This trailer should have NEVER left the factory in the condition it’s in!! The CEO of Genesis Supreme, Pablo touts “Quality and customer service “ on their web site, but this trailer has zero quality and this customer ain’t satisfied!! From the get go the shower leaked like a sieve, the bathroom sink leaked, the kitchen faucet leaked, the furnace doesn’t work (still doesn’t after being into the dealer 4 times), the cupboard doors and the drawers were warped and had to be replaced, the bed caved in while we were sleeping one night and my wife and I ended up in the cargo storage bay, it was made of 1X2 and staples!!! Now the roof material is coming off and Genesis just said contact the roof material manufacturer, and when I did and sent photos of the issue, they said Genesis cut the material too short so now it’s pulling away from the sides!!! Genesis still refuses to repair it!!! If you looking at a Genesis Supreme, don’t walk away, RUN AWAY!!! Pablo is full of crap!! The only thing he cares about is getting your money, and then you’re on your own!!!!

We've taken this from Montana to Arizona twice with many stops in between with our Honda Talon. We enjoyed this RV because it has alot of storage and its just been great. Its not the fanciest thing on the road but it perfect for my wife and I. We've been extremely happy with this purchase and didn't break the bank

If I had thought to ask for a ladder at the dealership before signing on the dotted line I would have walked away from this bomb. At first we thought the Falcon F-23TH was great. Easy to tow and fairly easy to get our motorcycles in and out of it. Fully loaded it rolls out of our driveway as soon as you shift into Drive. Nice open floorplan with the added plus of being able to open the back end for wonderful cooling as all of the camping we do is boon docking. I cobbled together a screen door for the rear of the trailer from two of those $5 instant screen doors "As Seen On TV" and a roll of Gorilla tape. Third year of ownership we had a terrible leak in the roof during a thunderstorm. I found out there was a factory installed dent in the roof at the rear of the trailer above the loading door that had been covered up by the crew in Indiana by slathering copious amounts of Dicor sealant over it. The dent was quite large extending from the edge of the rear door frame in towards the front of the trailer about 20 inches. The patch had weakened over time and cracked above the gap between the edge of the frame and the roof. The AC unit sits in a depression at the center of the roof about one inch lower than the sides of the trailer. The roof is constructed of sheets of aluminum about 4 feet long and 6 feet wide that seem to be stapled to a cross member (you really can't call it a rafter) made of wood. We called and called the factory but they never returned my calls. Being first time RV buyers we bought an extended warranty for $1800 that is absolutely worthless. I called the warranty company and was informed I had ten callers in front of me so I settled in for a long wait. Five minutes later my call was answered and I was told all of our problems with the Travel Lite were not covered. I was told the same thing the next day when I called. Save your money, do not buy an RV, they are all crap. You would be better off with a quality cargo trailer built to your own specs.

I have owned my 2020 20CK for just over 8 months, of that time it has been at the dealership over 5 months of that time, it’s been back over 4 times. Genesis and the dealer, RV Country are useless and will not cover warrantied items tgg hi at were found during the pre deliver inspection. Heater doesn’t work, AC doesn’t work, power bed doesn’t work correct, bathroom mirror fell of the wall, brakes don’t work correctly, power connection fell off, leaks in the bathroom from the drain, batteries won’t hold a charge...in general they lack quality and workmanship...then don’t back their warranty. The said if I tow it to the factory, they will fix it. DONT BUY GENESIS SUPREME!!!!

The exterior was put together poorly. My wife and I bought our 2019 vortex on 6-11-18. We really enjoy taking it out and we use it quite a bit. We bought it in Beaverton Oregon. Just a couple weeks ago around the 1st of July 2019 we were gonna wash it when I noticed the where the front end cap and the right side of the trailer meet together up next to the roof in the corner had started separating the vinyl is peeling off and the caulking is nonexistent and the black seal around the edge where the front end cap and the right side of the trailer meet was coming off. There is about a 2 inch gap. Also when the running lights in the front top of the trailer we’re installed the fiber glass had cracked but seeing as how it’s where nobody can see I guess the manufacturer just half assed it and sent it to the dealership anyway. I called to see if it was covered under warranty and was told that my warranty was expired on 6-11-19 so a little more then 2 weeks after the warranty expired I started having issues and the manufacturer could care less. All in all nice trailer but I don’t think I’d recommend it to friends or family. I’d recommend a trailer that may be a touch more expensive but is better built with attention to detail.

Awesome looking unit but beware!!! Had our 2019 27FS for a few weeks. Floor started to bubble in back. Floors are not glued in place just floating. Window treatments were not the same size. Kitchen sink leaked. Side window fell off mount. Dealer fixed. After a month the floor came loose again and is now worse. Not fixable. Now 2 months out of warranty. 3 of the 4 tires were bad. Two tires were splitting and one blow out within 10 days of our trip. Less then 4K miles on the unit and tires since new. Rear fold down bed/chairs started to bend at mounts. This is by far the worst unit we have purchased of the 5 we have owned in the past 11 years. STAY AWAY!!!
