I purchased a Thor Motor Coach April of 2022, by May we were already having issues with it. Took it to get fixed and thought all was fine since it was under warranty. Started having issues with the generator, took it to a Cummins to get it fixed and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. We ended up moving and didn't have much of a chance to use it until March 2023, started having issues again. Took is for repairs 4/25/23 and haven't really had it in our possession since, the sink started leaking, our pop top liner was all jacked up and couldn't be used, a drawer wasn't able to close anymore, cracks in the hinge of the cabinet doors that we were noticing. While the van was in service we received 2 recalls, one for the generator and another for the Dodge van itself. Took the van to get the generator taken care of and thought we were finally getting our van back until the store called us and said the new generate part failed on the van and started spewing gasoline everywhere. Called Thor today to let them know what's been going on, their only answer was that the vehicle is under warranty so they will fix it. But we have had this van for over a year, haven't put more than 20hours of use on the generator, haven't even hit 10K miles on the vehicle, and have been paying for this thing the last 5 months and don't even have it in our possession!! I would highly recommend staying away from the Thor Scope, this model was not made correctly and they just rolled out the RV's without paying attention to the detail in the vans, definitely better companies out there. Good luck!

Since 2018, we have been on a search for the "Perfect" Class B campervan. Having gone through a couple of PleasureWay's, a Winnebago, and 2 Thors, we found it. This last one, The Scope 18A with pop top is as about as perfect as you will find in a Class B! Driveability, comfort and having everything we need all maxed out in this 17'11" camper. The Murphy bed allows putting everything under it on the floor. And guess what? It is all out of the way so there's no stumbling in the kitchen or to the bathroom or anywhere else!

Went to the Tampa Florida RV show and bought a 2023 Thor Scope 18M. Went to the show on January 19, 2023 Traded in a 32 foot pristine motorhome. $50,000 miles with every bell and whistle. It was a 2008 Fleetwood Flair. They gave us a horrible trade in value but we did not want to deal with selling it ourselves. We went to pick it up the new Scope on Monday January 30th, 2023. The wooded bed frame was not cut correctly and it was just put in the back of the sofa standing up. The awning was not working (it had not been wired( and they could not get the generator to work. We said we will wait....fix it. We got there at 9 AM and at 1:30 we asked "what's up." They said they were putting a new fuel pump from another 2023 Thor on the premises. So we waited and waited and finally at 6:30 PM they told us that they could not fix it and we could take the Thor home and bring it back in the morning. Brought it back on Tues Jan 31, 2023. They were putting in a new generator from another 2023 Thor Scope. We finally said NO....we do not want it....give us another one. Said OK and we took our items out of the Scope only to find out that all four brand new 2023 Thor Scopes on the property have generators that do not work! They gave us a ride home and it is now at Cummins in Tampa, Florida. Today is Friday February 3, 2023 and we have heard nothing. We know it is a new model but no one is calling us from General RV in Dover, Florida to let us know when we will get our new coach that was almost $100,000

The awning beeped the minute we left the showroom NO ONE had answers and it wasn't batteries (told to replace over and over). It was bad wiring from Thor when installed. The water pump and filter were not secured to the wall. They were just hanging behind walls. The generator stopped working w/only a few hours on it. The gas line was so long it needed a second pump. Additionally, the generator had about a inch clearance. I don't know how this got past me but first trip we found out because I couldn't clear things it easily should. I have spent $400 for awning, $900 for extra generator line pump
