Vogue Class C reviews

We bought our Vogue Motorhome from a fella in Alabama on Ebay. These things are extremely rugged. Pushing on the interior/exterior walls, you come away with the feeling of solidness. Really, really solid. Everything about this coach is built with the heaviest, densest materials. The C12 Catepillar engine in the back anchors the RV to the road. Our only real problem with the coach was the poor maintenance that the previous owner did with the vehicle. The left front airbags had a slow leak (which he tried to pawn off as "that's just how the rig sits"). Because of the faulty suspension, the rig would bounce when it hit uneven pavement (His response to this was, "well... We just drive it CAREFULLY"). Because the coach was bouncing so much, the windshields were slowly crushing themselves along the lower edge of the dash. The heating and cooling on the dash did not work (and mechanics now tell us that the lines are routed through welded portions of the chassis and may never be replaced without some serious dismantling of the coach chassis - same with the hydraulic lines). The furnace doesn't work, and there appears to have been a leak in the front of the coach over the driver's seat (water damage on surfaces of walls and cupboards / no structural damage). Despite all these many problems we believe that this Vogue is worthy of the money we're now sinking into her, and are confident that her rugged, well-built bones will see her through the many repairs up ahead. If you have the opportunity to own a Vogue, I highly recommend purchasing one. Just know that it's going to be a labor of love and a bit of a money pit at first. Show less

Very good quality, inside and out. Solid fiberglass roof, and sidewalls. Solid plywood flooring, with a fiberglass bottom, to resist moisure. Gas motor was poor performance, go with a diesel! Outside storage poor. Inside height is short, but the quality of everything helped make up for these shortcomings. Thank you Show less

I owned the Coach for two years, (2014-2016). The V-38 has a very powerful Cat. C12 engine turning a 6 speed Allison transmission. Interior is a beautiful European modern design. All bays are insulated & heated with 1000 lbs. pull thought trays. Coach weights less than 36000 lbs. rides on a custom chassis supported on a HWH fully auto leveling air suspension. Show less

Mitchell Motor Coaches custom made each 1997 V series with highest quality of materials. The V-38 models were well over powered for their size and weight.
