( Furrion Refrigerator) Tried everything to see if it was a relay or something else. Here all the coolant leaked out. Until Coachmen uses a different product, I'd stay away from them, after reading all of the refrigerator issues they have on line. Don't buy one with that model of fridge in it.

Frame and suspension had ten years worth of rust when it was three months old. Treated it with phosphoric acid and POR-15. Cabinet doors popped open by themselves on the Interstate and ended up on the floor due to the cheap catches and hinges. Upgraded the hinges and added latches. Rear blind fell off (the heavy wood valance was held on by just 2 #6 screws put into nothing but the wallboard). Screwed them back in to the metal window frame. Couch broke free while driving on the Interstate. Rear cabinet bottom coming apart, had to add brackets. Cabinet over the sink started to fall apart, had to add brackets. 12v battery terminal nuts run only halfway down on the studs (not even finger tight). Bad ground on the bathroom vent fan. Condensation in running lights. Easily breakable refrigerator door handles. Cheap staples holding bed box panel on. Water heater electric element burned out on delivery. Water pump running continuously, pump replaced. Wall outlet covers falling off. Dome light covers falling off. The 12v battery doesn't have much storage, on off-grid night four the heater and refrigerator stopped working because there wasn't enough voltage (my site was ~50% shaded and the solar panel is only 100 watts). I replaced it with a couple of 6v golf cart units in series, and am planning a major upgrade to the solar capacity. In the meantime I bring a generator to boondock.

Problem after problem. Switches failing, soft spots in the floor, water heater quit working, water pump quit working, toilet broke, slide out motors failing multiple times, slide out frame work broke, axle installed improperly from factory, interior fake wood covering is peeling, exterior trim is falling off, sealer around roof accessories is cracking and lifting. This trailer has so many problems you would think it was 15 years old but it is less than 5 years old. And if you include covid time that it wasn't used this trailer would be considered lightly used. I would highly encourage any rv buyer to stay as far away as possible from coachman apex.

This RV has been a nightmare. Every trip we have taken we have had issues. It’s poorly made. We have gotten multiple flat tires and this time we pulled off the flat tire to find a broken leaf spring. We then noticed that the other leaf spring is about to break. This trailer uses an odd size that no one caries so we had to abandon the trailer in order to get home for work. We will now have to order parts online and drive 8 hours back to where the trailer is to fix it and get it home. It uses a 24” leaf when most use 25. 1/4. Come to find out the leafs are only rated to carry the trailer with nothing in it. This trailer is advertised as having the off road package so you can camp off the grid. How can you camp off the grid if you can’t carry water?? There is no reason the leaf springs should have broken on this trailer!! We have owned several trailers and never had this many problems. It might get you to the neighborhood park next to your house but traveling across the country does not work without a problem every trip on this trailer.

I have owned various travel trailers and this coachman apex is by far the best. The quality of the build and workmanship exceeds my expectations . The great appliances in the trailer are all quality. Sure beats my last trailer the first time out with it we had 3 pages of fixes for the manufacture to fix. The apex to this point has had just minor fixes which can be expected. Hope it continues this way we are very pleased with floor plan and storage space this floor plan offers is great. Would I recommend this trailer for sure.

Failures in order to years owned. In the 1st year. The radio dvd player stopped working, the drawers in the kitchen the fases came off, cupboards in kitchen fail apart, the light strips on the front around the large picture window came off, . In the second year the motors for the slide and awning stopped working, the water pump melted and almost burned up the trailer, the exhaust fan in the bedroom stopped working, the shower head came apart. In the third year the floor is giving away in not big I'm 180lbs. Overall this trailer has been nothing but trouble and where I'm at you can't buy parts for it. The large picture window creates so much moisture it acts like a leak and the bed is falling apart due to moisture. I would refrain from buying this type of trailer.

Excellent floodplain!! Tows well behind my Jeep Gladiator(diesel) . The problem with these campers is workmanship v͟e͟r͟y͟ P͟O͟O͟R͟!!! Problems I’ve encountered so far, leaking front window, black trim tape was pulling away from slide out trim, took dealer 6 weeks to make repairs!! Split hot waterline, shower leaks badly, unplugged space heater and the receptacle pulled completely out of the wall, Bathroom lavatory leaks, cupboard doors misaligned and hinges pull loose easily!! I’m a retired skilled trades person and have opted to make repairs myself. I definitely would not recommend Coachmen Apex campers or any Coachmen product line because I’m sure the build quality is probably the same!!

This travel trailer has been a joy to own. It is easy to tow, gets in & out of "tight" areas (mountain switchback roads, etc.) and has performed well with the exception of the AC unit. After two domestic failures in first 3 years, we swapped over to the quieter and definitely more reliable Coleman MACH 1 AC system -- awesome! Never let us down at any time -- and has been towed up steep inclines even with our V6 2014 JEEP Grand Cherokee.

We love our Apex Nano 213RDS. It was the exact floor plan that we were looking for. It is easy to tow being light weight and has a nice sleek design. We love the large window above the bed. The cabinets are a little cheap since they are covered with a sticker and not solid wood. It was pretty disappointing after having solid wood on our previous coaches. Really needs a drawer in the kitchen, and the shower is awkwardly stuffed in the corner. The couch has kick outs, but they are really not that great. It is better to just use an ottoman . The layout of the coach is really nice with the door in the main living area. We swapped out the window in the door so we could see out. Love the separate bedroom area. Plenty of storage. Over all we are very happy with our purchase.
