Purchased this RV brand new in Sept 2022 and it arrived with issues such as a busted in front door, air conditioner not working, the doors were 4+ feet off the floor, bathroom shower isn't installed to the wall nor does it touch the floor, cabinet hinges feel off, no baseboards were attached or non-existent, wall paper is bubbling up in the bedroom corner, Bed frame is too small for the king bed (which was supposed to be a queen). This is how big companies get over on those of us that have to live in a camper right now. Their warranty sucks and in order for the dealer RV1 in Charlotte/Concord NC-horrible people....RV1 in Charlotte knew this was my only home (single mom) and if I take the camper up there to be fixed then my daughter and I will be homeless and they know I can't do that so they basically sold me a tin can to the tune of $100,000 and it's barely pieced together. Jayco's quality and customer service are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy this product!!!!!!!! DO NOT purchase anything from RV One....I actually was in contact with one of the owners of RV One which lives in Florida and he could care less. Now my dryer quit working, the water heater had to be replaced (which I had to pay out of pocket for because I cannot drop my home off waiting to be fixed). There are so many complaints about RV One keeping people's campers for over 1 year or more and then they get it back and it's still not working.
There is no help for people like me that are on a fixed income and can't afford to replace the doors that are 4+ feet off the ground, the bathroom doors have both fallen off (one of the doors never closed all the way). Some day there will be somebody that will be able to afford an attorney and both RV One in Charlotte and Jayco will get what they deserve.
