We bought our unit and have had a lot of trouble which with what we paid we feel we should not. first the quality is horrible, the drawers fall apart the bedroom slide leaks so bad if it’s going to rain we have to pull the slide in the shower head was put together with the water tube too short which made the rain shower nor work properly, very little to no water coming out the front door won’t lock most of the time our floor in the living area in front of yard couch rotted out mind you this rig has not been out much at all and is stored in a concrete floor garage completely enclosed the windows are fogging up the refrigerator shelves and bins have all had to be replaced because they cracked going down the road the cover on the water heater flies off going down the road the wood wrap on the bed falls off etc etc etc and the crossroads company told us to file under our insurance we got no help from the manufacturer nor the dealer which was explorer USA in Denton texas which is now called blue compass something like that same owner different name, hum makes me wonder if maybe they had too many law sutras with the other name. We are so disappointed in both crossroads redwood and the dealer my advise do not pay as much as we di (over100 thousand) we have friends who have a forest river surveyor which is built 10 times better than our redwood it’s not prettier but better quality My advise to crossroads if your going to build crap then price it there and put warnings out “your rig may fall apart going down the road”

We have a 2013 Redwood 36fl fifth wheel. We've thoroughly enjoyed camping and traveling in this fifth wheel. It's a residential living camper. We are not full timers, just traveled occasionally in it. It would be great for someone wanting to full time in. It's spacious and very comfortable, like home. We've maintained any problems that arose, which do in all RV vehicles. After all, it is a rolling earthquake, depending on the highways you travel on. It's like our vehicles or our bodies.... when something breaks or deteriorates, you fix it or go to the doctor. It's like anything, maintain it and it will serve you well. We've never had problems with leaking or floors weakening. Keep it under a shed and she will serve you a long time. Ours is like new because we take care of it. We have no complaints. Warranty work was honored and serviced well. We do believe that 2013 was one of the better years to have a Redwood built. The quality is pristine. And the front living room makes it so cozy and feel like home away from home.

I really enjoyed living in this RV. It's like living in a 1-bedroom apartment. There's plenty of room for two people to live comfortably. We chose this floorplan intentionally because the theater seat faces the TV so we wouldn't have to crane our necks all of the time we were watching. We had the optional fireplace and ceiling fan. Having a fold-out sofa added enough sleeping space for his granddaughter to come along on a trip with us. The rig is built for full-time living with extra features so you're comfortable in all kinds of weather. It has black-out shades throughout that provides lots of privacy and makes sleeping more comfortable. It's hard to believe just how much storage is built into this fifth wheel. And the cabinets are all solid cherry. they're just beautiful . There's so much space to store your belongings. Overhead bins in the living room, a full-size pantry with pull-out shelves, plenty of kitchen cabinets and cabinets similar to a buffet and hutch next to the kitchen, Our particular unit had a water and ice dispenser in the refrigerator, a convection microwave and a MaxxFan with rain sensor. We loved the pull-out trash can. Something that I would add to the kitchen would be something to hold the cabinet door open overtop the microwave. The dining area has a table attached to the wall with pull out leaves for extra space for four seats. Two of the chairs fold up and can be stored away in the storage space underneath the bed and there's plenty of that. The bathroom is well-equipped with plenty of room for two people to use. The vanity and medicine cabinet are roomy with lots of space. We could easily fit all of our toiletries and personal items. The shower is tall enough for him to be able to use even with his 6'3' height. There's a roomy closet space with a ton of storage space. Ours was set up for a washer and dryer, however we only used it for additional storage. Even with a washer and dryer installed there would still be a lot of space. Our unit had an optional central vacuum. It came with several attachments and was so handy to have. The bathroom and bedroom doors are pocket doors so they're out of the way. and have bungee cords to hold them open while driving. I loved the setup in the bedroom. It came with a queen-sized mattress but there's plenty of room for a king which is what we did. It's set up so the Bed faces straight at the TV instead of the TV being in the corner. We really liked that. There are cabinets all around the TV and a dresser underneath. The closet is the full width of the front with built-in shelves and cubbies along the sides. Outside there's a huge pass-through basement, and a separate water closet space with all the hookups for fresh water, an outlet to fill the fresh water tank and an outside shower. This is also the location for the valve handles to empty the sewer tanks. You don't have to reach underneath to pull them. That's a super nice feature. I don't know about you, but that's not my favorite chore. Having the valve pulls in the water closet area is great. All-in-all we loved living and traveling in our rig and I'd recommend it to anyone who wants a top-notch quality RV. You can't go wrong buying a Redwood Sequoia.

