BUYER BEWARE! Jayco customer care is non-existent. Purchased 2022 264BH Jay Flight SLX new and one month after my 2-year warranty expired noticed front wall was soft. Took unit to I-70 RV Center (Jayco Dealer) where purchased and staff there could not figure out where water was getting in. Warranty claim was submitted as all parties agreed that water had been getting in undetected well before the warranty had expired. Also, since this appeared to be a possible structural issue there was potential for this to be covered under the 3-year structural warranty. Dealer offered estimate of $4300 to tear down unit to figure out where water was getting in as part of the claim process. Warranty DECLINED and after escalating to further make case of defective manufacturing issue again case was declined with not offer of resolution. All seams were looked at by myself and technical staff at dealer and no issue was found, however after sending requested photos to claim agent they picked apart photos and indicated the seals should have been all redone every 6 months per owner’s manual. Jayco stance is that regardless if the seals show no voids, cracking or separation I am to re-caulk the entire unit every 6 months. I took good care and inspected unit regularly, parked under canopy most of the time and saw no evidence requiring redoing any seals. Also, the large Jayco front decal peeled off the first year we had the unit. It is apparent that Jayco uses inferior construction products to cheapen the build and then hides behind clauses carefully crafted in their manual to get out of standing behind their product. Do not waste your hard-earned dollars on an inferior product. Research whom owns Jayco as issues maybe wide spread with sister companies. Show less

I've owned this RV for a little over two months now and so far I am very pleased my selection. It has everything i was looking for and I feel like it was a good value for the money. I really like the layout and floorplan with the bunkhouse. I definitely would recommend! Show less

It's been a great travel trailer for two. pulls nicely with a 1500 truck. Loads of great storag. Jayco has been good with some warranty items and not so good on others, especially the roof. I bought a Jayco with the notion of the best roof warranty in the business so you would think it's well connected. There is many areas where the TPO roof is not glues down, much debris and staples in the verge of poking through. Jayco would not honor the poor workmanship. Thay say it's will only be warranty if deffecive. Well that means a leak, but the warranty does not honor water leaks. So they will do a new roof but your on the hook to have all the water damage repaired from the faulty roof.... Head scratcher. Show less

The roof has loose decking boards and protruding fasteners and Jayco refuses to fix the problems. Their 2/3 year warranty is worthless unless they will honor it. I can not recommend Jayco. The Jayco dealer in Tulsa Oklahoma has been trying to get Jayco to honor their warranty to no success. Show less

This TT was great as an entry level trailer. My 2017 silverado 1500 towed it with ease. The living space is comfortable, albeit, a bit tight around the kitchen/dinette, which is to be expected with no slide outs. Overall this trailer deserves 5 stars for the Floorplan. We are a family of 4 with 2 small kids and everyone was able to find their own comfortable spots in this trailer. If you're looking to get into travel trailers and don't want to break the bank, this is the one to go with. Show less

It only weights in at 3300 lbs well within my Honda Ridgeline capability . I installed a blue tooth backup camera and an electric jack to make life easier.I also installed dual batteries that work with 200 watt solar system.The 12 volt refrigerator saves on using propane. There is also an AM, FM radio installed that has blue tooth capability for listening to music you have downloaded to your phone. Show less

This is a spacious and good RV for families up to six, but will accommodate 8 easily with smaller children. Comfortable with good cooking area, inside and out and plenty of room. Nice features with electronics and cooking, with dual refrigerators, inside and outside. Bathroom is adequate space with tub for smaller folks and shower for all sizes. Show less

I have own several campers in my life and have seen the quality of the campers are Bad ! And the warranty only 1 year , And the prices are going up ! It very upsetting, by the time you pay $30,000 and up for a camper, $70. plus a night, Insurance , add gas for towing. After about 5 years the camper is falling apart, this is my last camper. Bought in 2022 and sitting in a seasonal spot. Bed in bunkhouse caved in on my 5 year old granddaughter, injuring her. Next morning found the plastic table holders on each side only had 1 screw in each. After further looking, hinges on island also only had 1 screw in each. Dinette table feet were solid rust. Later that summer found the lower half of vanity face swelled due to water leak from water heater. (no washers in the hoses connected to water heater) Wall outside bathroom was also bowed due to not being squared up when installed. 2nd year - valve on water pump failed causing water to seap under camper bowing bottom of camper. Wiring on motor with kitchen push out failed costing me 557.00 for repair. Kitchen faucet is now leaking. Dealer has done as much as they have the authority to do. Corporate basically said "to bad, so sad" I will NOT be buying a Jayco again. Show less
