It's been a great travel trailer for two. pulls nicely with a 1500 truck. Loads of great storag. Jayco has been good with some warranty items and not so good on others, especially the roof. I bought a Jayco with the notion of the best roof warranty in the business so you would think it's well connected. There is many areas where the TPO roof is not glues down, much debris and staples in the verge of poking through. Jayco would not honor the poor workmanship. Thay say it's will only be warranty if deffecive. Well that means a leak, but the warranty does not honor water leaks. So they will do a new roof but your on the hook to have all the water damage repaired from the faulty roof.... Head scratcher. Show less

Bought the 2023 Jayco Alante and have had nothing but issues with it. The refrigerator took over a year before that it was fixed properly. The front windows have been replaced four times. In January this year they replaced the passenger window for the third time. The RV did not get rained on until July and the window leaked like a sieve. Call Jayco and they said factory warranty was done in February you're on your own. They put four defective windows in my RV and they still don't stand behind their product. In the RV all the drawers kept opening and jamming in the slide out and two of the drawers broke sliding out into the back area. Jacob would not put the proper latches to keep them from sliding out. I had to purchase them and pay $200 to have them installed. The workmanship is shoddy and the customer service is atrocious. I've never spent so much money and treated so poorly. It's up to you if you want to buy a Jayco but I recommend Run to the Hills. Also I expect to hear nothing from Jayco Show less

I would never suggest Jayco products or the Blue Compass dealership. We went with Jayco because of the warranty. Getting anything done on the warranty is almost impossible. We have worked with the dealership and Jayco for the last year to fix our slide, chairs, mattress and sony screen. To date nothing has been resolved. We get the same old run around from both. This is a comfortable, well thought out rig. Everything is at hand, the slide provides enough floor space for dogs and people. I love the u-dinette, it fits more people and feels less formal. The queen bed in the back is very comfortable. The bathroom is tight, which is to be expected, but sufficient. My only issue with this rig is its drivability. It feels top-heavy and underpowered. Only got 10 mpg without towing anything. Show less

Recently purchased a 2023 Jayco redhawk se 27nf. It was one of the last 2023 models on the lot. My wife and I preferred a Floorplan without slides. Also one of my priorities is for outside storage. This Floorplan is one of the few class c models with a large pass-through storage compartment. We have had it out on trips twice now. The first was a short trip to a local Koa. The second was a trip of approximately 600 miles and 4 nights. My list of problems is very short. The dealer ,Bluecompass, has scheduled an appointment to get these things fixed. Show less

We currently have a 32RLOK AND REALLY LIKE ALL THE FEATURES. THE CONTRASTING COLORS OF THE INTERIOR ARE VERY HOMY FEELING. THE OUTSIDE KITCHEN IS GREAT FOR THE CAMPING OUTDOORS FEELING. THE QUALITY OF THE CABINETRY IS A+. The size of the TV is great for night time entertainment. The half ton truck towing capability is a big plus. Show less

WARNING: Do not buy any Jayco Fifth Wheels, RV’s, Trailers or any Jayco products. Jayco does not stand behind their products and their customer service is a joke! From the moment we received our brand new fifth wheel there were a list of issues that were wrong with it. Table arrived with chips and scratches, the main door was not level and sticking. the leveling system was not working. the central vacuum was not connected, shower door clip was broke and not installed correctly, drawer under the fridge was broke, a cabinet was coming off the wall, saw dust kept coming out of the vents and their was a crack in one of the slides. After all that, we had a power outage and the fridge and freezer never switched over to LP or back to power when the power was restored. We had a 10 pound bag of chicken wings in the freezer that went bad. We tried EVERYTHING to get the smell out and no luck. We contacted Jayco customer service since they denied the claim to have the fridge/freezer replaced. We have gone back and forth with them and they are placing blame on the manufacturer of the fridge/freezer and refuse to do the right thing by replacing the fridge/freezer unit. Now unless we want to spend $6K to replace it, we have to live with the smell. I will NEVER buy another Jayco product again. Show less

