This travel trailer has been a joy to own. It is easy to tow, gets in & out of "tight" areas (mountain switchback roads, etc.) and has performed well with the exception of the AC unit. After two domestic failures in first 3 years, we swapped over to the quieter and definitely more reliable Coleman MACH 1 AC system -- awesome!
Never let us down at any time -- and has been towed up steep inclines even with our V6 2014 JEEP Grand Cherokee.

I got lucky, bought a two owner TT that had been stored inside since it was purchased, and she is still stored inside. Talked to both previous owners, the first owner had a few common new RV repairs, but no major issues. Second owner, no issues. We have had minor preventative issues taken care of. No water leakes, all is original and all still very functional. Buy used, know the previous owners if possible. A good review of any coach will tell you if it was taken care of.

Not the greatest finish craftsmanship, but good enough and you get what you pay for. Nothing glaring. Only ever had minor and expected issues over the years and has held up super well even as a rental though I do take very well care of my stuff. I had to reinforce the lower bunk as the supports gave and someone sunk at night..... Easy fix with plywood on both ends underneath and did no real damage. Never been happy with the fridge performance, but I prefer coolers anyway. Just sprung a leak in the fresh water tank somewhere near the top so only lose about a gallon so no big deal though I will fix in the spring. Fresh tank belly droops when full more than I like as it hands down so I will add a support bar. Though it's super lite, I wish it were tandem as I think it's a little much loaded for camper tires having had a few tire issues I think are load related. Not enough battery capacity to run the heater for more than a night or two max when it gets below 40°.
Probably the ideal camper to rent out, and gets great rental reviews.
The back door to bunk is super helpful for loading. Seriously, all bunk houses should have that. Great also for larger storage items. Lots of storage inside compared to other campers it's size. Super easy to tow even for smaller trucks. A couple other things I wish it had, but not really fair to give the camper hits for that, just pointing out. Like Queen bed, taller shower, better craftsmanship, space for 2 batteries.
Still worth $10.1K 6yrs later according to my insurance hail claim. I found this model is in demand and hard to get, so still worth a lot.
If you are keeping score. Camper was free to me, I made probably $18K renting it over the years, have been able to use a low maint. camper over the years, got $10,100 for it from insurance 6 years later for minor hail damage. (Though I bought it back so pocketed $5,800 and still has a clear title.) I plan to continue renting it to bring in more money. This camper has been a major win.

It is easy to drive, back. You can easily access the bathroom and bed when stopping for overnight at Walmart or rest areas. I receive compliments every were I go on my rig...and my mustang of course.
I bought it used with only 8K miles on it so I cannot speak to factory warranty but this sight won't let you submit with out choosing one. Just disregard the Factory rating.

You won’t find a cleaner, better maintained camper. We have enjoyed having the extra bed when needed yet it’s out of the way when not needed. The electric tongue jack and electric awning make setup a breeze. The 6 gallon hot water heater makes for a good hot shower. The LED lights under the step and along the awning eliminates the need to hang lights in order to have light.
With the rounded front towing is easy.

This is our 4th travel trailer and, by far, the best! (Priors were: Coleman, Jayco, Prowler, Casita.) We purchased the Apex used from owners who had cared for it well and were only "upgrading" due to a growing family. A perfect size for "livability" with strong aluminum wall/roof("walk on") framing while being small and light enough for relatively easy towing and maneuvering. It fits us (both physically and figuratively) for both primitive and full hook-up camping. Quality throughout seems very good. This is a keeper!

This RV is very easy to drive with its low center of gravity wind and passing semi’s do not effect the ability to stay in your own lane. Towing a vehicle is not a problem at all. When setting up for a stay it’s done quickly, the water hoses have quick release nozzles, and the electrical cord is long enough for most campsites. With the slides out there is plenty of room to have people over comfortably. Sleeping 6 adults is not uncomfortable and there is even ample room to use the lavatory when on the road. The outdoor entertainment center gives the opportunity to sit under the awning and watch television or listen to music. Would keep RV but my husband passed away earlier this year and will not be RVing without him.
