Thor does not stand behind their warranty at all. Bought a brand new 2024 camper van from General RV. Picked it up in September. Was told that the refrigerator was not cold because they had just turned it on. It never got cold. It has been to General RV TWICE, OVERNIGHT for days on end for diagnosis, etc. They determined it does not get colder than 66 degrees which is not cold enough for safe food storage. General RV blames Thor, Thor blames the refrigerator manufacturer. No one is taking responsibility to replace this defective item. Purchased this van because it supposedly had a 2 year warranty and was told everything inside would be "covered". General RV and Thor just keep blaming the other for not submitting paperwork, etc. and this has been happening for weeks and weeks while I sit with a camper van that can't really be camped in.

This vehicle has been a nightmare since day one. We've had the vehicle for slightly over a year (July 22) but have not physically had it with us for 4 months and by the looks of it, it will be another 4 months before we get it back if we ever do.
Currently the vehicle is at Chrysler/Dodge service center in Oceanside CA. They actually caused more damage to the vehicle then what was already going on when I dropped it off. Now they are telling me that I have to pay and set up towing to send the vehicle to another service center because they are completely incompetent. Its bad enough that this vehicle is made out of paper and EVERYTHING breaks the second you drive it off the lot, but it's even worse when the service centers take your vehicle for months and do nothing. And just for i will list some of the stuff that is currently not working: odometer, speedometer, radio, door locks, turn signals, ALL ELECTRICAL, airbags, sky light replaced 2 times, pop top leaking when it rain flooding inside and I have videos of it (Thor denied repair requests 3 times) , also pop top seal replaced 2 times, back bench missing support bar, fluid leaking from vehicle, bathroom walls pealing, bathroom shower head was leaking, faucet came off, all drawers don't stay shut especially when driving, door panels falling off, insulation missing, rug pins came off, refrigerator door missing screw and bolts, outlets not working, GFCI not working, window shades don't work, windows needed to be replaced and locks never work, 2 recalls on vehicle (only a yr old), heating vents disintegrated, battery screen had to be replaced, inverter and A/C works sometimes. BTW, 2 months into owning this the Master-volt control panel stopped working and Thor mailed us another one and told us that we had to replace it ourselves and mail them the old one. For over 100k, you would think that I would not have to fix my own vehicle and that the warranty plus the extra warranty we bought would actually cover them doing their jobs.
It took me over a month to get a hold of anyone at the service center to address issues and this was when i had only had the vehicle for a wk. When issues were not address and calls were ignored and not returned, I filed a BBB complaint and that when I finally got a manager to call me. Here we are 5 months after the fact and I still don't have a working vehicle or any idea as when I will have it.

We purchased our Thor Sequence 20k in April of this year with high hopes of traveling all summer.
It’s been at Camping World more than it’s been in our driveway!
The air conditioning doesn’t work, the seams are ripping on the walls, the snaps on the screen are coming off.
The table was broken when we bought it and was supposed to be fixed but they ended up breaking the bed frame in the process.
We’ve driven it twice, once in May, once in June and it’s been in the repair shop since mid-June!
Shop around!
I tried to type in 20k but it was not an option

I have now been on three trips with the 2023 Thor Sequence 20L and love it. There are some upgrades and cautions that new owners can easily learn by reading the numerous reviews and RV blogs on this specific model to make for the best experience. I will start with a couple shortcomings, first is the suspension, so for around $500, you can add SUMO springs front and rear to existing suspension, which I highly recommend, making for a more stable driving experience at higher speeds and around turns and in higher crosswinds. The SUMO springs make a world of difference. I also recommend upgrading the factory speakers. RAM used the cheapest Chinese made speakers one could find, and they sound horrible. Invest in better speakers and greatly improve the sound quality of the factory system ( i love good radio sound while driving, and factory speakers are so bad, you will not want the radio on). I also recommend getting the small circle felt pads from a hardware store and put two on each cabinet door to eliminate any rattles. I also strategically placed two rubber round stick on picture frame bumpers on the glass cooktop 9away from the burners), again to prevent any rattles while driving. My coach is now very quiet traveling down any road. Another short coming of the RAM Promaster is the headlights and fog lights. I used the Juggernaut LED kits for both, and it made a huge improvement in nighttime driving plus the instructional video helps greatly. These are all do it yourself improvement projects that are very easy to do for the Thor Sequence. For cautions, I recommend you get a real sewer hose and mount it underneath the passenger side (inboard of running board) in a storage tube. The factory sewer hose is unusable and only has one end connector which you need two. I have purchased the Valterra 15' sewer hose, and 64" Valterra black sewer hose storage tube (AMAZON) and simply mounted it under the passenger side behind the running board with several heavy-duty zip ties. I have checked it frequently and all is well. I also recommend you use a water regulator so as to not blow out you're plumbing when you hook up to any water source. I also use an external 30-amp regulator for my electrical connection at RV parks, again to prevent any surges or damages to the electrical system. Follow this advice and it should help you stay safer, less problems and happier camper.

Now no power again on most of the 110 socket and the charging station,my ac don't don't work and i have a leak in the water tank when i turned on the water pump.and making a service schedule it takes more than a month to get it service. I wish the quality control of thor motorcoach should be thorough and do a better job of making sure that the coach they are selling are in excellent condition because i bought it brand new to make sure it's ready to go.i am very disappointed on how this experience i encounter so i hope this will reach thor company to improve their quality of their coach i'm so disappointed that i have to wait for a montb to get service and all plans has to be reset

Manager Kelly said, “you bought it, it’s yours. Denied us?!? Not sure he knows about NC Lemon Laws? He hung up on us. We’ve had it one month today. Problems go from leaky faucet, to T.V. crooked. It was trashed! Like it was used?! They couldn’t find the 2nd key. It’s on order now??? Wtf?? It is obviously put together with non-caring workers at Thor. Hard to get help from them. Keith(salesman) at C.W. just lied every time he opened his mouth! Buyers STAY CLEAR OF THOR AND CAMPING WORLD! I’ll be happy to JOIN IN ON ANY LAW SUITS! Plz contact me. Thk u. Elizi

My dealership experience was very limited. The walk through was performed by a very inexperienced technician. After getting home I realized that the door panel had fallen off. Awning lights not working. Couldn't get the water or water heater to work. First trip to the shop. 11/2 months later I get the RV back. Drop it off at my home and go to use it two weeks later and the hole roof was falling down and the door panel was fallen off again. Dealership I took it to replaced the panel for a second time, but told me that they didn't work on the issues with roof. I reached out to Thor again and all they could say was take to a dealership. They sent me name of dealers in my area. By time I dropped it off a week later the door panel had fallen off again. The panel clips looked to be held in place by hot glue! My camper has been in the shop ever since. So April 21 to Dec 21 still is not repaired and Thor and their the person who came to look at my van have decided to use epoxy as the fix if and when they approve the repair shop to actually do the fix! Poor quality, poor warranty department and just a bad overall experience. I will never recommend a RV manufactured under the Thor brand. By the way I am not a new RV'er. I have been living and using campers for over 30 years and actually worked at a RV dealer. Thor is JUNK!!! Driving and towing is a Ram chassis.
