If you're looking for an RV for 2-3 people that's comfortable, easy to drive and maneuver and has all of the amenities this is it. And if you can find the XL version, you'll get even more storage space. This RV has everything: Full kitchen with a real refrigerator, micro/convection oven that also broils, and lots of cabinet space. The bathroom is pretty standard size for this kind of RV with a sink, toilet and shower. The bathroom doors have an extra position that provides more space (vs when traveling) and still full privacy. The sofa converts to a queen-size bed and is more comfortable than some other "mushy" RV beds. It can also serve as 2 twin beds. The Mercedes chassis drives closer to a large car or pickup than a truck chassis. Handles well. Great in parking lots. There is a version of the RT CS Adventurous that has lithium batteries and an under-hood generator (run by the chassis engine) instead of a noisy gas or propane generator. The setup works very well.

In summary, we have reached out to Vogt RV and Roadtrek 11 times. Even accommodated Roadtrek 2 additional times to fix all repairs. The first time was when they took our van to Pennsylvania and the second when Sean flew to Fort Worth in freezing temperatures. He then claimed to not know about all the issues with the van even though that information was given to him when we filed with The Texas DMV and Evan Whitis sent him all the information. Despite the listed repairs the vans Air Conditioner system and batteries do not maintain a charge as promised when bought from Vogt RV. The AC will even turn off while driving on hot days This is simply not safe for us, our children and our pets. The repairs Sean claims to have done is the exact same repairs he has done before with the Pennsylvania attempt and the many times the van has been at Vogt RV for repair. We were specifically told by Sean and Roadtrek the parts were to be taken from another van on the Vogt lot and switched out to our van to fix the problems for this last attempt at repair. It sounds like that wasn't even what they really planned on doing. The repairs claimed made by Sean are the exact same repairs we were told was already done on every attempt to fix the AC and Battery systems in the past. We hope the Texas DMV Lemon Law will listen to our safety concerns regarding the SS Agile Roadtrek Van purchased from Vogt RV and the sales promise made that the van is in good working order That is definitely not the case and the inability for the van to function properly has put our family in very hot and dangerous situations with the Air Conditioning and batteries unit not functioning properly

The lot is full of Warranty work, so they told us to take it to PA, 2500 miles away. Right now nothing in it works. Shower ,toilet, bed, lights, nothing. Will be forced to use a motel clear across the country. In my opinion, buy one and you deserve what you get. Piece of junk with no service.

Overall I am happy with the camper but I have had several issues with the chassis battery not holding its charge. I tend to blame Dealer Prep for not checking terminal connection but after one mechanic found that the battery was not set correctly and termibals were loose I am now looking at battery #3. I am against governments getting too much overnight in industry but something needs to be done to shake up the RV industry. Buyer beware!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS VEHICLE!!! We owned a 31’ Class C for 5 years. Grandkids grew up so we downsized to a Promaster Ram Zion Slumber. We haven’t had it six months and we already have several problems! We got a call from the dealership saying we needed to bring it back so they could fix/replace the dump cover as it was broken. Which they didn’t tell us when we received our brand new vehicle… In the pictures we saw at the dealer there were locking latches on all doors and drawers but when we got ours there were plain knobs on the cupboards-we asked for the three we didn’t get, now they’re charging us $250 for them! Our first trip just four hours away, the little screw covers fell out, then the screws in the door screen fell out. Then the buttons started to pop off the interior padding, and the driver’s side step stopped sliding out-we found that the framework that holds it to the van was broken off. Next trip was to Ontario, the clips on the sliding window shades fell off and are now lost behind the couch and inaccessible, the shower hose inside is leaking each time it’s used. The shower hose outside was too short to use and had to be replaced. The lithium batteries die quickly and we have to either plug in or run the vehicle for an hour to recharge them. You can’t run the AC unless you’re plugged in. The water tank has been filled twice and now must have a big crack in it because it only holds 1/2 a tank and spills all over the ground. When we drained the black tank then the grey tank the first time it was fine. After draining it the second time, now the Firefly sensors show it’s still full-also not working. Next, I couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from on the floor. Our mat was soaked. Thought it was the fridge as it usually drips down onto the drawer and down the wall but after searching for the problem I found that under the drawer where the pipes are in the small closet, was soaked from the two pipes that were dripping constantly. I dried it out but then had to place cups under the pipes to catch the water. After dumping the cups three times overnight, i had to turn the taps off to prevent any more water damage. Also, the pop top leaks at all the seams and drips inside on the bedding and ledge. When you slide out the bench seat to complete the king size bed, you can’t lean on it without putting something under it to support it because it collapses under any weight. When the bed is down, the bench seat and the couch with the seatbelts (side facing) is not made of the same material so sleeping in the passenger side is different than the driver side. We had to buy a 4”thick foam mattress to put down on top to be comfortable. I’m not sure if we have a Friday vehicle or if this is typical for this brand BUT I know the speel they give you at the dealership is not what you get for $200,000. You can go to the wilderness for 4 days as long as you don’t use anything but the bed!!! Had we known about all the problems with the vehicle we never would have bought it. We’re now looking for a Westfalia that is tried and true!!!!!

Ongoing report on my new unit from Roadtrek. Be aware that you do not get a paper one's manual. It is all on line. You will have to down load it. Trying to work my way through this is problematic. It is laborious and time consuming. For instance trying to find pinstructions on properly using the dump system is has been a big problem if you are not computer savvy. I also have found the doors and drawers miss Ajusted and come open during travel. I had to make these corrections myself on the first trip . Make sure you have a good set of tools.I also have found molding comming loose. Have some super glue also.

There is no outside a/c put let. They say there is but you must leave the side door open t get to it, letting the warm or cold air out. #2, the old guy must lay down on the ground and get under the side of the van to plug in the propane, come on. Swinging the seats around is a chore. As to the dealership, I can never get to anyone without leaving a voice mail. When and IF they call back I am usually dealing with other business and can not talk. Look, I feel that for $200k, well, I am disappointed.
