Overall we're reasonably happy with it, when not swearing about an issue. Had it about a year and it's holding up so far, except for the issues below, some of which were pretty significant.
Warranty service sucks; lots of foot dragging. I rather imagine they have a limited service budget and want to hold onto it. The shops around here don't want to take these because of the low hourly rate.
Problems seen so far:
- Daylight through the seal around the read hatch. That took a LONG time to get them to admit, then shuffle off to the door manufacturer who fixed it with a wider flange and bigger gasket.
- Intermittent connection on the AC power inlet: originally thought it was the external connector, but when I finally took the trailer side apart, the black wire clamp screw was loose by 1-1/2 turns and had clearly not been tightened originally. This one was a bit of a FIRE HAZARD.
- Hot water heater thermostat not working.
- Leaking plumbing fittings, insufficiently tightened.
- Misrouted hot and cold lines to the sink.

This unit was purchased brand new in October 2020. Since then it has been in the shop, or unusable by my family fully 35% of the time as one thing after another broke.
The last straw was the complete failure of the brake assemblies on one axle after about 7000 miles usage. Both Coachmen and our dealer, (a national group), refused to acknowledge this was either a factory or dealer problem and it cost $2000 to repair.
As time has passed, the responsiveness from both Coachmen and General RV has reached zero response.
Don't buy Coachmen and don't buy from General RV

Great layout, lots of space, but horrible construction in 2 years the list of repairs is horrid, here are some of the major ones:
1. China bomb tires, 13 months into ownership tire had a blow out took out the whole rear skirt and structural supports, Factory rep helped with replacement parts.
2. Second time out. Generator compartment flooded with rain water through vent built into door. Well generator compartment is not sealed so water flooded bathroom and Bedroom. we removed apron 10 gallons of water. No warranty.
3. Kitchen cabinets with microwave and vent fell off wall and crashed into golf cart. 2 years old. no warranty or assistance.
4. Led strip Lighting has all failed.
5. Graphics are failing.
6. All drawer glides have been replaced (parts under warranty, cabinets and to repaired that is the reason original glides did not work.
7. Kitchen counter is swollen up like a sponge that just started. not under warranty.
8. Undercarriage tape failed, no help from deal although still under warranty.
9. Speakers have all dry rotted and no longer work, sound system leaves a lot to be desired.
10. All faucets, kitchen and bathrooms have to be replaced.
11. No grease in wheel bearings is also a big one.
12. Window shades do not work.
These are just the major items so far, Rvs in general have a bad reputation but I did not expect this. I will not even mention the problems at dealership.
Thank you for letting me vent,
Joe

This Toy-Hauler worked perfectly for travel with our Motorcycle.... We could dry camp or stay at a RV park. With the Toy-hauler back door down on a cable hook up, it was like a patio and gave a feeling like it was bigger. We bought a screen cloth curtain which provided privacy, but still gave you the outside feel, and the cool natural breeze. There is a bath which I love for a child's bath, or easier to bath your furry babies. The Air Condition is Fantastic on these Units.... Over all everything is Very Well Made.... Another Thumbs up to Coachmen. It is very easy to tow. Almost not feeling anything....

A pinata is built sturdier than this camper. It took over a month to get the camper after we bought it at an RV show because the track for the bed and dining benches was broken, then incorrectly repaired which broke it further. It was a hassle getting it fixed cause everyone pointed the finger at everyone else until my husband started cc'ing then all on every email. Once we received it we had to replace the main overhead light fixture cause it fell off the ceiling. Then we had to get a replacement track for one of the drawers. All of the trim is peeling off the walls. Every little bump leaves a dent showing the thick cardboard that is made to look like wood. The stove hood is falling off because the "cardboard" can't support the screws. And tomorrow we have to take it to an RV dealer to check the water pump as it sounds increasingly like a jack hammer. We have had this camper for six months and wonder if we'll be able to get back from California to Ohio with more than a frame. :'(

This was an inexpensive, but very poorly made toy hauler. They used old parts that had been laying around for quite a while. Even the valve stems dry rotted after having the trailer for only 6 months. The tires all wore out in only a few thousand miles. (trailer was never loaded even close to the maximum, and I check tire pressures every day.) The layout was terrible. You could not close the bathroom door while using the toilet because it would hit your knees. I don't remember the brand of axles, but they were bent from the factory and Coachman would not warranty them saying it was the manufacturer's issue. The rear ramp door started to leak and blister on the outside after 13 months. There was no fox for it, they said it had to be replaced. All in all...never buy another Coachman product again.
