We have owned this RV for four years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We have experienced 0 mechanical problems and love the floor plan. When the slides are open you have so much space, it's easy to live in for long periods of time. We were on the road for 2 months and never felt crowded. The cabinetry and finish work in the new models is not as nice as the 2029-2021 models. Our cabinets are really nice but we did replace the floor with LVP. You can pay so much more for name brands like Tiffin and Newmar when actually they are very similar. We would buy another Thor Palazzo. Show less

The Thor Sequence is a great vehicle and is very versatile. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit is less than desirable. The Good: The unit is quiet going down the road and has all the amenities that you could ask for. For two people it is a great unit and has plenty of storage space for a class B motorhome. The layout is very nice and is open and bright. Lighting is great and having the moble phone app use to control everything is a luxury. The Bad: The quality of workmanship in constructing the coach is poor at best. We had a major water leak in a rainstorm due to a badly installed vent. The gas system failed due to lines not installed correctly. Cabinets needed doors adjusted and drawers need to be adjusted to work correctly. The Lithium batteries died within the first two years and now Thor has no available replacement. Overall: While we love the layout and size of the coach, we wish it had been put together better with better quality parts. Show less

brought lc 22 thor quantum brand new 90,000 . Nothing worked appliances, phone chargers, generator. Took one trip had to go into to service warranty work, Thor warranty service is absolutely the worst ever. Give you the run around for days, wont fix nothing say its customers fault wear and tear, seriously, brand new vehicle. Takes 3 months to get warranty service approved, 1st trip and back to service, dash board not connected, camaras, dont work, cabinet doors won't stay closed,screws missing every where. 2nd trip leaks, shower, tiolet, water pump stop working, running boards missing screws, wires hanging undercarriage, cargo storage not attached fell off during trip, the more trips the more things were noticed Show less

This Coach is Amazing. Drives and handles like a dream on the open road. No swaying or drifting. The slide outs make it so much bigger than you ccould ever imagine. Set up for solar so you are never without power. The layout makes it super nice for you and you children to havve their own spaces. TVs for all and sleeeping arangements for the largest of families. The Mercedez Delano does not honour warranty. The paint on the unit's is God awful. They change out tires to put cheap tires and then Mercedez will not warranty them and Thor denies doing so. overall do NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY that is all they care about. Purchase brand new with many defects, floor,paint,chassis,water leak,this unit was sold as new and has been a nightmare , skylight window out balance,bed mattress used,hair peace of jewelry inside cabin and defective roof joint bar expose on bunked.Run away from Thor quantum LF31.I purchase this one at Lamesa RV Ftmyer after hurricane IAN and have so many problems that we has not able to use the motorhome .Going next Thursday to Ford dealership saying that the housing is twisted due to Ford Chassis defect Piece of junk is Thor. This a great RV for couples and families with really versatile sleeping arrangements. Light and airy the space feels large and has tons of storage . The RV has a strong engine and is handles extremely well. The outside storage offers a good amount of space to stow all the things for your outdoor adventures. The awning has a led light strip and there are outdoor speakers. This particular unit is solar ready just waiting for panels. Show less

Overall, very good experience after all understanding all the ins and outs of the Motorhome. There was a notable positive step change in quality and finish in the 2022 Hurricane 34J, with improvements in the styling of the coach, newer headlight design and arrangement and especially with the new F53 chassis with the 7.3L Godzilla engine. This is night an day from the old coaches in both handling and power. No more redlining to get into the powerband of the engine, which makes for a more leisurely drive. The interior is great with good finishes all around, nice materials used to withstand wear and the layout is a family dream. The overhead bunk along with mid coach bunk is amazing and makes the unit feel even bigger than a 36 ft unit. The full wall slide really opens up the interior and makes for a great living space. Use of slide locks is recommended as the slide is large and may move, but most slides should use them to avoid any movement. The new Thor quality is a testament to their commitment to improve reliability and should not be overlooked. I think Thor coaches are some of the best deals on the market today and are on their way to outshining their peers in both looks and reliability. Show less
