We rented a few different kinds before buying an RV. We were lucky there were others in line to buy this unit and we gave it the thorough once over. Found it to be acceptable and bought it. We have had it for a year now and I can tell you the previous owners took care of it. Everything is original and what isn't there is a receipt for. We just did the acrylic and the rubber roof paint even though it wasn't leaking nor do I think it's ever leaked. It needed shocks when we got it so I changed them and it rides like a new rig. Since the oil and transmission fluids are the life of the vehicle I'm changing them out frequently I just did them both at 40, 000 miles I plan to change both out every other oil change. Let you know how it goes. Everything is rock solid on the rig. We changed the original mattress went from 5 inches thick to 12. Much better. Yes the decor is dated but it works like a top. Not changing a thing until something breaks👍 Show less
