We have been proud owners of an Alliance RV 385FL for the past 3 years. Like any RV ever made, things are not always perfect. But, our decision to choose Alliance RV has proven, time and time again, to be the best choice in our RV Life. The focus on employee and owner satisfaction is unmatched in our experience. We have had a few interactions with the service teams at Alliance RV and we would not trust our coach to anyone else. This company truly goes above and beyond to help its owners. Thank you Alliance RV. Allies for Life!

We’ve had an awesome time with our Paradigm 382RK! The rear living floor plan is hands down our favorite feature—it feels super spacious, and the layout is just perfect for how we like to travel. We love having a half bath, and the master suite has tons of storage, which is a huge plus when you’re on the road for long stretches. We decided to go with the 8K axles to get more carrying capacity, and it’s been a game-changer for us. The independence suspension also makes for such a smooth ride; you can really tell the difference, especially on rougher roads. And honestly, the full-body paint? It’s a head-turner! We catch ourselves just standing there, admiring how good it looks. But beyond the RV itself, the folks at Alliance have been amazing. They’ve been so helpful from the start, always going out of their way to make sure we’re happy. It’s hard to find that level of customer service these days. All in all, we’re absolutely loving this coach, and we’d 100% recommend it to anyone thinking about getting an RV. It’s been such a great experience for us!

We bought our unit and have had a lot of trouble which with what we paid we feel we should not. first the quality is horrible, the drawers fall apart the bedroom slide leaks so bad if it’s going to rain we have to pull the slide in the shower head was put together with the water tube too short which made the rain shower nor work properly, very little to no water coming out the front door won’t lock most of the time our floor in the living area in front of yard couch rotted out mind you this rig has not been out much at all and is stored in a concrete floor garage completely enclosed the windows are fogging up the refrigerator shelves and bins have all had to be replaced because they cracked going down the road the cover on the water heater flies off going down the road the wood wrap on the bed falls off etc etc etc and the crossroads company told us to file under our insurance we got no help from the manufacturer nor the dealer which was explorer USA in Denton texas which is now called blue compass something like that same owner different name, hum makes me wonder if maybe they had too many law sutras with the other name. We are so disappointed in both crossroads redwood and the dealer my advise do not pay as much as we di (over100 thousand) we have friends who have a forest river surveyor which is built 10 times better than our redwood it’s not prettier but better quality My advise to crossroads if your going to build crap then price it there and put warnings out “your rig may fall apart going down the road”

We purchased this RV 2022 at a dealership in Memphis TN which went bankrupt and they lost the information on our purchase. They couldn't help us on warranty. My husband had more knowledge on trailers than I did. This Trailer very nice at first until the nightmare that this trailer has had it's not worth getting and Steven called it the covid trailer, The manufacturer did a cheap and crappy job putting it together. Having problems with the springs and trucks having cracks and rust. Needing to weld them back together on a very dangerous highway, no help. Now having to replace the truck, sucks. To old and sick to fix it. The adder needs replaced for the bottom part of it where the screws are cracked the metal and lost the bottom part of it. Sewage issues and had to replace the parts, that's nasty. Leaking of air conditioning vents. Replacing the TV because of the TV mount coming unscrewed during transport. So basically, there's a lot to fix and lots of money to spend on this trailer for having it for only 2 years. Can't wait to get rid of it.

Considering we went from a Momentum to a Luxe, to compare the two would be to compare the moon to the sun. Luxe quality and adaptability matched our expectation of paying a premium price. We expected there to be issues, and we had our share, but the Luxe team was always willing to resolve the issue ASAP and went out of their way to resolve any issues to our satisfaction. We traveled the country and lived in the RV for 3 years, and everything has held up beautifully. Don't be afraid to buy a used rig as the quality they put into the initial build means it is built to last. We would definitely buy from Luxe again.

We have a 2013 Redwood 36fl fifth wheel. We've thoroughly enjoyed camping and traveling in this fifth wheel. It's a residential living camper. We are not full timers, just traveled occasionally in it. It would be great for someone wanting to full time in. It's spacious and very comfortable, like home. We've maintained any problems that arose, which do in all RV vehicles. After all, it is a rolling earthquake, depending on the highways you travel on. It's like our vehicles or our bodies.... when something breaks or deteriorates, you fix it or go to the doctor. It's like anything, maintain it and it will serve you well. We've never had problems with leaking or floors weakening. Keep it under a shed and she will serve you a long time. Ours is like new because we take care of it. We have no complaints. Warranty work was honored and serviced well. We do believe that 2013 was one of the better years to have a Redwood built. The quality is pristine. And the front living room makes it so cozy and feel like home away from home.

In shop more than out. Floors cracked. Door hinges broke. Refrigerator leaked, won’t freeze adequately . Doors finally replaced r/t poor seals. One of the fold up bunks that has never used installed into paneling & hinges coming out of wall same issue with door, hand rails up to fifth wheel bedroom none properly installed like closet which fell off wall traveling entire shelving & rod collapsed only held on by staples half way hitting the 1x1 joke of support & plastic holders not designed to hold > 8 ft closet rods. Fireplace cockeyed & won’t mount flush. Slides have jammed multiple times on trips have to await service to come to pull home, door jams poor hinges malfunction & have to slam, chairs don’t fit inset window trim of dining room table. Awnings return for repair ~10 times, have tone manually retracted to leave & tow home, front lights failed. Have to rest power board ~3-4 times every trip to operate slides/awnings/lights, seams on wall covers cracks constantly lights dim when using dining room awnings as if there’s a short in them. Still not fixed after years of returning. manufacturer doesn’t want to stand by their products. Outdoor locks fail & spins around. Trailer looks good workmanship is extremely POOR to Nonexistent quality Have returned & replaced electronic control panel - has same issues have to reset constantly. Tires on trailer are horrible china - replaced all shortly after purchased new. Dangerous to drive on. Have had issues with 4/5 slides jamming failing to retract & or extend vent & bug covers fly off going down road, vents/fans fail to open & or function.. suggest stay away from this manufacturer once they get your money they couldn’t care less about customer service or warranty or $5,000 extended warranty each blames the other &/or ( can’t) repeat error until manufacturer warranty is out …. Then it’s screw u… couldn’t care less about doubt the right thing by their customers….. don’t waste your money on them & steer clear of this manufacturer

This trailer travels down the road to like a feather in your pocket with the independence suspension. When you get to the campsite you pull in unhook pull the slide out and be comfortable inside your four season trailer . Plenty of room inside to stretch out and relax for the night. Get ready for the next day. Turn the air on, open the fridge. Pull out a cold one , but be careful The air conditioners can get a chili. When it gets hot outside it stays nice and cool inside if it's cold. Outside stays nice and warm inside. The storage compartment is adequate and fit a quite a bit. When you have guests staying the night, pull out the new sleeper they have a comfortable stay for the night. When you want to cook you got a convection oven plus gas oven plus a three burner stove. When you carry your pew pew you can put them behind the TV out of sight or put a new safe. Going to do some updates. Updates would be minimum. I just changing the gold to chrome in a few other things and then you have a brand new coach
