We lived in this RV in this for over a year. While it did have a few plumbing problems as with all new RVs. The Warranty covered it perfectly other than that it was a great trailer to live in. Towing is not a problem as long as you have a powerful enough truck. It had enough room for my daughter and her five children to stay in comfortably. Overall, I think this is a great RV trailer!

Finished 3 years with our Coachment, Freelander 29KB. Year 1: spent almost 8 months in dealer’s shop (Broadmoor Rv, Pasco, WA because of slider failure and parts availability issues. Support from dealer was marginal; didn’t do much if anything until you bugged them. Ultimately kitchen slider was fixed, good repair job by dealer that included damage to flooring. Year 2: slider issues and failure of bedroom unit. Contact with dealer was a waste of time, no help from Broadmoor Rv whatsoever. Went to independent rv repair shop in Pendleton, Oregon: awesome service and fixed writhing 3 weeks. Year 3: just finished 4,000 trip, no issues, great handling, everything worked.

This was our first RV purchase and we have had it now for 3 years. We have been on about 12 trips with it - the longest being 12 hours to Arkansas. It fits our family of five perfectly, with room to add 3 more friends or family members. The separate bunk room for the kids is perfect, and my 5'9" daughter sleeps comfortably in there. It is great that they have their own space, and we have ours in the master bedroom. We have run the heater and the a/c for days straight and it has worked perfectly, we were very comfortable. I love the rainy days when we stay inside and watch movies too. The outdoor space is great - the outdoor kitchen is perfect for our coffee maker, kids sodas and snacks, and extra utensils, we used it quite a bit. There is even an outdoor shower if needed - we only needed it once at the lake. The storage is perfect too - we fit SO much into all the cabinets inside, as well as outside. We had enough towels, games, cleaning supplies, dishes, you name it - to make this basically a second home. Towing the camper was very easy, my husband's F150 had no problems at all. I can't say enough good things about this camper, we have had a wonderful experience with it all the way around.

Sleeps 6 and ours has the two recliners which is nice when watching movies. Larger shower than most we have seen in class C's and an instant-hot water heater. Nice warm showers right away! Easy to drive and tow with this RV. Large awning gives us a lot of covered outdoor space, which definitely expands our living areas!

Overall we're reasonably happy with it, when not swearing about an issue. Had it about a year and it's holding up so far, except for the issues below, some of which were pretty significant. Warranty service sucks; lots of foot dragging. I rather imagine they have a limited service budget and want to hold onto it. The shops around here don't want to take these because of the low hourly rate. Problems seen so far: - Daylight through the seal around the read hatch. That took a LONG time to get them to admit, then shuffle off to the door manufacturer who fixed it with a wider flange and bigger gasket. - Intermittent connection on the AC power inlet: originally thought it was the external connector, but when I finally took the trailer side apart, the black wire clamp screw was loose by 1-1/2 turns and had clearly not been tightened originally. This one was a bit of a FIRE HAZARD. - Hot water heater thermostat not working. - Leaking plumbing fittings, insufficiently tightened. - Misrouted hot and cold lines to the sink.

The Galleria for the most part has been a very good experience for my wife and I. When I got the Galleria the rear door bike rack was really convenient other than it bent the rear door’s requiring a new door and I had to purchase a new bike rack for the hitch. I really liked the door rack cause it free’d up my hitch for other gear. The problem I have now is the refrigerator failed after 2 years and finding a replacement is proving maddening for us. The replacement fridge looks great but is 4 inches too deep extending out into the aisle. I’ve got a couple of folks looking into it although I spent a small fortune on an appliance that isn’t quite right. Coachmen I need to get this resolved.

We purchased this a year ago, used. Lucky for us because we think any warranty issues were resolved. The only issue we had was a problem deploying the auto leveling system. Turns out, the seller reported the issue to Coachmen, who provided a brand new system direct from Lippert. However the seller replaced a $4000 Lippert with a $300 offbrand motor, which failed the second time we used it. When we called Coachmen and reported the issue, they got us a brand new system and installed it through a certified mechanic AT NO CHARGE to us. And it was out of warranty when we called! I would not hesitate to buy another Coachmen product. The RV is spacious and comfortable. One tip, only run high-test gas in her. Big difference in responsiveness when on the road and hilly highways.

Jack's fell and now we are stuck with no help or way to fix it. First time buyer and I will not do this again. Everyone said move out and it will take months to get anything with the warranty if any at all. We got no where to go. Never should have done this but we did and now we are stuck.

Purchased this trailer with much higher expectations. I never thought it was possible to manufacture and assemble a trailer this poorly. Cheap finishings and poor materials throughout the entire trailer which you do not notice until living in it. All the walls and wood finishings are made of cheap paper and are delaminated from the surface. Awning LEDs were working upon inspection and are now not functioning. Fridge makes terrible noises, front slide out leaks water. Had to re-do 50 % of all the caulking in the trailer as it looked terrible, interior caulking looked like it was put on by a 6 year old. The list is endless. My recommendations are to stay away from ANY Catalina Trailer as they are poorly assembled garbage. It’s clear from the other ratings I am not the only one who feels this way.
