Like everyone else I bought a Thor Windsport and it has spent more time in the shop I got it in January 2022 and black tank had to be replaced the lever jacks went out sink faucet had to be replaced generator didn’t work and now having problems with the electrical system on the chassis it has had to be towed three times and as I write this it is sitting and waiting to be towed to the ford dealer again as the gateway control module went out again. What can I do as Thor told me it was not there problem. So far it has cost me over $7000.00 dollars also I bought a good Sam’s extended warranty and that was a thousand dollars donated as they wouldn’t honor any part of it .What can you do I wrote a letter to the Texas attorney general’s office and they said they couldn’t help . Only had Rv for 2 years dont buy one they are poorly made and they don't last would never buy a Thor motorhome ever again stay away if you know what is good for you. Our RV has been in the shop 5 times now since we bought it. The bolts on rear axle broken after 1900 miles never hitting a bump. This Rv Thor Motorhome thrown together poorly. Cheaply made. We purchased this Rv from Woodstock Ga. March 13,2023 on a year long pre paid trip to Alaska, the day I got behind the wheel to leave the light’s won’t turn off , the levers malfunction, missing water tank cover,used water tank rod, missing vent adjusters, wallpaper falling off, they sent me off, car stopped fast in front ,brakes are not right almost hit car, steering wheel vibrates bad. Called 30 ford dealers to get it in for a look with 30 no. First night Boone docking batteries went dead, found solar controller was taken out of unit, wires from panel and batteries were bare under bed,camping world Nashville said iam lucky it didn’t burn. Hole under bed big enough for a ground hog. Screws not even screwed in ,wiring is the worst I have ever seen, parts to water heater laying on top. Went to use flush valve and one way valve was in backwards, got in shower to get cleaned up floor is supper soft by drain.we were sent off the lot with version 4.2 instead of 4.8,had to hire a traveling tech to pull this off.found a dealer in Oklahoma that said the master cylinder was leaking internal.took to another repair shop they wanted to have it set in there lot for 4weeks before looking.mean while still trying to stay on trip,got locked inside in Idaho due to door handle broke . Then gas cap broke in half. Then the slide fell and we were starting to have problems with 50 amp power. I told wife trip is off we took unit to Thor,they helped a little and said to bring it back .in the mean time it went to Basil’s ford in buffalo twice they said nothing wrong. We then made appoint with Thor ,they sent driver and said 4 days, they had unit 5weeks, so we now lost all summer.Thor called said come get unit we drove 9hr. They did upgrade the floor and fixed cabinets, but some where there some one smashed into the unit taking off passenger mirror and window along with body and paint and stickers, Thor said no pics,they then said something happened to the batteries,so changed out my 750s to 600. Test drove there is a issue with passenger window air comes in bad at times??.they said the roof was leaking ,this unit is brand new. We made it home ran slide out and. Half dozen screws came out from under slide. The only thing I can say is Thor is the only one that acknowledged the call from the attorney general, ford washed there hands and Woodstock sent and check that was a slap in the face for all we messed and all the head ache. This has been the worst experience I have ever had to deal with. Trying to get out from under it and now the dealers will only offer half and we haven’t even used it. Someone must be held accountable. Think twice people do your home work. Show less

nice looking great simple basic floorplan warranty support well forget it...lots of issues with roof shower leaks in wall ..put stabilizer front had too much sway when driving poor worksmanship lousey parts...like a boat expensive maintanance tires in rear always out of round..entire bus sways fishtails in rain be careful windows suck draft from most...propane issues gnerator start problems constantly...front windsheild fogs up easily little fans do squat. put 4 inch mem foam on bed for comfort..tvs dont work..think crappy brands..levelrs are never correct hint dont use them....commode smell piping needs again retrofit...dash light dont work..again....rattles galore...otherwise a cheap no frill partially working rigg would not buy another thor product should of bought a tiffin or a neumar.... Purchased this RV a little over a year ago and have used it 4 times. Each trip was a joy and all aspects of the vehicle performed in an excellent manner. There are several upgraded items on the RV that I never used; I either did not know how it worked or had on need. The unit came with a satellite dish, but no receiver ( never needed)cable was fine. There’s a Windgard WiFi ranger located on roof; previous owner removed router; I used cell data, but unit on top works well if a router is installed. There’s a solar control panel ( see picture) that I have no idea what it controls or operates. I’m thinking it’s to some how maintain the house batteries while in storage. This motor home is super clean and in excellent mechanical condition. I’ve changed the oil twice since I’ve owned it. Currently there are 9600 miles, 2600 of which I put on the vehicle. The exterior paint is excellent and no noticeable scratches. The ladder to top of unit is bent, however, the bend is so uniform that the ladder actually looks like it was manufactured that way. All accessories I’ve purchased will be included with purchase.ie, wheel/tire covers, all sewer accessories, water hoses, electrical cord, jack pads( never used because auto levelers work great) and outdoor carpet. So now the answer everyone is wondering……….. if you love this motor home so much why are you selling? My wife and I have be camping for 40; tents, pop ups and travel trailers and Class C. This is our first Class A and………….. my wife is so scared while underway it has taken all the pleasure and joy out of the journey. That’s it, plain and simple. We will most likely move back to a trailer in the near future, but for now it’s time to reevaluate 😎 Show less

Couch drives really well, smooth and comfortable ride. Floor plan is very spacious and plenty of storage. Outdoor Kitchen area and fridge are really a good plus. Have had it for three years and this is my second RV, so I have to admit I have been pleased. First trip out, I did have two issues that had to be fixed. The motor on the step needed to be replaced, and the slide got stuck out due to the gear being installed slight askew. After fixing the slide issue, it has been trouble free for three year. I wish the decals were better quality, but maybe that is what you get at this price point. The service at the local RV dealer has been TERRIBLE, but calling Thor they have been great and resolved my issue with the motor and slide promptly. If you have reasonable expectations at this price point, its a real nice RV. Show less

Worst Motorhome I’ve ever had. The bunk has never worked and after taking it into BYoung RV multiple times (mind you it’s a year old) and purchasing the extended warranty, it’s a piece of 💩. The dealer is nothing but hassle factor and charging for everything. Buyer beware and read reviews....wish we had! Show less

Nothing but problems with it had in Shop more than camping now the decals are discoloring and looks really bad can’t find anyone that can give me any good answers Been doing this after warranted ran out Show less

Let me start with love the R.V. but the initial purchase was bad, took off lot to test camp with it and found 15 items that needed fixing from small inside cosmetic items to body and paint work on the outside. We are the 1st owners of this home so we were shocked HOW much needed fixing BEFORE we could even enjoy camping.Thors warranty department was great but the facility fixing the coach was bad and went out of business. Just had fridge replaced after not even 2 years of using,also have to get furnace looked at this week not heating.....only good things are king size bed,easy to drive,lots of storages space and good price for outdoor kitchen Show less

We've had our Thor for over a year now, lived in it for 3 months, now just use for vacations and overflow houseguests. It's been mostly great - any issues we've had were taken care of at the dealer or troubleshot and fixed myself. It is definitely glamping at its best! Our own shower and toilet, the oven and stove work just like at home. My wife has baked and roasted in it many times! The outdoor kitchen is my favorite part. You can put the game on the tv or listen to stereo, have the awning out with the lights on (it automatically retracts if too windy), and cook on the grill attached to the propane tank! Outdoor sink and fridge are handy as is the outdoor shower. Priceless to rinse off the dog or your feet from walking on the beach. We go wherever we want, whether there's hookups or not. Show less