My wife and I visited the RV Country traveling show in Sparks, Nevada May 30, 2023. After a salesman showed us a RV, barely getting a chance to look it over, and no test drive, the first salesman requested my drivers license to make a copy, I obliged him. He excused himself, then returned with another salesman, and without my drivers license! He introduced us to him and left us. After awhile again I asked for my drivers license back, so we could leave. He said OK. But, then again, he returned with another salesman and still no drivers license! He introduced us and left! This time it was the head sales team manager. He was relentless! Kept Sweetening the deal! Again, I asked for my drivers license. We told him we were not interested, and I wanted my drivers license back, so we could leave! He clarified the deal was only good that day! He continued to coerce us into making a deal. Regretfully, we agreed to purchase a "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A, class A gas RV. We paid for it, signed over our trade, and signed the paperwork on May 30th, 2023. They scheduled us for a walk thru delivery three days later, June 3rd, 2023, and then they finally returned my drivers license. Upon delivery on June 3rd, 2023 is when we first learned our "brand new" RV we just purchased wasn't even safe to drive home. They informed us we would have to schedule a follow-up service appointment with the local RV Country service department for repairs. We did, ASAP! We were forced to take delivery that night though! We were left feeling helpless by the RV Country traveling sale team and in possession of a piece of junk, after the traveling team left town. Still! As of today, January 6th, 2024 RV Country is still in possession of our "brand new" 2023 Jayco Integra Vision 27A RV, working on the three page list of safety items and repairs. And in the mean time we are still making $800.00 per month payments. But, cant use it! Jayco and RV Country wont even exchange it for another RV of equal or lesser value without charging us another $50K! We wanted a new RV, not this big headache! We don't recommend a Jayco product, and definitely wont be recommending RV Country, a unethical company to anybody. Try a Winnebago and Camping World, instead! Show less

Stay away from Jayco. Purchased a new 2023 White Hawk in May 2023 and before dealership delivered it the unit already had a broken outdoor kitchen door. Then within a week it had major sewage sensor issues, weather stripping around main bedroom window was falling off, wood trim around electric fireplace fell on its own, there were staples sticking out of several walls inside the unit, and more. Dealership service department was useless and gave the run around and Jayco customer service was even worse. They kept passing the buck on each other. No one wanted to deal with any of the problems properly. Jayco wanted the unit taken back to dealership to diagnose properly even though the dealership sold the unit to me based on the agreement their "field team" would come out and service it on location as I was a widow with two young children and this was our temporary home until I found a permanent home to live in. Jayco was made aware of this yet they did not care. They said they can't make dealerships do anything even though it is their brand. It got to the point that I was so fed up I lost almost $20, 000 to return the unit to the dealership after only having it for 3 weeks.......who I may say was horrible to deal with after they got their sale as Jayco was when I addressed all the issues and problem I was having with the dealership service department. The dealership took total advantage of my situation and saw dollar signs in their eyes...disgusting money hungry people...can't mention the name of the dealership yet because they made me sign a paper saying I wouldn't post negative reviews about them....they obviously know what they did was so wrong and I do not know how they sleep at night knowing they are scamming people. Please just do your research about Jayco and particularly about RV dealerships in the Grimsby/Smithville area. Show less

Was initially very excited about this RV, very beautiful, tons of bells and whistles, purchased brand new. It took 3 days after driving it off the lot to realize it was a lemon. Soon as we parked at our first campsite…. -5 cargo bay leaks -1 toilet leak -1 kitchen leak -1 black tank leak -1 gray tank leak -bedroom roof leaking onto bed -patio door leak -cargo ramp frame was warped (turns out “not square) had to use force to open/close -couple of “decorative screws” holding side various side panels up? -both entry doors had 1/2in gaps -white water line in bay crushed flat (as if there were excess pressure somewhere?) -BMPro has to be rebooted numerous times a day, will turn on & off lights, furnace, water heater, A/C sporadically -fridge staying too cold or food warm These were just a few of the issues if you can believe it. Our dealership tried to help but They had a hard time getting Jayco to get back with them (know this for a fact, my husband was there during the contact attempts). Jayco would not get back with us, kept getting the run around until we took it a step higher. Then they called us back and took it into the Jayco Manufacturing plant in Indiana. They had to replace an A/C, fridge, couch, molded wooden frames in the bay, fix all the leaks, tear up and replace the roof, replace the patio doors, the back ramp door, one of the man doors to, once again, name a few. Had our camper for almost a month and 1/2. NOW…. -The A/C they replaced doesn’t work -The BMPro turns the lights, A/C,furnace and water heater on/off more then it used to -The Rt side driving/brake lights light up when it rains and stay on until they dry out? (Has unplugged from the truck) -The Lt side driving/brake lights would not light up at all -We fixed 2 other leaks 2 days after taking it off the lot -Issues with the slides binding when being pulled in, AND a few times not going in at all (takes 10-15 minutes of rebooting the BMPro repeatedly) And once again, having issues getting a response from Jayco. We do not recommend this unit and will never again purchase anything from Jayco, new or used. Show less
