ORV Manufacturing has the best customer service; I stopped calling the dealership and if ever a question arises, I can call ORV and get help ordering a part or making an adjustment.
Very well built and solid platforms are what make ORV products stand out from the mass produced trailer factories in Indiana.
These trailers tow very well and although heavy, they are well balanced. Components are industry standard ie. Coleman Mack, Lippert, Suburban, MaxxAire, etc. but the bones of these trailers are what is special and what makes them maintain value.

Overall I think the trailer is of fair quality. Most everything works as expected and it is comfortable for the most part. We switched out the mattress, and are thinking of switching out the couch which as it is quite uncomfortable. There are lots of nice ammenaties that make the 'camping' experience comfortable. however there are some issues.
-The lack of light switches on the walls is a serious bummer for us older folks with old shoulders trying to reach the switches on the overhead lights, especially over the bed!!
-The gray and black water tank monitors are basically useless, and I have tried all the tricks to get them clean (if that is actually the problem).
-I pull the trailer with an F350 and thought there would be no problems at all as I have towed very large trailer loads with this truck. To my surprise there was a significant amount of impact on trailerability, especially if there is any cross-wind, even with my large 1 ton truck and distribution hitch. I have tried different loading to see if that helps, but to no avail. One wierd issue is that they put the sizable fresh water tank (80 gal) well in front of the trailer axles, which makes the tongue weight significant if you dont have any waste water in the back tanks. That seems a bit foolish to me. I had to put overloads on my truck.
-
Nonetheless, although the trailer is fair in quality and we like it, I was completely appalled when I removed some of the cabinetry to get at the wiring and the converter. It was a complete rat's nest of wires that were not cut to length, nor routed in a reasonable manner. Behind the fuse box it was impossible to trace out a wire or even get in to the space as the mass of wires were merely crammed into the space and mixed up in a horifying ball. It is so bad that it is hard to imagine someone doing it, unless they were purposfully trying to sabatoge the trailer or the company, or just didnt give a damn.
I might consider looking at another one of these outdoor trailers, but would go to the effort of taking off some of the cover panels and seeing if the workmanship falls apart behind them. It sure did on this one.

This is our second RV manufactured by Outdoors RV. Our first was a 25’ Timber Ridge Mountain Series towable. The style, build quality and dependability was top notch. When we decided to go from a towable trailer to a 5th wheel, Outdoors RV was our first choice given the quality of the TimberRidge.
We looked at the Glacier Peak Mountain Series F28RKS and knew it was the one for us. We sold our TimberRidge and without hesitation bought the Glacier Peak.
The Glacier Peak has been an amazing unit with once again superb style, build quality, reliability and livability.
For us, the only reason we are selling our Glacier Peak is due to a single fact. As we are now fully retired we are starting to travel longer distances with longer stays away from home. Without hesitation if Outdoors RV manufactured a larger 5th wheel we would absolutely buy it on the spot.
We tow our current Glacier Peak with a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax using a PullRite 18K Super Glide Hitch. What a dream to pull and I can’t count the number of times I’ve checked my mirrors to make sure the 5th wheel was still with us. Yep, it tows that well.
We will miss our Glacier Peak and can only hope it’s replacement is built as well and is as trouble free.
