Floorplan is livable and setting up is easy. The hydraulics work well so far but the self lever doesn't quite know where level is. The heater works. Both AC units have died, but even when they worked they couldn't put a dent in the high temperatures. It's like living in a soda can. Beware of the stairs because they both are faulty. One broke then a month later the other one did too. The first one almost killed me. Two of the four locks on the storage compartment doors don't work but maybe someone tried to break in, I dunno. There is a water leak somewhere and when I tried to see where it was coming from I could see the ducts under the floor and it, along with all the water and gas lines, look like a blind five year old put them in. Ducts are crushed and the water and gas lines look like spaghetti. Almost forgot, one of the awnings ,for no reason at all, just decided to let the material part go. I bought this thing brand new and it is the worst decision I have made since I was 20.

I purchased it privately when it was two years old. I was told the hot water tank had already been replaced. There are so many poor quality issues I don't know were to start. One of the biggest issues for me is the fact there is no insulation in the walls. My neighbors might as well be sitting in my unit as I can hear everything. Yes one A/C can't come close to cooling it. 85 outside 85 inside but no humidity. Close the drawers in the kitchen and you can still see the drawer slide ends . Cheap vent fans with small fans blades don't really exhaust any air. I can go on and on but you get the picture. I know most RVs are far from perfect but I definitely would never buy a Prime Time again. I could have gotten a much better built unit for the same price I paid. Looks good but that's it .

The 80 inch sofa has a fold out bed. This unit includes theater seating with cupholders and charging stations in its console. we have had no major issues with issue unit and I’m not sure what the other negative comments are except maybe lack of experience in maintaining an RV. This particular RV has suited our family well for two years. We are ready to downsize. And pass it on to the next family who will enjoy it as much as we have. This is our sixth RV, all purchased new from various manufacturers and we have yet to own one that didn’t require minor maintenance such as tightening screws and checking that sink drains are tight. This is part of owning an RV.

We love the spaciousness, the ample amount of storage and the open floor plan. This is a great rv for couples and there’s even room for grandkids on the comfortable pull out couch. Towing is a breeze. Setting up at camp takes minutes with auto leveling. We

Terrible build quality, screws sticking up through the carpet in many places, trim warped, back flush did not work, took it back to dealer for service , the tech cut large sections of under pining to try and fix back flush issue, did not fix or repair the damaged under pining, I called factory, they were not much held, I did a finally found the back flush vale's was installed backwards. 3 of the water connections under the sink were leaking. Fun Town RV in Conroe Texas has terrible service techs. Will not buy another Forest River product. When I called the factory to try and get the back flush to work I told the about the screws sticking up through the carpet also and they didn't think it was an issue. Doing my own repairs because I can't trust Fun Town RV to do the work correctly.

Let me just that for the money I paid for this trailer, the craftsmanship is crap. If your looking for a trailer, by pass this one. DO NOT buy any trailer 2019, 2020, 2021 or 2022. They are considered COVID trailers. Shabily put together and just all around crap. I am a single person who lost her partner due to cancer, and I took the money that was left to me after being kicked out of my little home to live full time in this trailer. So many things were wrong, broke, and let me tell you the electrical in the front was not hooked up right, I had to have an RV place completely redo it in order for the electrical outlets to work at all in the front of the trailer and on the outside. Also, get this, the shower, was NEVER connected to anything so for a year I used the shower, the water just dumped to the bottom of the trailer. Was not hooked to any pipes or nothing for draining. So if you have one these trailers make sure you have that checked. You will know if your trailer looks like you have a waterbed under trailer holding gallons of water like I do. I think all of us should get together and sue the manufacturer. Any takers?

This 5th Wheel has been home for us. We were in-between homes and needed our own place. So, we purchased this lovely 40' 5th Wheel to call it a temporary home. It's been great to have our own place. We had the septic and water hooked up on our family's farm. It's been home for 6 months. We have redesigned it to accommodate 2 adults. Got rid of the RV sofa bed and the uncomfortable RV chairs. Replaced with Lazy Boy Electric Recliners. Also, a New Deluxe King Mattress. Custom ordered from a Furniture Store. It's only been moved from the dealer to a campground and we purchased it and moved it 20 miles down the road. It has less than 100 miles road travel. Beautiful wood trim and a lovely awning. Tires are good to roll.

Spare yourself the trouble and don’t buy one of these. I’ve lived in it for about 7 months and it has been one thing after another. Now I understand this particular trailer may not really be meant for long term living, and most of them aren’t built with 5 star materials but I wonder if whoever designed this really put any thought into it at all. Let’s start from the outside. Under the trailer near the rear wheels there is just a giant hole that leads into all the wires and water lines underneath the trailer, perfect for rodents to get into all of your cabinets where there is water lines and/or cords running through to the bottom of the trailer. Which in this model just so happens to be all of them. Horrible design flaw. We had rats, and then after the rats came mice. Most of the areas are impossible to access without tearing out panels so in order to clean the feces they left behind you’re going to have to tear everything apart. All of this could have been avoided if the trailer designer didn’t leave a huge hole in the bottom of the outside. Somehow the rodents even made their way into the storage area under the bed, on the complete other side of the trailer. Don’t ask me how, couldn’t tell ya. A few of the windows leak when it rains as well as the window in the front door, easy fixes but still annoying. Moving to the bathroom, my least favorite of the entire build. It is functional, but very very tiny. The doorway from the kitchen area into the bathroom is so narrow, I am a small woman and I have to tuck my arms or I’ll whack into the doorknob or door frame, and then when the door is open you can’t access the toilet or shower without closing it unless you’re maybe 3 years old. I feel like they should have added a pocket door there. Not the end of the world if you’re just going on a weekend trip but annoying if you plan to be in it long term. The shower, oh the shower. It is two pieces, the tub and then the piece that wraps around the walls. But whoever installed it or whatever did it so poorly that the crack between the two pieces is wider on one end of the shower and impossible to clean on the other. Water gets in there obviously and who knows how much moisture and mold is back there. I’m not down for an entire RV bathroom remodel right now so out of sight out of mind for me. But I know how mold works. The floor around the shower is not sealed where it meets the cardboard like walls. So obviously water gets there, soaks right up into the wall piece and is mold city. It is however sealed around the bathroom sink, so I’m not sure why they skipped doing the floor. Easy enough to do yourself I suppose. Ample cabinet space in the bathroom at least but the one under the sink has been tainted by the rodents. Only a few months into living in this trailer half of the outlets just stopped working. Only 3 in the entire unit work now. Still have yet to find out why that happened. The electric water heater has recently started to trip the breaker every time it’s used, I don’t really trust the wiring in this thing to use it at all anymore until an electrician looks at everything. So be ready to just replace that after only a few months of use. The gas heater seems to work, but again, it seems sketchy to me. Call me paranoid but I don’t want to risk it. Not trying to start a fire! All in all, I would not recommend this trailer if you want to use it long term.
