And when Tiffin is unresponsive you cannot rely on Great American RV to intervene on your behalf. I suggest you looks to a different manufacturer and RV dealer.

The good the bad and the ugly: The good: Great floorpan. The Freightliner chases is awesome. Fuel economy is great 9mpg towing my 4,500lb toad or 7,500lb boat. Fit and Finnish is VERY good. Tiffin support is VERY GOOD. Overall we love the coach. The bad: The dealer we purchased it from, La Mesa RV in Mesa, AZ has great sales people but don't count on them to prep the rig properly or to respond to ANY service requests. Just purchase it from them, and forget them. Push hard on the price. Ignore post sales support 'promises'. Once you purchase it, goto East Valley RV specialists for service. The Ugly: I've owned 7 rigs. 5 I purchased brand new. This 2023 has had more initial quality issues than my 4 previous new rigs combined. By initial quality issues, I'm not talking about loose knobs, mis-aligned doors, rattles, etc. If someone is complaining about those things on an RV they probably shouldn't own an RV. Maintenance and aligning and tightening things and tracking down rattles is part of RV life. I'm talking about major issues like hydraulic jack leaks, slides that don''t stay in when parked, bad TV cabling, broken vacuum breaker valves on the black tank clean out which flood the bathroom, bad camera monitor, etc. What do all these things have in common? They aren't made by Tiffin. Tiffin has a supplier quality problem that they need to resolve. Now that they are part of Thor they should re-negotiate all of their suppler contracts to charge back warranty costs for defective parts to the suppliers or choose different suppliers. The next issue is replacement part availability. During the 12mos warranty, we've waited 5mos for various parts. Again, suppliers... Summary: We love our Tiffin. Whenever we've called Tiffin for support they have gone above and beyond to resolve our issues, but they need to put the hammer down on their suppliers to get their act together. Would I purchase another Tiffin? Yes, but with hesitation because of initial quality.

We bought this brand new last year..it’s a 2022. Now we have had issues to get things fixed because Tiffin and Freightliner pass the buck to each other to fix it. This motorhome is built on a freighliner chassis. The real problem is for 450,000 dollars we didn’t get quality for sure. Tiffin manufacture forgot to put the braces on the washer and dryer and unfortunately it only became noticeable one month after our warranty was done and they refused to cover the cost of getting it put right with braces. Cost us 1300 dollars to get it done. Then we are one week into our trip to the US and we had a power problem and we ended up getting that changed because it was defective. Cost us 2500 (US so it’s was about 3500 Canadian). Then on the same trip we made it to Odessa Texas and the air system was giving us grief. The motorhome wouldn’t air up so we couldn’t travel. Found a mobile mechanic cost us 300(US so at least 400 canadian ). It needed a dump valve but unfortunately none to be found close to us but he did show us a way to force it to air up. This entailed for my husband who is 70 years old to go under the motorhome amd press the reset button underneath the motorhome. We get to Tuscon and got the runaround from the dealership(La Mesa) and the freightliner truck service (Velocity Truck Center) about who could figure this out. The dealership told us they had a meeting with Tiffin and freightliner and it was decided it was a freightliner issue. They charged us for 2 hours of diagnostic 530 again that’s close to 800 Canadian and told us not their problem. La mesa then charged us 1 hour for diagnostic and three hours to install the dump valve. That cost is 2100 that’s about 3000 Canadian. So this Brand New Motorhome has cost us at least 10,000. Tiffin quality is not there for sure neither is their warranty. I advise anyone STAY AWAY FROM TIFFIN. As soon as we can get rid of it we will.

After driving a fleetwood class c, we were looking to upgrade. All the reviews I read, said tiffin was the best, for our price range (around $250k). I will NEVER buy a tiffin again. Everything breaks on this thing. I won’t even list it all, there’s too much. Just now, the sliding door, covering the shelves in the back, just splintered apart, after we drove over a curb. We’ve had this for not even 3 years, already replaced the frig, side mirrors don’t work, material coming off the door, had the passenger chair replaced due to cracking in the vinyl, it’s starting to again, paint chipping off the front outside trim. Seriously, this thing is a lemon! And our dealership (Mike Thompson RV) is a joke. Charged us to fix the drawer latches (that keep breaking), only to find out they didn’t actually do it. Installed the new frig, but didn’t put any door locks on it, so it slams into the bathroom door. We had to duct tape it! They’ll keep it for a month before they even start to work on it!

My wife and I used our life savings to purchase A 2020 Allegro RV, from Camper's Inn in Raleigh. It has been over two years and we have not made a single camping trip, that the main slideout has worked. Our plans to travel and connect with friends have been replaced with two years of frustration and anger. TIMELINE 1. Purchased 2020 Tiffin Allegro February of 2020 2. Did not receive tag and title until January 2021 3. Using temporary tag, made first camping trip November 2020 4. Noted warranty items for repair, Schwintek Slide Out being biggest concern 5. Our Allegro spent over 7 months at Campers Inn in Raleigh before repairs were completed and Swintek Slideout was replaced (Jan. To Aug. 2021) 6. November 2021, we took our next camping trip and again wintek Slideout would not work 7. December 2021, we took our Allegro to Campers Inn in Mocksville, Swintek Slideout replaced again. Slideout trim not painted, because of weather it was March of 2022 before Allegro was painted 8. April 2022, we took our next camping trip and again Schwintek Slide Out would not work 9. April 2022, notified that warranty would not cover installing a fourth Slide Out

This was our second Tiffin Allegro. The first was a gas version which we truly enjoyed. The second was the RED 33AA and it was so much more comfortable and easy to drive that we could never go back to an RV without air suspension and Diesel engine etc. We love the 33AA but we are going to size up to a Phaeton when we sell the 33AA. The folks at Tiffin have been extremely courteous and helpful with the very few small things that we needed help with. We noticed that our friends who own motor homes of other brands seemed to experience a lot more troubles than we did with either of our Allegros. We will stick with Tiffins.

We owned several RV's in the past 30 years and Tiffin Allegro Red by far is the most pleasant to travel and camp in. It's very quite and has a smooth ride. We found the seats to be ergonomically comfortable while driving for hours. The coach feels spacious with all 4 slides extended. We don't feel cramped even with guests. Family and friends who have visited us while camping never failed to comment about how it feels bigger inside compared to how it looks outside. I found this RV very livable with all the conveniences and comforts of home. The washer and dryer, residential size refrigerator, and residential microwave/convection make it more self contained. I love the panoramic galley window - I can see outside while cooking or doing dishes.

We couldn’t be happier with the craftsmanship of our Tiffin. It has a floor plan that flows. There is separation between the bedroom and living space. We travel with confidence due to the Good Sam’s extended warranty that is transferable. The tires are in great shape and also have an extended road hazard warranty. We are downsizing due to health issues. We will replace this RV with a class C Tiffin Wayfarer.

I'm extremely happy with my Tiffin The floorplan is fantastic… Honestly I think the thing I like the most is the quality of the woodwork and the fact that any time I've had any issues with anything I have been able to call Tiffany and they were able to help me over the phone and in most cases fix the issue right then and there. It has so many user feathers such as auto start when the couch batteries voltage drops to the satellite and wifi for me because i work remotely and off the grind. If I had anything to complain about it would be the generator being to noisy and it seams that if it was mounted on damners it would not vibrate as mush although I do find it soothing when Im sleeping
