Within weeks of buying this brand new RV we began to regret our purchase. From the moment we brought it home things started to go wrong. Leaking water pipes, cracked side window, auto-leveling jacks leaking hydraulic fluid ... within the first 3 days we found seven significant defects/problems, and this is before we ever took it out to go RVing. It only got worse at the campsite. Auto-leveling system locked in the down position. We were stranded at the campsite for over a day until someone helped us figure out how to manually release the hydraulic fluid in the jacks. I could go on . . . multiple major issues kept us from every really enjoying the RV, and it spent more time in service than it did in our possession. I just ended up selling it to a dealer at a $40,000 loss. - Never buy a Thor!

Coach is on RAM ProMaster 3500 Window Van. Fun and easy to drive. Solar panels. Fabulous bathroom w/shower. Excellent Truma Combi Furnace and Water Heater (Loved this feature). We drove it to Oklahoma and Wisconsin to see our Grandkids. So much better than trying to get a motel for the night. Drove through Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Teton National parks, then on up to Glacier and over to Mt. Rushmore. So comfortable and fun. Love this RV!

During our 2 year warranty plan, the biggest issue was the passenger window got sticky and it was immediately replaced. I would say, if you are not RV Savey, take or request the technicians to give you a class before you leave. New stuff is exciting, but unless you know how to use it, it can be a bummer.

Unfortunately, I can't say too many good things about this RV other than we're happy with the floor plan we chose. That's about it. It seriously lacks in quality, reliability, usability, and its customer service. We've owned the RV for 18 months and have not had even ONE day that everything worked as it was supposed to. Not ONE. Initial problems were with the wiring. There were pinched/cut wires when the coach was assembled to the chassis that caused its inspection to fail because clearance lights had a direct short in the circuit. There were 5 circuits that didn't even have a fuse installed in them. There were mis-wiring in the van that led to other systems not working. The lithium ion battery system is such a poor design that it doesn't even come close to maintaining the battery charge when ANYTHING is turned on, like the fridge. Even when the main power switch is OFF, the inverter OFF, the fridge OFF, there is still a constant discharge on the battery of -0.6 to -1.7 amps! Even though the Thor owner resource pages state that you can maintain the battery over the winter by running the engine once a month, the battery is completely discharged within a week. And once it gets below 3%, the system shuts down and won't charge at all until you plug into shore power. (Who the hell designed this stupid system???) Less than a year into ownership, the alternator for the coach battery stopped working completely, so we've been unable to use the van at all since it's kinda important to have a working fridge when you're traveling. After waiting a month for a new alternator to arrive and get installed, there is still NO difference and the coach battery still won't charge from the engine. Customer Service? NONE. I've contacted them multiple times about the issues we're having. They responded to one message after 3 weeks, but gave such a stupid, useless response that completely missed the whole point. When I asked for clarification, they completely ignored me and haven't replied in over a year. Even when I contacted them about these new issues, they still haven't bothered to reply to me and it's been another 3 weeks of silence from them. What a frikkin' joke. The documentation and videos on the owners resource site don't match with our van. The schematics have errors in them and many of the guides don't really apply to our version of coach. In a nutshell, I'd say to stay away from this horrible version of RV and Thor in general. They clearly just slap these things together whether they believe it will actually work or not. I believe they already know about the terrible design and reliability issues they have - especially with the stupid Li-ion battery systems - that they don't even respond to their customers when they have related problems. This first RV experience for my wife and I has been a complete nightmare. I wish I had never heard of Thor. I wish we had never even looked at a Thor RV. Now it's nothing more than a money pit whose value has fallen a lot since we purchased. I mean, you have to question the sanity of a company who integrates a storage holder for the black/gray tank hose that FITS NO KNOWN HOSE ON THE PLANET. Oh - the RV does have a roof rack on it that is completely unusable because it's mounted across the solar panels! Not only would you block the light from reaching them, but any weight on them would cause them to break. Another innovation from our friends at Thor. Run, don't walk from this company.

Have had my Tellero for over a year now. Have not used it much (6,600 mile) since half the time it has been in the Camping World shop! After two new under hood generators had been installed, and the unit returned to me, I have had to again return it because of a faulty under hood generator. This time Camp World did it right and took the unit to an alternator/generator specialist in town and it got fixed! We were delighted with the unit after that. The TV, the awning, the over head compartment and the waste water hose clean out were all fixed after conversation with the CW manager (who was very supportive!! ) The motorhome is perfect now and will get years of use! And it still has the remainder of the Two Year Warranty left! Sometimes you just have to be patient and persistent!! You can’t go wrong talking with the good folks on the Thor Forum also!

