This our 4 the RV travel trailer. We have gone from a hard sided pop ,to a forest river micro lite, to a heartland mallard 28. The vintage cruiser just ticked all the right box's for us. Tows easy, plenty comfortable ( we did switch out the mattress) and looks fabulous. We are towing with a f150 it is probably more than it needs but I have had under powered tow vehicles and this is better.
The RBS layout we thought was the most usable of the 19 ft floor plans with a bigger bathroom and a more usable kitchen. The dealer has been more exceptional as far as RV dealers go. Any issues we had where small and taking car of quickly. We recommend travel camp in Brooksville as a good place to buy a camper

We bought this trailer in June 2022. It was a dry summer and all was well. Then no sooner than the rains hit last fall, we were constantly mopping up water in the storage space, then on the kitchen floor.
At the time the trailer was in storage and every time we checked on it, we found water. After a theft at the lot, we brought our trailer home in February and kept finding water in it.
By March the panelling in the storage space delaminted and we found wall damage under the emergency escape window. I also found missing sealant on the hatch frame and I think the floor is soft at the wall for I can push down on it in places..
I contacted Sunset Trailer about it three weeks ago... no responce. We took the trailer to the dealership two weeks ago... they found missing roof sealant too, cointacted Sunset, and got no responce either. Although we inspected the trailer every 90 days, used Dry Z Air and lots of towels; we hadn't the time to take it in until two weeks ago.
Nonetheless, Sunset has refused to honor its warrantee... nor should the trailer have begun leaking when three months old. This was no dumped over dog dish as we first thought...
I think the poor application of sealant, resulting water damage, and the non existant treatment we received warrants a refund or replacing the trailer.
Strange how their website says, "Trust the Build." I don't.

Well let me tell you, I bought this unit new and have only been out a few times. This year I have pulled it to Michigan. I have had my window coverings fall off, towel ring fall off and now it looks like the front part of the body is pulling away from the corner molding that is around the front diamond plate and side walls. I had an 1/8” gap that I needed to seal to prevent rain water from entering the body seam joint. Not very impressed with the build quality of this trailer and it cost me over 29 grand to buy. Beginning to think I must have been a sucker.
I wouldn’t buy or recommend one.

Beyond the bent and broken pieces, the roof leaked at the top of galley opening ang there were several electrical issues.
Attempts to deal with the vendor were met with yelling and swearing.
After much research and some trial and error I managed to get all of the items fixed. But it was way more of a headache than I hoped for or expected.
I had other purchasers reach out to me based on my review on a Teardrop FB site. Seems my experiences were not unique. The FB site itself had even banned this seller.

Nothing but problems when we purchased this trailer. I should ran and not walked away. We did not even make it home with the license plate or furnace door and the access door kept coming open as we were driving down the freeway. I came home and loaded the trailer with all of our stuff. The next day it had rained during the night and all of my towels in the bathroom were wet. The skylight was cracked. I called them and they gave me the run around. Finally agreed to send the parts to repair the skylight sent everything but the glue to fix. Got some sob story about it could not be sent thru the mail. I bet they purchase it thru the mail. Just trying to cut corners once again. The bathroom had small holes that were not sealed up during building it.I did not notice this before purchase. The sent some stripping to cover it up. Also chairs had rips in the corners that I did not notice before hand. I would of seen all of this if the walk thru would of went thru. But they were prepping the trailer something that we paid for. And I went out and noticed the ladder had been removed and asked where it was and the kid said he would talk to the service boss. Well i went back inside and the service boss started yelling and cursing that it did not come with a ladder . I said I saw one when we looked at. Well it did come with a ladder and I fought and they put the ladder back in. After that the kid that was finishing up on the trailer said to me and my husband I guess now because of my jerk boss i will not be getting a tip! Really a tip for doing your job. Well no he did not get a tip. And that is probably why our stuff flew off on the ride home. This is Best RV in Turlock. I would never never recommend them to anyone. They are terrible to deal with. So now I have a brand new trailer we have used 5 times with all kinds of problems that they will not even acknowledge or call me back on. the slide out went out a few days after the warranty expired. So we pull the motors out and one looks brand new the other looks like it has been laying in the mud for a year. I know that they will not help us out. Would not even help if it was not days past the warranty. I am so disgusted with our purchase and dealing with all the horrible service . Do not buy from Best RV of Turlock Ca. or Pacific Coach Works if you don't want problems.

I purchased a 2018 Tango mini Lite 16bb after the first two months of owning it there was a leak in the Skylight above the tub I took it back and two different occasions finally the water stopped coming in then two months after the one year warranty I had noticed a lot of things starting to happen the front end area was starting to split open I noticed that the tires are going bald due to the axle being bad and mold in the wall between the tub wall and exterior wall I have never used any water source in this trailer I spoke with the dealership at motorhomes of California on Coast Highway and they told me that they could not help me with anything they told me to get ahold of the manufacturer I did so they told me the same thing they did not give me any information on how to resolve this situation they left me out in the cold
