Spare yourself the trouble and don’t buy one of these. I’ve lived in it for about 7 months and it has been one thing after another. Now I understand this particular trailer may not really be meant for long term living, and most of them aren’t built with 5 star materials but I wonder if whoever designed this really put any thought into it at all. Let’s start from the outside. Under the trailer near the rear wheels there is just a giant hole that leads into all the wires and water lines underneath the trailer, perfect for rodents to get into all of your cabinets where there is water lines and/or cords running through to the bottom of the trailer. Which in this model just so happens to be all of them. Horrible design flaw. We had rats, and then after the rats came mice. Most of the areas are impossible to access without tearing out panels so in order to clean the feces they left behind you’re going to have to tear everything apart. All of this could have been avoided if the trailer designer didn’t leave a huge hole in the bottom of the outside. Somehow the rodents even made their way into the storage area under the bed, on the complete other side of the trailer. Don’t ask me how, couldn’t tell ya. A few of the windows leak when it rains as well as the window in the front door, easy fixes but still annoying. Moving to the bathroom, my least favorite of the entire build. It is functional, but very very tiny. The doorway from the kitchen area into the bathroom is so narrow, I am a small woman and I have to tuck my arms or I’ll whack into the doorknob or door frame, and then when the door is open you can’t access the toilet or shower without closing it unless you’re maybe 3 years old. I feel like they should have added a pocket door there. Not the end of the world if you’re just going on a weekend trip but annoying if you plan to be in it long term. The shower, oh the shower. It is two pieces, the tub and then the piece that wraps around the walls. But whoever installed it or whatever did it so poorly that the crack between the two pieces is wider on one end of the shower and impossible to clean on the other. Water gets in there obviously and who knows how much moisture and mold is back there. I’m not down for an entire RV bathroom remodel right now so out of sight out of mind for me. But I know how mold works. The floor around the shower is not sealed where it meets the cardboard like walls. So obviously water gets there, soaks right up into the wall piece and is mold city. It is however sealed around the bathroom sink, so I’m not sure why they skipped doing the floor. Easy enough to do yourself I suppose. Ample cabinet space in the bathroom at least but the one under the sink has been tainted by the rodents. Only a few months into living in this trailer half of the outlets just stopped working. Only 3 in the entire unit work now. Still have yet to find out why that happened. The electric water heater has recently started to trip the breaker every time it’s used, I don’t really trust the wiring in this thing to use it at all anymore until an electrician looks at everything. So be ready to just replace that after only a few months of use. The gas heater seems to work, but again, it seems sketchy to me. Call me paranoid but I don’t want to risk it. Not trying to start a fire! All in all, I would not recommend this trailer if you want to use it long term.

This is an update to my Jan 2018 review. We still have the rig and overall I'm pretty well satisfied with it. All major components are working well (Generator, Frig, Heater, Air Conditioners, Electrical, leveling jacks etc) I've put over 17000 mile on it since we bought it in 2017. Tires are still holding up quite well. Over the last 4 years. We have actually lived in it for a total of about 1 year (365 days) We snow birded it each year for about 3 months. I found out the leak we had in the shower floor was due to weight. When we bought the rig I weighed about 270. I lost alot of weight a last year (200 now) and the floor doesn't leak any more. At one point I had a major problem with the bedroom air conditioner starting and stopping then just blowing outside air (no compressor) I had a guy come out to look at it and he couldn't find out what was causing it (2019) I gave up on fixing it and took it home from Phoenix. When we got ready for our 2020 trip (Jan 2020) it was working fine and has been ever since. I mark it up to road vibration must have broke it then fixed it. No major problems to speak of except the wheel wells still flap going down the road. Very week struts holding them in (they broke at the welds against the side). Need to fix probably just take drilling hole and placing screw. I still feel this thing tows exceptionally well. I even fell in a ditch at one point, rig was at a 35 degree angle fully loaded. Trucks two driver side wheels were about 6 in off the pavement. Had tow truck right us and not a problem with suspension or tow tongue or tires. Probably had about 12,000 lbs in trailer. My tow vehicle is a 2017 Ram 3500 (not dually) with 6.4 hemi gas. Overall I like the rig for what I paid for it. Would like a little more room but that would cost more. I give the rig a 3.8 out of 5.

The dealership took care of the missing items within a week. The camper is very comfortable and spacious. The king mattress was replaced immediately. It is my only complaint. All manufacturers should just keep the mattresses so we don't have to take them to the landfill. This is the reason for only 4 ☆ on livability.

Not a good experience, Sofa bed fell off the wall in the middle of night while someone was asleep on it, Sink in bathroom leaked, faucets in cooking area got so loose they just wobbled, Retainers holding gas line are not tight and some were not even in place, already replaced all brakes and bearings, Cd player never had internal pin removed so had to pull it out after researching manual. Tape holding walls together not sticking, Awning LED strip smoked, yep I said smoked! Drawer slide fell down only stapled in place??? Front Propane tank mount only two scews used and they broke off, to this day I wonder why tanks did not bounce down the road? Over all a Piece of crap very poorly built. No I did not take it back because felt the ability to get repaired it was better off doing it myself !!!! Just walk away

I liked all the features, but finding out after just 1 1/2 years later the aluminum frame is broken in the wall. You can see this bowing out from the outside of the unit by the slide out. This was the fault of the factory not properly welding the wall causing the aluminum frame to break. When we purchased this unit new we were told there was a 3year structual warranty. We have contacted the company several times with our problem, and even sent pictures. Even though it was their own factory that made the walls they told us it was our problem, and it was only 1year warranty. They said we can take it to an authorized dealer and pay ourselves to get the costly repairs done. When a weld is properly done it should last a life time. Now we are stuck paying on something we can't even sell. What's next to go?

We have had our 43' 3912X for 2 1/2 years and put about 15K miles on it. We love the side deck with patio door access and the large garage the we haul our motorcycles with us. I put in 3 wheel chocks that I bolt to the floor. It has a rear half bath that is nice for guests and 2 queen size beds that go to the top of the garage. The back deck/load door is nice when camp in Loveland, we can backup to the river and have it hanging over the river.Things I don't like about it, there is no light switch by ether entrance door. The main bathroom sink and faucet were a joke, you couldn't get you hands under the faucet and the sink is really small, I replaced both of them. The LCI self leveling isn't heavy enough to lift the front of the trailer without shutting off and having to reset itself. One of the mid jacks died in the first year as did the transfer switch. 4 Seasons RV in Denver has a terrible service dept. My first trip into the mountains the brakes went out after 30 miles on the road. The wires were routed improperly and shorted out my fuse for the controller. The also made the wires so short for the awning LED strip that the awning arms cut the wires in the first year. When they checked out the mid jack they couldn't lift the RV with their fork truck and accused me of overloading the trailer and there was barley anything in it because I din't want any personal items to disappear. The ordered a mid jack for it and never called me when it was in. The lower valance on the main slide with the fridge and sofa has broken all the supports for it and it flexes so much with a side wind that the screws are breaking the metal at the top of it. The wheel flares are plastic and breaking around the screw holes and most of the screws have come loose so I replaced all of them with racing rivets which have a larger head than normal rivets. No backup lights or backup camera so I added those. The back screen to the rear deck opens up the whole back of the trailer so bugs have easy access when you use it. A 3 piece screen would be nice. The rear black and gray water tank valves are under the slide up by the wheels and I added an access door so you don't have to crawl on your hands and knees to empty them. The water and cable access door blew off and you can't find a replacement.
