This a great RV for couples and families with really versatile sleeping arrangements. Light and airy the space feels large and has tons of storage . The RV has a strong engine and is handles extremely well. The outside storage offers a good amount of space to stow all the things for your outdoor adventures. The awning has a led light strip and there are outdoor speakers. This particular unit is solar ready just waiting for panels.

I have owned several different makes of RV’s from a Coachmen tent trailer, Aljo 26 travel trailer, 35 Alfa Gold 5th wheel and a 30 Holiday Rambler Alumiscape. All of them had varying degrees of accessories and amenities and all were great Rv’s. I then got into the Class B segment by buying a Roadtrek and while it was great for getting into tight places, it just lacked the comfort of a real RV. By that I am mainly referring to the lack of a large king size bed and a bathroom I could turn around in without knocking things down. I then started looking at the Mercedes-Benz line of Class C’s that Thor was putting out. I had looked over several of the competing models but only to find lesser quality of builds or a price so high, it should have had a picket fence attached. The Synergy was a great blend of it all and yet still had that easy to maneuver sizing and ample interior room. The struggle with any RV is storage space, the Synergy had great space thanks to a large pass through in the very back that could accommodate large items without have in to keep them inside the living space. Great features like Bluetooth connectivity to operate the awning, room slide out and start the generator were all amazing things to have and came in quite handy more than I thought. The Mercedes-Benz drivetrain has been a treat and very solid. Gas mileage has also been great averaging around 14 MPG! These are not your grandparents old motorhomes, they are new and fresh and give you that freedom to go out and explore and not have to worry about parking a bus while getting fuel or groceries!

The floor plan works well for traveling, as well as, for camping. The indoor color scheme has a classic look and feel. The exterior color and design is refined, yet sporty. Campy. Storage compartments, interior and exterior, are unsurpassed for a motor coach this size.

Purchase this RV 6 months ago, we have been visiting Lazy Days in Knoxville a least 5 or 6 times due to quality issues, water heater breaking, toilet issues and other sort of issues since we purchased the RV. We purchased the unit from Lazy Days and they give us the impression that we are the problem.. A 100k investment should not have these kinds of issues so soon. We have not utilized this unit at a full capacity yet and we are drowning in issues without assistance from Lazt Days or Thor warranty department at all. I would not recommend anyone purchase an RV from Thor or Lazy Days. Customer Service is horrible.

This drives really rough like a train going over broken tracks. There was a noise banging in our slide so we took it in. They couldn’t find it so we took it in again and I rode around with them and they heard it. They took the slide out and said what it was but it didn’t make sense. It was ok for the first two days of our next trip and the other side started banging. Then it stopped and the old banging came back. There were many other little things wrong like we have to tap our side window shut because it rides so rough the lock slips and the window opens going down the road and then the blinds fall. People told me rvs ride rough but I never thought it would be this bad. I have gotten airborne sitting on the bed just going over a rough road. I love the floor plan especially the north south bed and the color but I’m so disappointed in Thot

I have seen a lot of negative about the Quantum WS31. We have had our 2020 Quantum WS31 for just over 4 1/2 years. When we 1st bought it we did have a one time problem with the levelers. Thor techs were great and walked my husband through things to check. We did have to call a local tech to come to the RV park we were staying at to help. He was able to fix the problem and we had no further problems after this. I honestly cannot remember what it was. My husband taught me how to park it. After that we were off and with me doing 99% of the driving and parking. As my husband has tremors due to Parkinson's. We did a lot of mountain driving with a tow dolly pulling our Passat. No problems at all going up and down mountain roads or foothills. Plenty of power. We just had normal ware and tear on our Quantum. We did use our warranty for a few things with no problems. I will agree with complaints about Camping World. They were HORRIBLE to deal with both at dealer AND service end. I am shocked at the people that still deal with them. We ABSOLUTLY will no longer BUY or RECOMMEND business to them. As for THOR we have no complaints. This is just my 2 cents worth. Safe travels to all!

The Quality poor i have wall inside warping and coming apart. a bench coming apart, a refrigerator the chrome panels are coming off . paid for ceramic coating after 4 mouths looks like someone sanded the fiberglass .This is a FOUR WINDS 3/28/22 WITH ONLY 3363 MILES on it. They should be ashamed of the quality of workmanship on this Motorhome.

My wife and I researched motorhomes for about 2 years before we settled on the 24FE. Overall its a great machine, perfect for two adults and the occasional grandchild. We especially like the floor plan. Has room to move around in, pretty good storage capacity, usable bathroom and shower, love the slide out queen size bed. Installed a second tv in the bedroom area so both tv's are tied into a central entertainment area over the entry door. Drives great and its a length my wife feels comfortable driving. Mileage is 10 miles per gallon as expected. Haven't towed anything yet but the hitch setup looks capable of towing most things. For the money it's a loaded machine. Last camping trip I took I woke up floating on my air mattress....no more of that nonsense. Comes solar prepped so I'm installing a solar panel next. Fuse panel is in a low position on the side of the bed but accessible. Highly recommend the Freedom Elite.
