Thor does not stand behind their warranty at all. Bought a brand new 2024 camper van from General RV. Picked it up in September. Was told that the refrigerator was not cold because they had just turned it on. It never got cold. It has been to General RV TWICE, OVERNIGHT for days on end for diagnosis, etc. They determined it does not get colder than 66 degrees which is not cold enough for safe food storage. General RV blames Thor, Thor blames the refrigerator manufacturer. No one is taking responsibility to replace this defective item. Purchased this van because it supposedly had a 2 year warranty and was told everything inside would be "covered". General RV and Thor just keep blaming the other for not submitting paperwork, etc. and this has been happening for weeks and weeks while I sit with a camper van that can't really be camped in.

The Thor Sequence is a great vehicle and is very versatile. Unfortunately, the quality of the unit is less than desirable. The Good: The unit is quiet going down the road and has all the amenities that you could ask for. For two people it is a great unit and has plenty of storage space for a class B motorhome. The layout is very nice and is open and bright. Lighting is great and having the moble phone app use to control everything is a luxury. The Bad: The quality of workmanship in constructing the coach is poor at best. We had a major water leak in a rainstorm due to a badly installed vent. The gas system failed due to lines not installed correctly. Cabinets needed doors adjusted and drawers need to be adjusted to work correctly. The Lithium batteries died within the first two years and now Thor has no available replacement. Overall: While we love the layout and size of the coach, we wish it had been put together better with better quality parts.

Give you the run around for days, wont fix nothing say its customers fault wear and tear, seriously, brand new vehicle. Takes 3 months to get warranty service approved, 1st trip and back to service, dash board not connected, camaras, dont work, cabinet doors won't stay closed, screws missing every where. 2nd trip leaks, shower, tiolet, water pump stop working, running boards missing screws, wires hanging undercarriage, cargo storage not attached fell off during trip, the more trips the more things were noticed

Since the coach is 42 feet long, there is a slight limitation in the length of the trailer we can tow thru California, but it tows like nothing is back there. we live in the coach 3-4mmonths a year. The floor plan is very well balanced. Plenty of room in the bedroom and living space. Very good size kitchen with plenty of storage. We have had 11 people in the coach for dinner and a movie during bad weather. No problems. Getting going in the morning is easy with the toilet and extra sink in a separate space with a door for privacy.

Rv is very reliable, rode across us twice without any issues or breakdowns, the unit has a very cold a/c, very comfortable ride up to 5 people, widely range of capabilities. powerful v6, did not hesitated on the mountain sites and canyons. This 2018 Thor Motor Coach Siesta Sprinter 24SJ, Thor Motor Coach Siesta Sprinter Class C diesel motor home: Murphy Bed, Dinette/ bed, Rear full Bath, Cab-Over Bunk, 2 interior TV, Exterior TV, Awning, 1 slide, kitchen with induction stove, microwave, refrigerator and plenty of cabinets, recent roof maintenance seal, RV ready to take on trips and far-away destinations? Fuel efficient Siesta Sprinter that works well in the city and the open road easy to maneuver since it drives like a van and is easy to park. When it's time to relax, the sofa and dinette offer ample seating and plenty of space, plus you can lay on the cab-over bunk if you like; or you could open the awning and it has a stereo or a TV to open a table and enjoy the outdoors.

Lots to like: the 25M (Murphy Bed) is a great concept and floorplan. I like to sit at Dinette on laptop and my wife can watch TV in either of 2 areas on the couch or pull the bed down. We leave the bedding on and am able to get it back into position fold into the wall with no problem. The couch during the day makes it less awkward to invite people in to play cards. The Murphy bed is large enough for 2 people with the windows at the head of the bed when the slide is out. The rear bathroom and shower have plenty of space to change or shower (24 x 36). When the slide is out we have a great open area and with the O-T-B bed space we comfortably fit 4 people. And, we drop the dinette table down turning it into a bed for our dog (65lb pit). Dislike: This particular floorplan doesn't have the pass thru outside storage (under the bed on most plans). Thus, its pretty limited for any thing wide (ie grill, Stuff that broke with norm use: brackets on LPG, roof leak, slide, Refrig is quirky (beeps even thou its shut off). Lighting Oven is not only not easy, using a pilot light (downright annoying). Hot water is sporadic for no apparent reason we could figure out. No low point valve for draining fresh water tank. I can't recommend buying a Thor nor will we ever buy another. When someone asks, I tell them "its like an American Motors car in the 70's. Cheap materials, weak fastners, put together poorly by disgruntled workers who didn't care what left the factory floor. They save money by not doing a finish QC inspection.

Downsized from a 36' Diesel Pusher. We were looking for something smaller more easy to maneuver. The Freedom Traveller is a Basic unit. I had heard so many bad things about Thor RV's that I went over it with a fine tooth comb looking for issues to nix the sale but I could not find anything. There are maintenance issues which FORD should fix on any F53 Chassis based RV - like how you add and check the oil, - how you check and add brake fluid, the location and varied types of fuses used . There were things that could have been done more like a Class A and less like a tow behind - like a centralized water bay and locating the fresh water tank fill on the same side of the RV as the city water connection. After driving 3000 miles I am happy with it.

Bought this MB24 with 4000 miles on it… like new from elderly couple. Nice layout, quality of appliances and materials very good to good. Manufacturing workmanship horrible. I’m a retire automotive engineer 42 years working on design and quality issues on cars and truck globally… if we had built our vehicles like this we’d be out of business in a couple years… but this is the norm in the RV industry. I spent about a week going through the entire motorhome from under the chassis to under cabinets, slide out errors, pinched wires, missing rubber seals, missing screws, loose wood braces, missing caulking in bathroom shower, etc, etc. Fortunately I know about vehicles and I like all my vehicles in tip top shape so I’ve done this to every RV we’ve owned over the last 40 years… and this is why I know MOST of them are poorly built… regardless of brand. BUT they’re so handy and so much fun you have to have one! This Mercedes diesel is smooth, powerful, and quiet. The Audi system is terrible and wind noise of the Thor design (shoulders outside of driver and passenger doors) makes it very noisy inside. Domestic A/C unit works great to cool down the cabin but VERY NOISY and has a droning vibration that I haven’t figured out how to fix. I will likely never take this motorhome to the dealer since they usually come back more broke than fixed… just ask around to hear all the horror stories. Very nice interior design… TONS of storage for a small Class C that measure 25’ 8” tip to tail. You think build quality would be better for a unit that retails at $175,000! 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ But it’s all fixed up now and ready for some long trips so we’re hoping it will hold up for years. 🙏🏼🤞🏼
