Purchased the Venetian because we fell in love with the floor plan of the G36. The RV has been very nice for my wife and I to travel in. However, I will NEVER buy another Thor product. The windows used are terrible and VERY expensive. My advice: Stay away from frameless windows! They look nice and are fine when they don't fall apart. Our bathroom egress window literally blew out as the adhesive used on the windows failed. Driving no faster than 65mph, a large tractor trailer passed us on the left and the suction/air turbulence pulled the glass completely off. Thor acknowledges there's an issue, but refuses to help pay for any repairs. Thor claims it's Lipperts responsibility, Lippert claims it's the responsibility of a company called HEHR, which Lippert owns. That one window was quoted to me by Thor as costing $2,184.72. That's just the window, doesn't include install. NTSB is aware of the windows failing on Thor motor Coaches and is in the process of determining a course of action.

Purchased as a new unit for 2022. I knew going in that Thor does not have a good quality track record. Got a great price on the unit and did not want to drop 500K on top of line other brand. I only use this limited and could not see tossing $$$ with only a 4 trips a year. Full time I would of spend the extra money. Agree with the comments. Quality was an issue. List had 50+ warranty items. Aqua hot took a dump on third trip. Replace circuit board and lived with cold showers. Freightliner update screwed up the TPMS even more. Yes, the TPMS has mystery readings at times but better now that they had to replace. Mystery screws found all the time. Fortunately, I only use it a handful of times a year and this last big warranty list of repairs has been in shop of 8 weeks. They ordered all the parts first and told them I am not bringing it back until they have every single part. Had to work with the Thor direct as some things they did not want to replace. They final approved items to replace. Even with parts in hand still will take 8 weeks for the items. I go this week to pick up and do a walk of the unit. If things are fixed right then they will need to do any items not done right. Took a lot of bitchin and getting in direct contact with Thor to get items approved. No matter what Dealer you go they will take forever to fix items. Again, I had time on my side to allow it to sit and get repair. If I was full time I would of been screwed. Plan on keeping it for retirement as the chasis and motor are solid so far. Now it is just maintaining and doing fixes myself on the interior to make it solid. Would I buy another one?? Yes and no. Pending your use. Only change is look for a used higher end brand with better quality, low miles and they have worked out all the kinks. Plus if you get a used one with low miles the owner usually throws in all the crap you buy for the RV. Friend of mine bought used and came with all kinds of extra stuff that I had to purchase to get me on the road.

Where do we start?!? There is zero quality checks done in this coach. Let’s start with the “catastrophic” repair as they call it needed on the drivers side slide. The cover has completely rolled up on the top of the slide after the first 5 uses. The coach is less than 30 days old for us and we took it on one trip just to have to take it back to the dealer which they are telling us could be weeks or they may just have to take it back to Indiana to Thor. So our aquahot stopped working, took it to a shop in UT to find out the control board for the diesel burner is bad. The exhaust pipe fell off of the generator, bolts completely fell out. Windshield is not sealed well so whistling sounds constant. Cargo bays do not lock manually, by key fab, or by switch in the dash. Keyless entry doesn’t work. Constant high pressure warning for tires. Coach pulls right constantly. Dash rattles and squeaks constantly. Few drawer closures don’t latch on 3 drawers. Sink faucet missing screws and falls off. Large slide seal is not centered and hangs out one side. Kitchen sink drawer just falls off the rail slide system. Avoid this coach at all cost!

Some very serious issues regarding Aquahot not working, slideouts not retracting, sliding doors falling off, brake air pressure alarm going off when outside temperature falls below 32 degrees. Tire pressure and heat monitors showing false readings including 401 degrees....been "fixed" twice and still not working properly, slide outs leaking water badly when it rains and many other issues. Getting close to regretting my purchase.

First, it drives great, even in the wind or when being passed by large semi-trucks she holds the road beautifully. The large GPS monitor makes trave and finding campgrounds easy. The bed is king size and very comfortable. The kitchen is all-electric, so no propane to worry about. This coach has 4 TVs and a fireplace. It is beautifully appointed and not too much glitz. At 40 feet it has everything that the 45's have and it handles much easier. The size limit for State parks is 40 feet so everyone is open to this coach.

The coach is very comfortable and you can’t go wrong with a Freightliner chassis. This is my fourth RV, of witch two are class A. The Thor build of this coach seems to not quite be getting to the finish line with quality. The two front storage area flooring rooted out with in 18 months and had to be replaced and now just out of warranty the utility Bay Area flooring is rooted out. They have used the wrong type of material for a wet area. Electrical circuitry and plumbing routing good be better routed and secured. The unit has almost no heating in the utility bay and there are exposed water lines in none heated storage area. They have done a very nice job on the interior assembly and design. The owner’s manual is almost useless, not even close to my model and pages don’t match appendix. Overall, a nice coach for your money.

With central vac, it has been easy to clean to keep clean. There is so much storage, between cupboards, underneath, etc. We tow a Jeep Grand Cherokee and find the MH has no problem climbing mountains, fully loaded. We've been everywhere we wanted to travel to and are grateful we upgraded to do our traveling in comfort and style.

We bought our Venetian 2 years ago after looking at others diesel pusher in the same size. We love the lay-out, and all of the features it had to offer. We had your typical new coach issues, but were able to work through them and have enjoyed our trips over the last two years. We weren't sure we would use the washer/dryer, central vacuum (mainly tile floors) but love having all these features. We love the bath and 1/2, and husbands favorite is the satellite with a 55' TV (especially during football season)
