Being in the market for a used Super C we came across a BEAUTIFUL used 2016. It was used VERY little w/ less than 11,000 miles, shiny, new headlights, new tires, etc. The inside was spotless, washer dryer never used, etc. It looked so new we had decided not to do an inspection, but the good Lord took care of us and when we took a Diesel mechanic with us to go on a test drive, it started to rain. When we brought in the slide the water came in AND with very little investigative work we found a soft spot in the wall and under the dresser drawers and potentially the beginning of the same problem on the opposite slide. Anyway, it bothers me that this RV is still advertised here at the same price. I wish there was a way to inform people of sellers/RVs like this, as the repairs will be costly!

We’ve had this trailer 6 years and love it. It’s been the perfect trailer for our family trips. The most we’ve spent in it was 30 days straight From Texas to Montana and back. It’s held up great. The only issue we’ve had are the plastic fenders crack at the screw holes and we lost one fender going down the road. I replaced it and used padded washers and sealed the edge for extra strength and haven’t had that issue again. All the systems have been flawless with no issues.

I am a long time user of truck Campers and have over time had a half a dozen models all of which have pluses and minuses. I recently purchased the above trailer used and am disappointed in its construction.
Firstly it does not have back up lights in the tail lights. This means that I have to run wiring to operate back up lights and a camera from the tow vehicle.
Secondly the floor sheeting was not sawn so that the joints were over a joist or crossmember leaving a soft spot in a high traffic area and causing the floor covering to stretch. Had to screw in a metal sill plate to reinforce the area and stop any further break down.
Seam trim over bunk not aligned properly which caused inside skin to pull back and sag.
This unit has a solar panel and has 2 golf cart batteries ($250 each) which always have to be connected so the solar panel does not burn out. I had to design a locking system to deter theft.

We LOVE our 2016 29UR, we purchased 2nd hand and have not had any serious issues. A few things but nothing more than you would expect from a house on wheels. We believe that the earlier versions are much more robust than the newer units. We have gone on many 6 week trips and this winter on a 4 month trip. We have put @ 30,000 miles on in the last four years, we service after each trip, no surprises, we are overall very happy with our rig. Up graded a few aspects with the doghouse insulation, TV mount and a few other aspects. But overall, we love this rig
