worst experience in my life. bought a travel trailer noticed many things wrong. mentioned it to them after they ignored us for a month or longer. then they finally had us bring it in to them in December. been calling, sending emails, no response. then when we call and complain, yes we swore at them it had been 4 months of being ignored, they called us and said it wasn't a good fit because we were rude and we needed to come pick it up and that they still didn't fix anything 4 months later. not one time did the manager call us to see what they could do to make it right with our first purchase. I would love to hear from the owner or director. horrible horrible. Show less

Bought this as our first RV new 5 years ago. It has been a good unit for the most part, but the slide out floor rotted out due to a manufacturing defect. $4500 later we have a new floor and a sour taste towards Highland ridge Show less

2021 Regency Ultra Brougham, 2nd owner purchased in 2021. Our inverter isn't working properly. We and our RV Repair Shop (no authorized dealer within 3 hours from our home) have been trying to communicate on warranty issues for 2 weeks. All we get is voicemail, no matter what option we try at Regency phone #. Is anybody there? We need resolution on this problem as we need to get on the road soonest. Show less

This RV we bought brand new in 2019. We tested everything when we bought it everything worked had it delivered to our house and when we put the pop out, out the carpet started smoking. Found pinched wires from wires from the factory being to tight on a pivot point. Had that fixed witch the manufacturer only refunded half the bill. A few months latter the trim falls off. No nails it was just wedged in place. All the laminate on the cabinets also started pealing. These are cheap and you will get crappy service. And some of the screws are rusted only after a two years of owing this. Show less

Our Class B 2021 Regency Ultra Brougham proved to be a true luxury vehicle. This past summer we covered more than 7,000 miles and camped at 29 camp grounds in 11 western states without an issue of any kind. We traversed the Cascades and the Rockies, with our Ultra Brougham providing a safe and comfortable ride. And sleeping in the queen sized Murphy bed was a delight. We appreciated the vehicle’s features not found standard in some similar luxury RVs — such as blind-spot cameras on its side mirrors for outstanding vision and safety. Adaptive cruise control, braking assist, lane-keeping assist, speed sign detection and driver fatigue monitoring are other great safety features. The power sofa is really cool, especially since it has power foot rests, a variety of comfort adjustments and even converts to a day bed that we used for a brief nap or two on the longer legs of our trip. The kitchen functionality and workspace are great. There's a 2-burner Induction cooktop and a convection microwave and 3-way refrigerator, with doors that open in either swing direction-- all made for easy meal preparation. Other features we enjoyed were the pop-up 42” smart TV that we viewed in the comfort of either the sofa set-up, the Murphy bed configuration or by turning around the power driver or passenger seats. The 4-point auto leveling system made site preps and breakdowns easy and quick. And the push-button operated single-unit macerator toilet is another unique feature in the residential style bathroom. We really appreciated the stand-up shower, with its skylight and the way the Truma hot-water system worked so well (it does help to read the manual so that you can operate the system properly). Our RV’s Mercedes-Benz's newest upgrade chassis (the Sprinter) kind of spoke for itself. It has a powerful-yet-quiet engine, a well-designed cab with the highest quality, ergonomic, fully-adjustable driver and passenger seats. We love the expansive, panoramic view through the windshield and side windows. We found the Mercedes-Benz up-to-date and highly rated "MBUX Infotainment" system both very helpful and enjoyable. And finally, our diesel fuel and other costs of operation have been reasonable. Overall, we are very pleased with the 2021 Regency Ultra Brougham MB, and we feel secure in that it came with a 3-year/36,000 mile warranty on both the Rgency coach and the Merceds-Benz chassis. We love this RV. We wouldn't be selling except that we need a longer unit to meet the HOA guidelines for the RV Resort were we have purchased a lot. It's easy to drive and maneuver. A great floorplan for two people with plenty of room in the bath for clothes and essentials. Inside storage is plentiful and we carry place settings for four people, just in case. The exterior storage is more than you'd imagine. We are able to carry two sets of golf clubs, two lounge chairs, a foldable outdoor table, outside area rug, leveling blocks, bike pump and a Weber gas grill as well as tools and hookup hoses, cables etc. Thanks for you interest. This is the perfect Rv if you have kids. The separate bunk house with their own bathroom leaves privacy for the adults. They want friends to come with you no problem the camper sleeps 10! Comfortable pull out sofa with cable tv for the whole family to enjoy. The refrigerator is full size and plenty of counter space for your coffee maker and other appliances. Shower in the master suite is very spacious and the added benefit is a King Size bed which is hard to find. Outside we used the outside kitchen for extra beverages, cooking breakfast in the morning on the burner, and using the grill in the afternoon for burgers. Awning has its own lights and storage space was enough to bring everything! Great family camper with lots of room for all your camper gear inside and out. Show less

The wood trim is falling off with regularity after 6mos. The tailpipe supplied by Regency looked like it was bent around a tree. The diesel generator is an extremely poor choice in cold weather. The vinyl flooring is buckling. Not recommended! Poor customer service Show less

This was an upgrade from our previous "try it out"camper, which was a starcraft 17footer. A year and 7 camping trips in we are extremely satisfied with the overall quality of the unit. I tow with a 5.3 silverado and weight dist/anti sway hitch and its easy as can be. I've had no trouble maneuvering it into camping sites, and all amenities have worked as they are supposed to. We couldn't be happier with our experience. Show less

Easily towable with 5.3 silverado. Enough room inside for us, the kid, and dog. Overall quality seems sturdy through the first year of ownership. Its been vert easy to maintain and enjoy this unit. Show less
