foothills. . I have gone overboard in maintenance. I just had all tanks cleaned by Bobby in RedBay. I have always kept the tires covered and on mats. 3 details a year along with plenty of interim cleaning and wax. Unit has been located outside of trips at Talona Ridge RV Resort in Ellijay Ga, so it had be clean! Just had Nick install the outside tv swivel mount in Red Bay and Fowler do the outside keypad cover. Genny has 350 hours. Unit’s mileage is 9,654. Safe-T-Plus and MCU’s have been installed. Exhaust fan covers were installed on all 3 fans. Unit has 3 solar cells.

This 2012 Tiffin Open Road TGA34 is my 2nd Tiffin coach. I have owned it for 5 years without any issues with engine, transmission, slides or jacks. Upgrade mid coach TV to 40" smart TV. My wife and I snowbird for 3 months every winter and find the floor plan and amenities perfect for us. Great plan as they say 6 for cocktails, 4 for dinner, 2 for the night although grandkids have spent many nights on air coil pull out sofa. We enjoy our hot spot for internet connection to view our favorite apps Netflix ect. Bath arrangement for getting dressed to go out is perfect with each of us having our own separate sink and mirror medicine cabins. The bed is a queen that is longer than most RV queen mattresses. Day and night shades provide privacy and the windshield electric shades feature is really convenient. The maintenance annual cost has been surprisingly low. Could not have bought a 5 year old unit as good as this one has been. I did not add any upgrades to chassis like kona shocks or T-safe and we drive southern Colorado through NM in strong wind and winter weather and never felt the need to change the factory set up. It may have made some improvements but the factory set up worked well.. If it wasn't for my deteriorating health I would Keep this coach until we are both are worn out.

After our travels and speaking with numerous owners of tiffin they have had no assistance from the company with their homes. It seems to be a consistency within the organization. The good the bad and the ugly: The good: Great floorpan. The Freightliner chases is awesome. Fuel economy is great 9mpg towing my 4,500lb toad or 7,500lb boat. Fit and Finnish is VERY good. Tiffin support is VERY GOOD. Overall we love the coach. The bad: The dealer we purchased it from, La Mesa RV in Mesa, AZ has great sales people but don't count on them to prep the rig properly or to respond to ANY service requests. Just purchase it from them, and forget them. Push hard on the price. Ignore post sales support 'promises'. Once you purchase it, goto East Valley RV specialists for service. The Ugly: I've owned 7 rigs. 5 I purchased brand new. This 2023 has had more initial quality issues than my 4 previous new rigs combined. By initial quality issues, I'm not talking about loose knobs, mis-aligned doors, rattles, etc. If someone is complaining about those things on an RV they probably shouldn't own an RV. Maintenance and aligning and tightening things and tracking down rattles is part of RV life. I'm talking about major issues like hydraulic jack leaks, slides that don''t stay in when parked, bad TV cabling, broken vacuum breaker valves on the black tank clean out which flood the bathroom, bad camera monitor, etc. What do all these things have in common? They aren't made by Tiffin. Tiffin has a supplier quality problem that they need to resolve. Now that they are part of Thor they should re-negotiate all of their suppler contracts to charge back warranty costs for defective parts to the suppliers or choose different suppliers. The next issue is replacement part availability. During the 12mos warranty, we've waited 5mos for various parts. Again, suppliers... Summary: We love our Tiffin. Whenever we've called Tiffin for support they have gone above and beyond to resolve our issues, but they need to put the hammer down on their suppliers to get their act together. Would I purchase another Tiffin? Yes, but with hesitation because of initial quality.
