We absolutely love our Coachmen Prism 22LE! It’s the perfect RV for traveling, offering both comfort and convenience. We took it on an amazing 18-day trip from California to Canada, and it made the journey effortless and enjoyable. One of the biggest advantages of this RV is how easy it is to park—whether in RV spaces, grocery store parking lots, or even national parks, we never struggled to find a spot. Despite its compact size, it feels spacious and comfortable inside. The reclining sofa is a great touch, and the swivel front chairs allowed us to create a cozy space for entertaining friends. We also took it to Vail, Colorado, and it handled the mountain roads beautifully. The diesel engine performed flawlessly, powering through inclines and descents without any issues. Overall, the Prism 2250LE is a small but mighty RV—perfect for both long adventures and quick getaways. Being a brand new RV, we knew we’d have some issues but we never imagined the RV would spend more time in the shop than we spent on the road. We loved the floor plan with the king bed but we had issue after issue starting with the sink water coming unhooked as we slid the rv in and out, the heat shield falling off and tge styles peeling off on every cabinet, the cabinets above the seats coming off the sides and numerous engine issues. We were shocked when the warranty company, RV complete, labeled these issues as “manufacture defects” so they wouldn’t fix them. Reaching out to Coachmen we were lied to by the general manager Scott and coachmen promised to fix the loose cabinets only to tell Mike at RV complete that they would not cover them. We spent 2 years requesting repairs and finally just sold the LEMON. Would buy another Coachmen! Show less

My experience with my 2023 Coachmen Pursuit Motorhome was very positive in the short time I have owned it. The condition is brand new excellent, engine still under warranty, never gave me any problems. It was used only 1x and everything was in working order. Drives smooth and easy to handle. Enjoyable to drive. Had only 710 miles on it when bought and have added less than 1000 since owned. Have loved this RV and am selling only because my circumstances have changed. Show less

We bought a 2023 Coachmen Mirada 35ES on February 23, 2024 from Camper's Inn North Jacksonville, FL. Took it on our first trip July 2024. We drove it from Georgia to Wisconsin. We arrived in Wisconsin and went to level the motorhome. Front right leveling jack did not work, it worked prior to the trip. That same night we found out both A/C were not blowing cool air. When we bought the motorhome, I did purchase the extended warranty, Thank God I did. We cut our vacation short, and once we arrived back home, I call and made an appointment at Camper's Inn to get things fixed. I also noticed that the driver side slide did not go all the way back in. The tech. that worked on it replaced both A/C unit, did something to the leveling jack, had to replace the slide motor and tracking units. Also, the inverter thing went out, but they were able to get it to work without the panel lighting up. With all these items stop working and the motorhome is only a little over a year old was weird. Does anybody know anything why these items would go out? Show less

This RV is very easy to drive and can go fast! It is extremely easy to park and fits in most regular parking spots. The cameras are fantastic. I can boondock for days on solar power alone. I love the breeze in the back when MaxxFan is open. I love the windows for the views they provide. The induction cooktop heats food very quickly. I love being able to go from cab to house and vice versa without going outside. I love the residential-style toilet, inside shower, outdoor sprayer. Factory warranty was not applicable to me. I purchased the RV knowing it was used; it had 12,000 miles on it. Soon after my purchase all the furniture began to delaminate like nothing I had ever seen before. I called the factory, and they were aware of the problem and described poor quality coverings to the furniture. they clearly said there was a suit that they agreed to pay out, but I was too late due to the Covid outbreak. The furniture quickly became so unsightly and the mess we had no other option than to replace the captain's chairs, the dinette and both couches. Total cost was over ten thousand. The management at Riverside offered nothing to help compensate for a known issue. Show less

Four features set this RV over the top: 1) The open floor plan - upon entering the RV, you step into the kitchen/dinette area. It's then 3 steps or so to the primary bed and bathroom. The driver and passenger seat swivel around and with the slide open, you have ample seating for a larger group. 2) Storage galore internally and externally - the two in the rear are open and connected to each other. The large tubs can hold ice (there's a drain hole) or gear. You can store a lot back there. Internally, there's a 3/4 length closet and so many drawers and cabinets. It's fairly easy to keep the space organized. 3) Freezer - it has a separate and relatively spacious freezer. 4) Indoor and outdoor showers - hose off before you go inside or take a shower inside the warmth of your RV. Heated water available for both. The rest of the RV is wonderful. The interior has shown only small signs of wear. The drawers and cabinets stopped shutting on their own, but we installed some hooks which has solved the issue. The furnace and AC work fantastic and use less propane than expected. We have parked this RV on all kinds of terrain from paved driveways to rock pads to the middle of a field. This RV is very easy to maneuver and has great power. We have a medium-sized dog, and she does very well in the RV both riding in it and camping. We set up her bed near the dinette and still have plenty of room to get around her. Show less

I've had my Entourage for less than 6 months and the amount of issue's I've had after driving off the lot have been a real pain. Luckily the dealer has taken really good care of us. But with my latest issue, the cab has completely separated from the bunk section. Waiting on Coachmen to issue a recall on it. I had a 15 item "fix it" list after my trip from Seattle to Kansas City. The quality control from the factory is extremely lacking on this rig. It looks nice but this thing had to have been assembled on a Friday! Show less

Finished 3 years with our Coachment, Freelander 29KB. Year 1: spent almost 8 months in dealer’s shop (Broadmoor Rv, Pasco, WA because of slider failure and parts availability issues. Support from dealer was marginal; didn’t do much if anything until you bugged them. Ultimately kitchen slider was fixed, good repair job by dealer that included damage to flooring. Year 2: slider issues and failure of bedroom unit. Contact with dealer was a waste of time, no help from Broadmoor Rv whatsoever. Went to independent rv repair shop in Pendleton, Oregon: awesome service and fixed writhing 3 weeks. Year 3: just finished 4,000 trip, no issues, great handling, everything worked. Show less

The rig is well cared for. Comfortable, spacious. Drives well. Backup camera. Perfect for family outings. All features, refrigerator , 4 burner stove with oven, air conditioner, heater, water heater, sleeps 6 comfortably. Power awning. Plenty of storage. Show less