Floors bubbling, slides leak, sinks faucets leak, kitchen sink rusted, stove rusted, stove vent rusted, water coming in from a/c vents, bin doors don’t stay open, outdoor lights keep going out, fiberglass cap in the rear coming off, trim not even nailed in, missing stain/paint so they used a sharpie. Decals are stickers and already pealing off. Would never recommend going with Redwood.

If I could give Redwood/Keystone/Crossroads a ZERO I would, a score of 1 is too much. We bought our brand new Redwood that spent 14 months in the shop prior to having it on our property. Then with only 300 miles on the China Bomb tires, that's what the Certified Repair Center calls them, the tires blew causing $5k in damage that we had to file with our insurance, the tires aren't rated correctly, buy new ones before you go out. Then we finally got it back and the Fridge shelves bent and became dislodged. Best Buy stood behind their Defective Fridge and sent another, but Redwood didn't, we are now on Defective Fridge #3 and Redwood declines to participate in installing the Fridge $700 each time. Don't buy this brand, don't get awed by the beauty, their warranty is not dependable or any good. Darin the President won't even help. Do yourself a favor Run don't walk, don't be unhappy about your experience like us!

Just don't. Period. Crossroads makes a horrible product that they do not stand behind. At all...ever. I have begged and pleaded with Crossroads to do something about the quality issues we have encountered, to no avail. They don't even acknowledge us. We purchased new and the dealership offered a lifetime warranty as long as we had our unit serviced with them annually (~$330), which is not a bad deal. However, we have taken the unit back so many times that it stays at the dealership more than we use it. I can't count (or remember) all the issues we have had with this $150,000+ "quality" "luxury" unit. I will however list a few so that maybe you will heed my advice: 1. Nearly every piece of crown moulding in our unit has fallen down during travel and scratched wood, walls, or furniture. 2. The flooring in the livingroom, kitchen, and master bathroom has all been cut/scraped/scratched by the slides. 3. The subflooring in the kitchen and master bathroom has bubbles and buckling that cannot be fixed (the dealership tried). 4. The hydraulic jack system has been fixed THREE times. 5. The main livingroom slideout allows water/dirt/debris to come into the unit while traveling. 6. The globe on the ceiling fan has fallen and busted during travel. 7. The kitchen table slides out without prompt. 8. The shelving at the back of the unit (in the cabinent) has failed several times. 9. The shelves in the refrigerator have fallen out of holders and busted during travel. 10. The "laminate" (sticker paneling) on the doors started peeling approximately a week into ownership. 11. The "baseboard" around the slides has detached and will not stay during travel. 12. The water heater connections have been replaced because of poor connection (leaking). 13. The kitchen faucet had to be replaced less than 2 months into ownership because of tarnish/peeling finish. 14. The connections/lines under the sink leak. I could go on and on because we have literal pages of issues that we have presented to the dealership since our purchase. It's sickening and disheartening that a person can spend hard earned money on any product that a company will not stand behind. One thing is for sure...this is our first and LAST Crossroads product. We will warn anyone who will listen!

We liked the design and layout. Everything else has been disappointing from poor dealer experience to the need for a lot of repairs. The crowning touch was to have the roof fail miserably four days before the end of the two-year warranty. At my repair facility’s request I filed a claim with my insurance company which agreed to cover it. That’s a good thing because after I filed notice electronically with Crossroad /Redwood they were unwilling to do anything to help. They wouldn’t even consider paying the deductible on my insurance! It is disgraceful that a fifth wheel roof should fail in under two years. I would never buy a Crossroads or Redwood again and strongly advise anyone else to continue consider another brand. Crossroads/Redwood quality is just not there anymore!
