We dislike the shower. It's hard to get in and out of. Also we found lots of holes where rats can get in and out. That is poor work quality and laziness. My opinion is that you should rat/animal access your RV. We had several leaks and the generator never worked from the get go. Show less

Took Rv in to giant Rv many times . First right purchase leaking window and other things they kept it for months. Took it back for air conditioner. They said it was not part of the warranty so we paid . Long story short it still does not work. I can go on. Show less

We purchased this motorhome in 2018. Have replaced all kinds of things ,microwave,hotwater tank,converter, solenoids in the battery control center.batteries a/c compressor , faucet set in kitchen,shower valves , commode valve list goes on & on & on. this was my first & last rv of any kind i will ever purchase. stuck in this now, not worth what we paid for it Show less

Have had this RV for about a year and couldn't be happier with it. Upgraded from a Class C to this Class A last year. Had a few of the usual issues with a new RV (the RV industry overall has poor quality and customer service) But the dealer fixed them (bad wiring, incorrectly installed black water flush check valve, and a valence fell off) but they were all fixed without issue. We love the layout, new electronics, features and the way it drives. Show less

My family and I absolutely love this RV. It packs so much for the value. It truly is a home away from home. It operates smoothly, has every amenity that we enjoy in a home from heat, to a/c, to a full fridge, TVs, Oven, Stove, Microwave, and even a hot water tank. My wife and I love that it comes with a King Bed too! Set up and use is easy. The control panel is so easy to use and learn. The best part is that I can control everything in the RV from an app on my phone! Just amazing what Thor has done. I would buy another Thor RV again and again! Show less

This was the first and last new Thor motorhome I'll ever purchase. Calling this slapped together is an understatement to how bad the build quality is. Pathetic workmanship, everything falling apart, loose screws, nuts and bolts are common. None of the electronics work properly and parts are falling off inside and out Show less

They need to continue this floor plan for new models. This home has everything you need for away from home experience. This sleeps ten people comfortably, but for a small family that don't want to tear up and down the dinette and couch its perfect.The large outdoor kichen is amazing and keeps the heat and the husband outside,LOL. We tow a car but the fuel milage is better than most get with smaller diesels engines (Dollar wise). My husband has a lead foot and at 75 , thats amazing. Show less

ZERO QUALITY DURING BUILD!! CHEAP COMPONENTS! Sold our 2001 Class C for a newer more reliable rv. Total regret. Electrical issuse, water leaks (plumping and roof), slide issues, propane issues. Can not remember how many times we have taken it in for repairs. Going back in in a few days for many more. SOME ISSUSE I HAVE TAKEN IT BACK OVER AND OVER FOR. Thank goodness we got an extended warranty. Work that we have done on it is a joke. I have literally taken it in 3 times for CGFI plug going bad in the bathroom. They just replaced it each time. I realized there was water getting into the outside outlet due to poor build quality. Took it back in and showed them the problem. Still could not fix it. I had to take the plug out and remove some of the wood behind the plug so it would seat properly. Then scrape off all of their caulking. Outside compartment leaks, exhaust melting the fiberglass, air coming in the drivers window, other outlets and USB ports going bad. The joke of a nav/ radio / camera system. All garbage some of it not repairable per shop. DO NOT BUY. YOU WILL REGRET IT!! Show less

Own a 2017 wind sport 34j , yes it is out of warranty. And all the leather products are pealing or ripping. Called Thor they tell me that the leather product is no longer available . Why is it bad. They say can’t help as out of warranty and not giving any good will. This Rv has been covered since bought , has only 8900 miles on it . So basically would never recommend Thor to anyone , as like any other dealer , once you buy the don’t care about there product Thanks Never a Thor owner again Show less
