Use the trailer ever year for about 20 days at a time. Each time I return something need to be fixed .the toilet wall staples fell out the ceiling staples the same the furniture leather at each corner rub thru First 60 day I had to replace axles and two tire.they refused to fix my fault Basically a piece of junk at 25000. This rv was a perfect floor plan for me living full time . The closet space was wall to wall with rod all the way across. The built in 4 drawer and 4 cabinet dresser along with the large king size under bed storage provided plenty of space! The bathroom had a comfortable size shower with built in seat, a high sitting toilet, a residential sink with high faucet, lots of counter space and again plenty of storage. The fridge was a good size two door freezer/refrigerator. The tv swung out so that I could tilt it towards any room in the camper. The L shaped kitchen provided lots of room so I didn't feel cramped. The sink was a large farmhouse style making dishes super easy to do. There is 2 outside storage spaces under the closet and the head of the king size bed that enabled me to store all of my outside equipment in. I did not have any problem with the quality of construction and material used. This rv was wasy to tow with double axels. I would recommend this camper to any single full timer, or to a couple who likes to travel a lot. Show less

I have lived full time in a 360KS Tracer for 2 years. The floor plan was perfect for me providing more than adequate storage including a wall to wall closet with rod all the way across to hang plenty of clothes, a built in dresser with four cabinets and four decent sized drawers. This dresser was big enough that I was able to set a 55 inch flat screen on top of it. The king size bed lifts up for even more storage. There are 2 large outdoor storage compartments that were big enough to hold all of my outside camping equipment and extra rv accessories. The kitchen had a large farmhouse type sink making it very simple to wash dishes, and a large two door fridge/freezer that worked extremely well. This until has a walk in pantry which I found super beneficial being a full timer. The bathroom was a very good size also providing ample storage space, more than big enough shower to be comfortable, and lots of counter space. The awning almost stretched the length of the trailer and I had no problem with the indoor/outdoor radio. Overall I found it comfortable and homey and I would recommend this camper to any single full timer or to a couple who just likes to travel. Show less

When we bought this camper in August, we did not open the awning because we were in the dealership. When we went camping, we found that the awning hangs on the slide out. The lights across the side of the camper are blocked by the awning laying on the slide out. Tracer gave us no customer support and said that was a factory design. I call that a factory design flaw! Tracer/Forest River said it was made that way and we have no recourse. Now we are stuck with an awning that will probably wear out sooner than later, because of the weight of water on it will hang on the corners of the slide out. Also, it drives horrible! It sways terribly even with an anti sway hitch and water in the tank as a ballast! The finishes were not complete. When we took it back for warranty work, the slide out had already started breaking, the refrigerator had to be repaired and the shower was leaking and, oh, did I mention that the awning hangs on the slide out? This is our fourth camper. It is the absolute worst camper we have ever seen or owned! I do not recommend anyone buy this camper!!! Show less

Every day I own this LaCrosse I dislike it more. If I knew then what I know now, never again. My Rockwood 26’ was better built, had more ‘luxury’ features and better overall build. Here we have a 37’, a front bedroom, but, wait, no room for a queen size bed, only the short queen; kitchen lights over the sink where you have to walk all the way to the panel to turn off; the crappiest cheap fan in the bathroom; absolutely no outlets in the main living room slideout; an outdated soundbar; only one(!) a/c vent in the bedroom, making the noisiest secondary a/c unit you ever heard a necessity; useless tiny bathroom sink; cheap(extra cheap) faucets; my 2018 rv had frameless windows, nope not on this 2021; no rear ladder for rooftop access(unless you spend$$); cable and sewer connections placed so as to require extensions; a kitchen with a beautiful cooktop, but no oven(a microwave only is standard, even though every ad shows a convection oven; outlets placed to be in the most inconvenient spot possible. The quality on the Tracer is not good at all. When I first brought it home I flushed the water out to insure I wouldn’t have any problems while camping. When I was draining the water I noticed that water was running out from under the shower pan. I opened up the access cut out on the bottom and discovered that the p-trap was not screwed in at all. So I tightened it up and was good to go. I had it for few months when I noticed that the awning was falling off. I took it into the dealership and they just screwed some lag bolts and called it good. Now the issue that I’m running into is that the plastics quickly crack with the sun and on one side has came off during a drive up to a camp site. The plastics that cover the screws have literally melted off and are no longer covering the screws as well. Some of the trim in the interior are now starting to fall off and the interior is just not withstanding well with time. The floor plan is very nice, although I would have switched the dinette with the couch for sleeping purposes, but it is very spacious and comfortable. I am very disappointed in the craftsmanship shop 100%. I will no longer purchase nor will I recommend a Forest River Tracer to anyone I know. It’s a shame that we pay our hard earned money to a company that just pushes out for quantity and not quality. Show less

Loved the Lacrosse floorplans, so when we looked for a full-time living rv, we chose the bunk model, so we could turn the bunk room into an office/laundry/storage room. After spending some time in it, these are the glaring, poorly designed issues: 1.Seriously, a luxury rv that cannot fit a queen size bed? A short queen, yes, but I’m 6’3 and it’s just stupid design. 2. Seriously, go to the panel to turn off the over kitchen sink lights, then go back to the panel to turn off the lights? A switched light would make too much sense. 3. Seriously, you need to take the refer door off to remove the glass refer shelves. 4. No power anywhere on any of the 3 slideouts. 4. My 2018 had frameless windows, this has the sold old technology , trouble prone framed windows. 5. Very poorly designed, inefficient and noisy ducted roof a/c . Only one duct in the bedroom and one in the bunkroom. 6.no roof ladder. 7. All the water hose and tv cable connections are at the front of the rv, which means extensions for all those. Show less

This is a good Rv for the new family to the Rv world. Well made, light weight Rv. The floor lab is well laid out& works well for family of 4. The outdoor kitchen allows you to enjoy the time looking at the sunset while fixing dinner Show less

cant say i like anything about it other then the floor plan and ability to tow it workmanship is worse then any rv i have ever owned i have bought many new but never had any complaints about workmanship this rv has a list a mile long and general rv along with primetime tracer a division of forest river are NO GOOD TO DEAL WITH anyone that wants to buy a new rv should tour the factory we toured a factory in indiana and are very pleased with what we seen wwill try that manufacture on our next move good luck rvers and stay safe Show less

Well I got a complaint about the light fixtures they are real cheap I've ordered several different fixtures cause the ones that come with it if your light is on the fixtures get so hot I guess from the light and the switches break the plastic that the switch is fixed With either melts from the heat off the bulb cause they break don't work no more then y'all sell the light fixtures to replace them with sell for 80 dollars for a 10 pack why not use good quality parts from the get go?
