I understand this is the low end brand made by Forest River so I don’t expect it to live up to other brands.
I do however expect some level of quality for the money.
The interior panels are force fit and splitting in most areas. Both the 12 and 120 volt wiring had to be redone and actually had burnt connections! The compartments were full of sawdust, wire clippings, and tools. Many added on features such as shower curtain, shower wand, etc were screwed into thin paneling and loose.
Some issues were grudgingly repaired under warranty but the majority were not. Repairs that have been made already need repairing.
Good thing is we now know what to look for on our next purchase.

I purchased this 25RB because of the size, layout, and my past positive experience with Shasta, but it was a big mistake. I’ve owned a truck camper, a Shasta Phoenix 5th wheel in the 1990’s, and most recently a 2018 Viking trailer. I had zero problems with any of them, so when I wanted to go a little bit bigger, I traded in the Viking for the Shasta. The quality of this Shasta product has been horrible. The screws on the cupboard door handles have come out, the cupboard under the sofa doesn’t latch correctly, the dome on the light over the table fell off, the handle to the black water tank fell off, the ends of the bumper fell out, the city water connection leaks, but the most frustrating thing is the MATTRESS! It was used for a week and I can feel the boards underneath it. It has the same cover as my Forest River Viking, so I made the assumption they were the same. Wrong! Upon investigation I realized it is only fiberfill. What a joke! My dog’s bed has better filling! I’m so dissatisfied and the dealer who sold it at Dolney RV in Kawkawlin, MI told me to deal with Shasta because he just ”sells the things”. Dave Troxel, from Shasta , said if the vendor deems the mattress faulty, they will just replace it with the same inferior one. We tried to winterize it and now something else is wrong because it won’t pump in the antifreeze. I wish I would have read reviews before buying. The Shasta Company of today is not the same as the old top quality Shasta that started in 1941! Buyers Beware!

My wife and I purchased this Travel Trailer new in 2020 and have had very good success with it. There has been only one issue in the time that we have owned it. The awning would not deploy once, after working fine for quite a few trip. We contacted a dealer and they promptly repaired a wire that had come loose (from a poorly crimped connector) inside the channel. The warranty covered it and we incurred no cost or great inconvenience. The quality is adequate for the price range and it has good features and tows very easily with a 1/2 ton truck. We are happy that we purchased it as our first travel trailer.

We love the layout and interior finishes of our new Shasta, however there are a lot of parts that have been cheaply made or assembled. Our RV has already been in the shop a few times this year for warranty work. Our electric water heater board was faulty, our sink drains were not installed properly and caused leaks, and the seat backs of our dinette were not screwed in, causing tears in the fabric. The exterior shower was not assembled properly, so that was another leak we had to deal with. Our inside shower has recently started leaking from behind the insert and the siding has also separated from underneath the steps. Last night our heater stopped working, so we will need to bring it back for more warranty work. Although I love the camper, I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the assembly in the factory.

We didn't buy this trailer to fix it up and "flip" it. We fixed it up and took it camping, both rustic and glamping. Then we became disabled, so are selling it.
Totally customized for the growing trend to "glamping," fabulous inside and outside. We added the following:
Red aluminum diamond-plate front and sides.
Awnings on side and back.
Wonderful picture window on back--for viewing the stars or waking up to the sunrise.
Checkerboard tile floor.
Professional cushions.
Enlarged bed area to queen and added Casper mattress.
Barnwood and stamped metal trim. Appliances custom painted in turquoise,--stove, oven, refrigerator.
New tires and wheels with less than 1000 miles, new deep-cell battery.
Re-insulated walls with double insulation. Reworked hitch deck. Added propane bottles.
Furnace, water pump, and refrigerator all working, but may need regular maintenance such as pilot cleaning. Electrical DC battery or AC power cord, internal water tank or external hose connection.

We purchased our Shasta Oasis 18BH new in 2018. We like the layout and size but have had many quality issues with it. The water tank fell off of the trailer as it was not secured correctly, we had to have a wall replaced due to a hole, we have had to fix almost ALL of the door fasteners on the cupboards as they were not installed correctly, a cabinet needed to be repaired as the separation wall had not been installed correctly and was not secure, both locks for the under storage area are not working correctly, the furnace stopped working and recently we have had bubbling showing up on the inside of the trailer wall. The only support that we have received to help with some of the above issues is from the dealership. The manufacture has not been any help at all and they only give you a one year warranty. Due to issues that we have had I would NOT recommend purchasing ANY Air Shasta trailer.

There are 2 gray water tanks, which is nice. Also, the black tank flush makes it easy to make sure tank is clean after use. The outdoor refrigerator and cabinets is very handy when cooking outdoors or to grab a quick drink when hanging outside. I do recommend a half ton truck or larger to pull unless you have the stabilizer bar for longer distances. The centralized heat and air is nice having ductwork throughout the camper. There is also plenty of storage areas inside and outside of the camper. The stereo system is very good with speakers inside and out that you can regulate. Cool lighting under the awning. Built in antenna gets great reception, also connection if want to mount a dish of some sort. The regular sized shower is also a plus. Also, there is an outside door that goes straight to the bathroom, which is nice for going in and out and not having to traipse through the rest of the camper (letting cool or warm air out).