This vehicle has been a nightmare since day one. We've had the vehicle for slightly over a year (July 22) but have not physically had it with us for 4 months and by the looks of it, it will be another 4 months before we get it back if we ever do. Currently the vehicle is at Chrysler/Dodge service center in Oceanside CA. They actually caused more damage to the vehicle then what was already going on when I dropped it off. Now they are telling me that I have to pay and set up towing to send the vehicle to another service center because they are completely incompetent. Its bad enough that this vehicle is made out of paper and EVERYTHING breaks the second you drive it off the lot, but it's even worse when the service centers take your vehicle for months and do nothing. And just for i will list some of the stuff that is currently not working: odometer, speedometer, radio, door locks, turn signals, ALL ELECTRICAL, airbags, sky light replaced 2 times, pop top leaking when it rain flooding inside and I have videos of it (Thor denied repair requests 3 times) , also pop top seal replaced 2 times, back bench missing support bar, fluid leaking from vehicle, bathroom walls pealing, bathroom shower head was leaking, faucet came off, all drawers don't stay shut especially when driving, door panels falling off, insulation missing, rug pins came off, refrigerator door missing screw and bolts, outlets not working, GFCI not working, window shades don't work, windows needed to be replaced and locks never work, 2 recalls on vehicle (only a yr old), heating vents disintegrated, battery screen had to be replaced, inverter and A/C works sometimes. BTW, 2 months into owning this the Master-volt control panel stopped working and Thor mailed us another one and told us that we had to replace it ourselves and mail them the old one. For over 100k, you would think that I would not have to fix my own vehicle and that the warranty plus the extra warranty we bought would actually cover them doing their jobs. It took me over a month to get a hold of anyone at the service center to address issues and this was when i had only had the vehicle for a wk. When issues were not address and calls were ignored and not returned, I filed a BBB complaint and that when I finally got a manager to call me. Here we are 5 months after the fact and I still don't have a working vehicle or any idea as when I will have it.

I purchased a Thor Motor Coach April of 2022, by May we were already having issues with it. Took it to get fixed and thought all was fine since it was under warranty. Started having issues with the generator, took it to a Cummins to get it fixed and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. We ended up moving and didn't have much of a chance to use it until March 2023, started having issues again. Took is for repairs 4/25/23 and haven't really had it in our possession since, the sink started leaking, our pop top liner was all jacked up and couldn't be used, a drawer wasn't able to close anymore, cracks in the hinge of the cabinet doors that we were noticing. While the van was in service we received 2 recalls, one for the generator and another for the Dodge van itself. Took the van to get the generator taken care of and thought we were finally getting our van back until the store called us and said the new generate part failed on the van and started spewing gasoline everywhere. Called Thor today to let them know what's been going on, their only answer was that the vehicle is under warranty so they will fix it. But we have had this van for over a year, haven't put more than 20hours of use on the generator, haven't even hit 10K miles on the vehicle, and have been paying for this thing the last 5 months and don't even have it in our possession!! I would highly recommend staying away from the Thor Scope, this model was not made correctly and they just rolled out the RV's without paying attention to the detail in the vans, definitely better companies out there. Good luck!

DO NOT BUY FROM LAZY DAYS RV OR THOR MOTOR COACH. I bought a Thor Tellaro brand new under year ago from LazyDays in Denver. We were told it was a reliable model and it was perfect for our goals to live more off grid. With three ways to charge, via the alternator, solar and shore powers we wouldn’t have to worry about staying charged wherever we are. We bought in November after selling our house with goals to leave the state but due to family complications we had to stay. By January the solar had stopped working and multiple thing had come unseated from walls/brackets. Made service appointment in the first week of February told we had to wait till June to bring it in. After our appointment was moved without our knowledge to the end of June we brought the van in and they kept it for 3 weeks. In those 3 weeks they parked my van and that was it. No one looked at, no one submitted any warranty or part orders, nothing was fixed. No calls were made to notify me the work was not going to be done or that they no time for my van. Called Mark Rogers the GM about this issue and all he could offer was a sorry and that his service department would be better in a month. Since then our alternator that Thor installed has gone bad and possibly damaged our batteries. Thors explained to us that these RVs are hand assembled and sometimes stuff gets assembled wrong that’s why there’s a warranty. This van is under a year old ,payed almost 120k, and has been on one trip. Went all the way up to Loveland to express my frustration I’ve had with this product and their service directly to the GM again. Waited an hour to see mark who seemed more burdened then concerned with my issues. His way of solving this was making me a service appointment for the end of September or trading my van in for a van that 60k more expensive. He explained to me that my expectations of the RV industry are to high. If you paid 120k for a product you would expect it to last more then a year right? We are now stuck here in colorado with our plans going up in smoke, living in a product that barely works, with a month out till they look at and maybe months without our van till it’s fixed. Lazy Days does not truly care about its customer, it is more interested in turning a profit.
