The Sundowner Trailblazer is a nice tow hauler camper but the structural design and quality of the welding on the aluminum frame is very poor. My daughter owns a 2021 Sundowner Trailblazer. In less than 6 months it has been back to the factory for weld repairs and now, 2 month later, its in another shop for the same issues. Broken welds. Obviously there is a structural design issue with the Trailblazer.
