Took one trip had to go into to service warranty work, Thor warranty service is absolutely the worst ever. Give you the run around for days, wont fix nothing say its customers fault wear and tear, seriously, brand new vehicle. Takes 3 months to get warranty service approved, 1st trip and back to service, dash board not connected, camaras, dont work, cabinet doors won't stay closed, screws missing every where. 2nd trip leaks, shower, tiolet, water pump stop working, running boards missing screws, wires hanging undercarriage, cargo storage not attached fell off during trip, the more trips the more things were noticed

Bought this MB24 with 4000 miles on it… like new from elderly couple. Nice layout, quality of appliances and materials very good to good. Manufacturing workmanship horrible. I’m a retire automotive engineer 42 years working on design and quality issues on cars and truck globally… if we had built our vehicles like this we’d be out of business in a couple years… but this is the norm in the RV industry. I spent about a week going through the entire motorhome from under the chassis to under cabinets, slide out errors, pinched wires, missing rubber seals, missing screws, loose wood braces, missing caulking in bathroom shower, etc, etc. Fortunately I know about vehicles and I like all my vehicles in tip top shape so I’ve done this to every RV we’ve owned over the last 40 years… and this is why I know MOST of them are poorly built… regardless of brand. BUT they’re so handy and so much fun you have to have one! This Mercedes diesel is smooth, powerful, and quiet. The Audi system is terrible and wind noise of the Thor design (shoulders outside of driver and passenger doors) makes it very noisy inside. Domestic A/C unit works great to cool down the cabin but VERY NOISY and has a droning vibration that I haven’t figured out how to fix. I will likely never take this motorhome to the dealer since they usually come back more broke than fixed… just ask around to hear all the horror stories. Very nice interior design… TONS of storage for a small Class C that measure 25’ 8” tip to tail. You think build quality would be better for a unit that retails at $175,000! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ But it’s all fixed up now and ready for some long trips so we’re hoping it will hold up for years. 🙏🏼🤞🏼

We bought our motorhome used in a private sale. Meticulously maintained and kept both inside and out, we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. The layout is efficient yet comfortable and the appliances all work well as they hadn’t been used much. Upholstery on the benches and sofa as well as driver and passenger seats is in mint condition, and all cushions are firm and comfortable. The bed is comfortable and though it’s a bit of a challenge to make it up because it’s in the slide-out, I can use the standard queen bedding we use in our home. The bathroom is easy to use and clean and the shower is adequate with space to get clean. Love the retractable shower door, too, as well as the skylight over the shower space. The windows in the rig are numerous and large, letting in plenty of light and making for easy scenery viewing. Vents are also numerous with two of the four being covered by ventilated hoods to avoid rain getting in. The cabinetry is lovely and there’s lots of room for storage. Kitchenette is very efficient yet has a good amount of counter space with a two-piece cover for the large farm sink making it easy to get prep work done. On-demand hot water is wonderful though my husband replaced the water pump with one that has more oomph; the unit’s own pump couldn’t deliver consistently hot water without running cold every so often-not a pleasant surprise when in the shower! Convection microwave means I can serve freshly baked foods and the air conditioner is a big help for warm afternoons. Heater works great and keeps the nighttime chill at bay. Overall, a quality rig (original SRP 100K brand-new), bought at a nice price and one we plan to keep for the foreseeable future.

Purchase this RV 6 months ago, we have been visiting Lazy Days in Knoxville a least 5 or 6 times due to quality issues, water heater breaking, toilet issues and other sort of issues since we purchased the RV. We purchased the unit from Lazy Days and they give us the impression that we are the problem.. A 100k investment should not have these kinds of issues so soon. We have not utilized this unit at a full capacity yet and we are drowning in issues without assistance from Lazt Days or Thor warranty department at all. I would not recommend anyone purchase an RV from Thor or Lazy Days. Customer Service is horrible.

I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all!

Bought a 2023 Quantum LC26 back in October 2022. During the initial walk through At General Rv several issues were present, roof buckling in the back, missing microwave pate, bathroom sink not connected, both slide outs not aligned causing damage to the interior of the rv. The other damage was done by the dealer which was stains on driver and passenger seat, rear view mirrors scratched and driver step was bent and door frame damaged. The dealership has given me the runaround on fixing the roof. The RV has been to the dealership 4 times for over a month each time and the roof is still not repaired. Contacted Thor and was told they approved a repair back in April, which the dealership never completed. Thor stated they have denied other repairs because the dealership is quoting too many labor hours. Thor has not offered to help fix the roof or any of the remaining issues with the rv. Very disappointed in the customer service Thor offers or the follow through with warranty issues. The rv isn’t a year old and the large storage compartment is leaking, the paneling is pealing and the skylight in the shower is now leaking. Poor workmanship for a 150k rv.

Do not buy anything that has the name brand “Thor” . I purchased in 2022. Unit been back and fourth in shop for warranty work on everything took 8 months to finally take a trip. Thor warranty department is the worst of the worst, they won’t fix anything, or everything is bender based. Only thing thor does is put a box unit on a Chevy or ford box truck. So I get a 2022 thor quantum LC 22 cabinet sitting on a 2021 check body, go figure why the difference. I thought both should be on 2022. Wrong, so everything I. The cabinet is a different vendor, so you have to call them, thor is good about tell you who to call and wiggling out of handling any warranty items. You have to speak with a manager to get anything resolved. I guess they don’t. Are you just paid 100,000 for a new unit. All one of the guys in customer service told me was, RVs are not made by robotics like cars, they are made in America by us citizens by hand.
